Rarely will I give 5 stars to any pub but this place blew me away on so many levels! I was visiting from Toronto and had very low expectations because the place I wanted to go to closed just as we were planning to go there. This place seemed okay but it way exceeded my expectations! Service was great, we ate on the patio which was in the parking lot which surprisingly worked well. Their nachos are awesome esp with chilli on them, they didn’t even get soggy! Wings were awesome (medium was perfect amount of heat) and blue cheese dip was great too! Beers were nice and cold too! I’d recommend anyone to try this pub! I want to update my review on this place as we decided to return two weeks later. Unfortunately we didn’t have the same type of experience. Our server, Cassandra was very rude and seemed anxious to rush us out of the patio even though we still had a little time before closing. She seemed more focused on socializing with the table across from us than doing her job. I will not return!

Nachos were horrible. Clump of cheese on top not mixed around. Raw tomatoes and peppers yuck! Very skimpy with the sour cream. Worst nachos in Barrie! Never come back.

This place is always busy, which tells you something about the food and service. People just keep coming back. Beer pricing is reasonable. Try the “ hot naked rolled garlic” wings. They are not on the menu but just ask for them. They are the best. I highly recommended this place.

Overall it was okay. The wings were alright but my friend ordered a steak cooked medium well. When it came it looked and smelled great but was completely raw on the inside. Mistakes happen but our waitress didn't come to see if our food was okay. We had to flag down another waitress and still waited almost 10 minutes for our waitress to come over. He sent the steak back and said he didn't want it so she took it off the bill. Nobody came over to see if there was anything else that they could get him. Could have just been an isolated incident, but the poor customer service definitely turned me off. That being said The Lockeroom has been in business a long time so they must be doing something right.

I was so displeased with the customer service. When I went to pay my bill i wanted to pay with debit. She then told me that they don't take debit, only credit or cash. I saw they had an atm, which she then told me also doesn't work. I asked her if there was any notice letting customers know that on the way in because i now had to ask my friend to pay my tab otherwise i would have to walk to a bank. Then she proceeded to tell her fellow co worker about the situation and then that bartered was talking rudely about me to her customers! She didn't expect me to hear it, but i was walking by as she was talking about me. I am so upset. I will not be coming back based on the customer service that was given to me. I am very disappointed.

I'm not sure about the Lockeroom for being female friendly, I mean there are female staff, but for myself as a female Patron I found sometime staff members are not to be very personable. I felt like my server was not as attentive to me as she was the male patrons. Next time if I go I will bring my better half so I can at least get the service so I've come to know and like. The food was great as always, I liked how it wasn't so crowded. The atmosphere was right on for what it's called The Locker Room sports themed Pub

Possibly the Worst service I’ve received in my life. From the second I call in my order, the girl on the phone is showing attitude and impatience. I get it - you might be busy and stressed, but you don’t show attitude to your customers with a customer-service job title. After ‘placing’ our order and going in to pick it up, we were told that, “I forgot to punch your order in”. At that point, we were so disgusted with the service that we asked for a refund, only to go into a 10 minute argument battle because, “no one on shift knows how to refund money”. I would highly advise against going to this establishment. Maybe it’s a couple bad employees, or perhaps it’s deeper and the entire team is toxic and trashy.

Came in at 645 with my kids to grab a burger told us that minors cant be there after 7 so they refused service. Cool. So waited to order while kids went to car. They ignored me for the next 15 mins, and when they did finally come for my order they assumed I was not staying and wanted to charge me double the price for the burger. I've previously been here with my kids before and 8 was there cut off time. I dont know why they switched or why the servers have a terrible attitude or even why they would wanna up charge me when they asked me to leave before their cut off time anyway. Been here with large groups multiple times during playoffs. Hooligans has far better service and treats my family and I with some respect atleast. You've definitely lost a couple customers today.

Know the Lockeroom is very much still a sports bar as it has been for years, but families are very much welcome. A few of us auto worker retirees go to Lockeroom for some wings, shrimps and nice cold beer once a week. My wife and I sometimes order take out from here also. Always good food at very fair prices and great service to boot! Patio is still open for this very nice October weather! Recommended you check this place out! ????

