560 - became Levels. HipHop became EDM. Dance floor has been down sized for more VIP tables. Result = Crowded af on the tiny dance floor Bar is overpriced - 2 shot = 30$ (are we in Hollywood or something?)

I am a music artist, and I know this would be a place I would not perform at, I waited in line for 2 hours in the cold trying to get in and left I was gonna be paying 40$ to get I which is outrageous and then only get like an hour or half an hour of it? **** no. Staff was extremely rude, they don't treat you fairly, they were extremely rude to others, and if you aren't high class/rich/popular enough or vip enough then it isn't worth it because I could see the difference how they treated people who didn't show up in limos or bougy(me and other people around me) vs people who did (younger adults, 18yrs) and it was disgusting, I sincerely do not recommend this place, horrible staff, horrible treatment, horrible service, long hours waiting not worth it! If I could, I'd give them a 0 or a negative 10.

Horrible service if you don’t have a table you don’t get in. Rude staff. You have to be rich if you don’t have money to pay for a table you won’t get in. Been here for 3 hours and so many people passed in front of my group. Just ridiculous.

Not worth the $30 cover… DJ didn’t play anything relevant or exciting. Drinks are expensive and service was awful. Waited 25 mins at the front of the bar for a drink when it was so slow and early in the night.

They treated my daughter and her friends as animals and kept them out for 2 hours asking for bribe to let them in. Our children come to your club to have fun, not get stressed out by the security harassments.

We went on the opening weekend. Music was blah, staff not so attentive, didn’t feel like you’re in a club cuz there was literally only staff and nobody else except I and my friends. Some ppl walked in right after us and left before us while we’re still waiting for it to turn into a good night. 2 stars for the photo booths that they have Downstairs ????

Spent longer queuing to get inside than actually being inside. Bouncers /staff allow anyone they know to skip the line. Didn’t get any better once inside. Drinks overpriced. Event advertised as 2 rooms but one was “closed for a private party”. Average sound system. Deffo not worth the cover charge.

Terrible staff, this is the worst night club i have ever been too everyone who worked there was useless when it came to trying to get help and it felt like they were all on a power trip competing to see who's ego is the highest, the bouncers who work there are also way to aggressive almost like there out trying to find someone they can pick on.

Went to their “Club MUMBAI” thing on Thursday. It should be called Club Patiala instead. Me and my friend are diehard bollywood fans, and were expecting bollywood music because of the name “Club Mumbai” but they only played Punjabi songs the whole time we were there. The place also looks really shabby, the tables are broken.

The worst night club in Vancouver, my jacket was stolen in the club, called in the next day to check is they found it, the guy answering the phone is super rude and won’t even help me ask around the staffs. I know so many people lost their phones and valets here, I’m staring to think it’s an inside job

Literally the one of the worst clubs I’ve been too. I couldn’t even stay there much longer I don’t even know how you guys run your clubs with Covid going on after seeing someone coughing profusely near our booth is quite unprofessional of you guys allowing just anybody inside and worrying for the rest of us thats exposed to it that can’t even have a good time. Didn’t even receive any type of acknowledgment about the fact if they were going to do anything about it. So, real nice I have to go get tested thanks a lot
