After a little mix up on my order delaying delivery on my Matress set, Sleep Country in Belleville, Ont. went above and beyond to get me my Matress set as quickly as possible and they were determined to please me in any way they could. The staff were very professional and friendly and helped us make the perfect choice of our sleep set. Price was very good and delivery was a breeze. I would highly recommend Sleep Country.















Their jingle really does say it all "why buy a mattress anywhere else". I tried out mattresses from 3 other stores before coming here and none could give me the comfort and support I wanted at a price within my budget. At sleep country I found my goldilocks mattress and could still afford the foundation (not called box springs anymore) and bed frame. They are delivering it to my house and will assemble it free of charge. Other stores would only deliver for free if I signed up for their credit card. Sleep Country gives discount to military members as well.

What an amazing experience ! I had an absolutely awful time when I purchased my bed and mattress from the brick and had to return it so I went on over to sleep country and they were great I found an even nicer mattress with better warranty policy the sales staff were fantastic and the delivery guys amazing too they put on booties got everything set up and we're so carful going down my narrow hallway with my picture frames ! Also sleep country delivery is top notch they delivered so fast unlike the brick making me wait well over a week

I’m sharing my experience with the Bamboo Sheet Set from Sleep Country. When I went to the store, I was not greeted at all, I walked over to the counter and had to wait till the sales people were finished their conversation and then I started to ask my questions. I was about to purchase the most expensive sheet set I ever have, well over the $200 mark. I ask about the quality, I move a lot and find I wear the sheets out near my feet. “Don’t worry”, I was told, you have a one year warranty. Perfect! Are they cool? I sleep very warm and don’t need anything that’s going to make it worse. “Yes, definitely cool”, I was told. WELL!!! These are by far, THE WORSE sheets I have ever purchased!!! They are NOT cool, I feel like I’m slipping all over them, the fitted sheet is stretching and the top sheet ends up off the bed by the morning!! The pillow cases keep twisting and I’m constantly readjusting them. If I was able to return them, I would even wake up early on my day off and be there when the store opened!! TERRIBLE SHEETS!! And to me, totally not worth what I spent on them. My $50 sheet set from another store were way better than these!!










Salesman was very helpful. Whole transaction from selecting our purchase to the delivery went very well.

Dear Sleep Country, My son is very pleased with his new mattress we purchased in March. Unfortunately my other son who purchased his mattress a few years back is not satisfied with his purchase.

Thay are not good at all trying to make me take lower valued stuff then i payed for saying i need to give them more money not good buisniss asked for a doublé got a single............. just adding to my last rate it has been three weeks now and thay still have my money















I had to order a mattress online during shutdown unfortunately it was not suitable sleep country Belleville would not waive the delivery charge to do an exchange forced to pay an extra $50 on top of the upgrade to the new mattress. Staff is pleasant and they had paper sheets for to lie on and paper for on top of the pillow to try out mattresses.





Love my new pillow I've tried quite a few in the past year. Ive had major neck surgery and this pillow molds nicely to my head and neck. Salesman was quite helpful. Debit machine didnt like my card that was the only issue. Thanks again and sweet dreams.










The staff at Sleep Country Belleville are very friendly and helpful unfortunately some of the products that they market are very poorly supported by the manufacturer. We purchased a Tempurpedic Cloud Prima in March, 2018. After 34 months of regular use We noticed that the density of the mattress has changed significantly on one side and the entire mattress has an obvious slope from one side to the other. In January 2021 we raised a warranty claim with Tempur/Sealy Canada , then in March we raised a warranty claim with Sleep Country Canada. We now know that the warranty only refers to a body depression, not total failure of the foam. We have been informed, in writing, by Tempur Sealy, that if we have any physical issues( sore back), then we should purchase a different kind of mattress. We did, but not by Tempur/Sealy and not from Sleep Country. Then we had to pay to take our $3,000.00 mattress to a landfill.

My boyfriends phone had glitched and said that you guys called him and left a message when he called you guys back the guy on the phone was ever rude to him. From the time we were waiting to receive our mattress it took over two weeks for us to actually finally receive our mattress. As soon as I’m finishing paying it off I will never ever get another mattress for you guys.





Just ordered a mattress through the Belleville location with Nathan, and not only did he find me a better deal, he was such a friendly and helpful person. Will definitely shop here again!





We were very welcomed at the Sleep Country Store. However, this is where things stopped in our experience. Upon receiving our bed we realized we did not make the right choice in bed and called customer service regarding the satisfaction guarantee we were told about. We were told that we needed to try the bed longer before anything could be done and pushed into not making any changes. We sent two emails into customer service about our wishes and our experience with no reply from Sleep Country management. So overall, the experience was less than easy and we await stores opening so we can discuss other options for beds.

Jason is the absolute best, he was very understanding and informative. He clearly knew what he was talking about and I felt like he really cared about helping me improve my sleep! He helped me figure out financing options and I never felt that pressure to buy that you get from a lot of sales people! If you’re looking to improve your comfort, go in and see Jason, he’s funny and welcoming too!

Had a great experience at this store! We needed a new mattress and with all the shutdowns due to Covid we have been waiting until some were lifted. Kerry(sp?) was so helpful & was able to point us to the exact product we needed. Not overbearing or irritating, she knew her mattresses & was able to answer all of our questions. This is the first time in almost 50 years of marriage that we decided on a mattress in the first store we visited! I had been dreading the testing as it becomes exhausting but this was a breeze!





Purchased a Sealy foam Mattress from Sleep Country Belleville in 2016. Staff was great and very helpful. It had a 10 year non pro-rated warranty. Mattress has failed miserably with severe indentations and extremely poor support. Filed a warranty claim twice with customer service and was denied. Will no longer be dealing with Sleep Country in the future. Customer beware.

My wife and I both suffer from back problems, and we couldn't get a good nights sleep on our old mattress. The staff at sleep country listened to our concerns and suggested the mattress best suited to our needs. We are now enjoying restful sleep at night, and our back problems have lessened considerably. We purchased pillowcases and was told would be in the next day. So we came in the next day and were not there and told we will call you when they arrive ( with attitude ) . We have waited 4 more days and still no phone call. So we went in and picked them up. Not even a sorry ..