Always a fun experience, reasonably priced food and drinks. Yes, it is an older crowd, free popcorn and daily food and drink specials. The ambience is dated, and for sports, bar TVs could be updated. Updated: Reopen with a small parking lot patio. Limited menu and beer selection. The food was excellent as usual. My only complaint and it’s a big one. I’ve been to other restaurants that have reopened and all their servers have their mask on. Not the locker room, their waitresses are serving without a mask. It is problematic, I hope they resolve this issue. I know it was hot out that day 32°C.

If I'm going to have a drink, I usually end up here! Great service and crowd. Some days/times can get really crowded but tends to not be a long wait for a seat at worst. Prices are affordable and have great perk nights. Tuesdays you can get cheap wings or shrimp and tall cans are on sale. But you have to try their Saturday night steak night! 10oz steak for around 10 dollars plus 1 side and garlic break, who can go wrong? You'll definitely be back over and over again :)

Friends raved about the super cheap burgers on Thursday nights but honestly McDonald's burgers are just as good, if not better. They were overcooked and dry and it was a lot of +$ for toppings and didn't include sides, which made it not so cheap. The atmosphere wasn't the greatest, sort of like chip truck meets sports bar, but I'm not much of a bar person and I just found it wasn't all that clean inside.

I've been going here for over 20 years. Every Grey Cup, Superbowl, hockey playoffs. I love the free peanuts in the shell, the amazing wings, and the rest of the menu is pretty great. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and I love the casual, comfortable atmosphere. If your looking for a place to go relax with yours friends...you wont find better in the area.

I've been to the locker room many times and have enjoyed each visit. Don't let the plaza storefront throw you off, this place is huge on the inside but still is able to keep the local pub feel. They offer free popcorn which is huge plus in my books. I was there two nights ago with a group of friends, and one of them is a huge popcorn aficionado. I mean this guy will stop by the movie theater on his way home from work just to buy a bag of popcorn, and that's no joke. When I showed him the free popcorn machine he lost his mind and quickly filled up two trays. The food on the menu here is really good. They're homemade burgers are delicious and their chicken wings are big in size. Pro tip: If you order a pound and a half, they let you choose two flavors. Their home fries here are out of this world! They are kind of like potato wedges but smaller and crispy and moist at the same time. The deep fried curds are new to the menu and are basically half size mozzarella sticks but you got a bunch of them. They're more like bites. The deep fried mushrooms are also really good. One of my friends ordered a chicken burger but didn't want the regular bun. The waitress was happy to swap out for a ciabatta bun or whatever else he wanted. The prices are good, the food is great, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for more of a local watering hole as opposed to a corporate feeling restaurant chain.

Always a fan of the lockeroom on Cundles. Drinks are always cold, and service is quick. Their weekly specials are great and offer delicious food at deeply discounted prices. Have been coming here for about a year now and have yet to leave disappointed. Plenty of TVs to watch any game you would like, and lots of other entertainment options when nothing else is on. The lockeroom is truly a hometown fan bar and great place to enjoy! Would highly recommend it if you’ve never been, or you have been and want to go back.

I go to the Lockeroom with friends about once a month and enjoy their fast friendly service and delicious food. We usually order water with our meal and on the last visit we did the same but also asked for a bit of lemon in our water. When we received our bill I was surprised to see a charge for the lemon! Lemon is a garnish not an extra item for goodness sake! It's the little things that you do that make or break a loyal customer...

Their preorder system is horrible even with phoning in 3 hrs in advance and a specific pickup time i had to wait 45 min. I asked others who said this is common. Their COVID protocol was deficient. People should only be allowed in one at a as time to get their order. They allowed too many people in. I will not go back even though their wings were good due to the service.

Cant say anything bad. Sometimes slow service but its busy and crazy in there. Boneless chicken is amazing. Get the home made sauces. Raging bull is spicy but amazing. Mild bull is just as good. Gottta ask for extra sauce on the side. Theres never enough.

Today was my first time out at a restaurant since Covid. I think the Lockerroom is doing a great job! Their patio tables are well spaced out and have a 1.5hr time limit. I felt safe at the table we sat at. They took our phone number to assist in tracing Covid cases which I think is great. I had a Caesar (I missed them so much!) And my husband had a beer. We ordered nachos and they were delish! Great service too. Very pleased!!

