Went for a couple beer found the people nice but very dim, should have more seating by the windows cause it's right on the river. I will probably be back again for a couple drinks. I did not try the food so can't give any opinion on that.

Beautiful riverfront view downtown. Very friendly neighbourhood pub. The healthy menu options are below average, I just had a BLT, so it's hard to judge quality.

They have the patio set up, spaced well apart. Beer was cold. The menu they are offering is minimal. Service was friendly servers not wearing masks.

This is an old style pub. Don't expect fancy booths or micro brews in tap but it has beer, friendly servers, regulars a plenty and a killer plate of nachos.

Nice neighborhood pub. Friendly staff. I hear the food is good but gave it 4 stars because I did not order from the menu. One pool table, 2$ a game. Cathy the bartender friendly and efficient.

Also noticed that when it came time to pay at end of night and I waited in line that the waitresses like to take the cute boys money before anyone else's... needs to work on service but food is excellent.

This place is very dark and dingy, it needs a makeover badly. Not a place I'd like to hang out with friends, snack and have a few drinks. Went last night with my boyfriend, had one drink and left.

My friends and I would hang out there all the time. We are a bit older so we use to go a lot when my daughter worked there and it was a blast. None of us go now. It’s a different setting. The servers aren’t interested in old customers. The one server paid no attention to us but this short guy who was getting free booze probably in exchange for drugs seeing as he is a known user and seller. The place has gone down for service and setting. If you like hanging with just druggies then I guess it’s ok. Very disappointed in the new management

When I was in the pub recently there were 3 customers. I overheard a staff say to a customer, we do not really want the old Red Lion regulars. We want new regulars that are willing to pay more for drinks. Three people in the pub, sounds like a successful business plan. Alienate people that have supported the pub for years. We, scores of friends and all our wallets will be happy to go somewhere where we are welcome. We will never be back.

This place is not fancy but very welcoming. The waitress was very friendly and made us feel like regulars. Food is typical pub grub but it is all quite excellent. Huge selection of beers on draft. Even a decent selection of wines. We will definitely return on our next visit to Belleville. Came here after a rugby game with the Lindsay Lady Gs! Amazing service, great environment and extremely welcoming! We had an amazing time! And their service was over the top!

Great place to hang out with friends and have a conversation. Standard pup fare food but it's all cooked well and tastes great. Fantastic and friendly staff. Friday nights are band nights. Also hockey and baseball usually will draw a good sports crowd.

Great spot for classic pub fair and a great pint of craft beer. I really enjoyed their special garlic and parm wings (nice and crispy the way I like it) with a Signal Brewery harvest ale. Server and management were super friendly and welcoming.

The Red Lion Pub is a hidden gem in Belleville. We happened upon this pub while passing through town on our way back from the beach last week. What a surprising treat. Great beer selection, awesome nacho platter, beautiful view from the expansive, clean patio, and to top it off, amazing live music. Great atmosphere, good vibes, friendly service and a super patio means we'll be back next time we pass through town. All the right ingredients. Thank you!