Why I’m writing this is because I went to pay with cash. Gave waitress a 100 instead of a 20 and she let me know. I’ve had other bats in barrie never bring me change without requesting it. This was amazing. On top of that this bar DOES have the the best wings and nachos in barrie. Beer is always ice cold

Wings cost about 28% less than wild wing and are better. Games are fun. Not UBER clean and it took a while to be acknowledged when we got there but the staff was nice. "Two sauces" served with onion ring stack were ranch dressing and ketchup; that was somewhat disappointing lol. Overall very good

The burgers are amazing only $13 for a double patty burger, loaded !!!…with your choice of many many different sides! Good food, good prices, good service!!! So much better then Wickies!! That place is overpriced and refills on pop are NOT free!

I went here on Sunday after picking my wife up from the airport. We had Annie as our server, the place was super busy for a Sunday at 7 pm. I had the pulled pork and the wife had a club sandwich. Our server Annie was really nice and super efficient. I remember walking in thinking “oh great look how busy they are and only two servers”. Yet Annie made it feel like we were the only ones ordering. My wife and I both really enjoyed our food and the pulled pork was MASSIVE. The prices were amazing and this is why I am giving it 5 stars. They have a special everyday of the week and even without the deal of the day they have great base prices. Most restaurants are a luxury something you might do once a month, it’s places like lockeroom that creates regulars and gets people dining out atleast once a week. Thanks Annie and thanks locker room for the excellent food and great prices but most special of all, great service

I ordered the pulled pork nachos for takeout last night. They were hands down the best nachos that i’ve ever had at a restaurant. I couldn't even eat them all in one sitting. I had to save some for lunch today and now im stuffed again. Initially I thought they were a little expensive but you get what you pay for. They were layered nachos, cheese and toppings. Nachos, cheese and toppings so that all the cheese and toppings werent just on top.

Went in on wing night. Service was poor. Forgot our appetizer, eventually brought out half cooked nachos after we got our wings. Waitress never quality checked, we had to call out to her as she walked by our table to tell her about the half cooked nachos. Must have been understaffed or just a bad night. Wings were good, nachos were mushy (they reheated the half cooked ones they initially brought out to us). Wouldn't recommend based on this experience.

My souse and I went there tonight to get their wings. We had went a couple of times before on a Tuesday because it is a great price. When we went inside we weren't acknowledge but we knew the drill and sat ourselves at a table. We waited about 5 mins before a server came over with menu's and to take our drink orders. We ordered waters with lemons like we do any other time as we are not drinking sugar. The server left and came back fairly quickly with the waters. The server then said she was going to give us a min to look at the menus and she would be back to take our orders. The server left and was gone almost 15 mins. In that time we saw her come out of the kitchen and look over at our table 3 times and we had the menus down and on the corner so she would know we were no longer looking at them and she didn't come to our table. The server also served the table next to us twice and wouldn't even look at us. I then went and grabbed another server who was then able to waive ours down to come take our order. We then told her that we wanted to order the wings and she told us that we HAD to order some sort of drink in order to get this deal. We asked where it said that we HAD to order a beverage on the menu and she said that it's not on there and then we asked how can you enforce it then? The server then looked away and said it has always been like that. The server also kept asking what server we dealt with before as if that would change her decision on whether or not we had to order drinks. I let her know that we had been there before and we were never told that and asked if it was new? and she said that it was not and that it has always been like that. After going back and forth with her and her finally saying she would get the manager we ended up leaving because we had been there in total about 30 mins. Not a happy person and won't be going back there. This has ruined it for me.

Absolutely the worst service I experienced, we waited for 40 minutes and nothing.No food came people before were serviced. The waitress did not care . She said “ it’s the online order” then her second excuse was “ I not the cook”. Really. After 40 minutes of nothing. We left but. Get this she charges me for the glass of draft. No apology nothing. All she had to say was we are busy ( 25 people tops ) with “online orders” you should order a appetizer “. I would understand but nothing. When we left their was a line of people waiting for there food. Unprofessional and super slow. Do not go there. If the food arrived I can just imagine what it would have tasted like????

Thought I would give it a go. Bar service was crappy, attendant had no personality. Excessive wait times to be served for drink. Had to flag her down for food and even a menu. Not once did she ask if I would like anything, and it wasn't even busy. Never tried the food, after I got the menu she never came back. I won't be back that's for sure.
