What an amazing restaurant ! It's the best I've been to during my short stay in the Hamilton/Burlington area. Our waitress Samantha was really nice, I guess the chef is phenomenal since the food was REALLY, REALLY Amazing. Not only it tasted GREAT, but it was PLENTIFUL. The calamari & the cajun chicken are an absolute best. Thank you a million times !

Went for my dad's birthday. This location was recommended as being better than the one in Mississauga. Reservation for 7.. the table setup was awkward, only one who way out for 4 people seated on the bench so we asked them to remove a centre piece which they did. Our server did not introduce herself and was not helpful or friendly. Half the steak and seafood entrees had the option of butter mashed potatoes but we were told it was wrong and only garlic mashed potatoes were available, no further explanation given. My father's side dish was lukewarm when it came, but overall the food was fine though I did find the meat of my burger and the steak to be a bit flavourless. All in all, it wasn't an experience worth repeating for $300+

Great ambiance and the food was delicious! We love the spinach dip, chicken tacos & Nashville chicken sandwich with truffle fries. My new favourite is chicken Hunan Kung Pao . Kudos to the sweet girl Trishna for the warm welcome and outstanding service. Would definitely come back.

Outstanding food, great service. We had a last minute meeting come up and somehow the folks over at Earls Burlington were able to accommodate us on a Friday evening at 6pm. Talk about service. This was our second visit in 3 weeks and again it was quite honestly faultless. Service was attentive, yet personal and I was really quite pleased that our server remembered us from the last visit. Special thanks to the manager who was working (Kasha?) who took great care of our group! She even gave us a complimentary dessert towards the end

I ordered extra cole slaw with my burger but the take out order was missing some ingredients. Unless Earls considers cole slaw to be a huge pile of shredded cabbage and nothing else? So disappointing when I opened the “salad” to find nothing but cabbage. No dressing, no carrots, no celery, just cabbage. I paid extra for that?

My friend and I had dinner here last week - we chose this restaurant because my friend has a gluten intolerance and they have gluten free fish and chips (which is a rarity)! We got seated quickly,... and unfortunately that was the only quick service we had for the remainder of the visit. Our waitress was a really nice girl but just a really awful server. Very forgetful and absent minded. Took forever for drinks, even longer for food... admittedly FORGOT condiments we asked for. My friend got fries and we waited over 15 minutes for ketchup. It was pretty unfortunate because it ruined our otherwise good meal.

I'm not normally one who goes to chain restaurants but my friends and I decided to come here after a Sunday hike. I ordered the Crispy Prawn Roll and it was very tasty; would definitely order it again. The menu had the price of all sushi rolls as $10 on Sundays but when I got the bill, it had the sushi roll at full price. I checked with the server who confirmed the price was meant to be $10 and corrected the receipt. It's a good thing to always check your receipt to ensure you're not overcharged.

Remove this from menu. Chicken cheddar sandwich. 20 dollars for chicken that was run over by a truck. More bread than chicken. Flimsy lettuce and sauce dry bread cold...very disappointed for the money Earl's is top notch usually. Saving grace was great service.

So I came here for happy hour drinks on a Sunday night and the place was still fairly busy at around 10:00 pm and they are also located inside the Mapleview Shopping Centre. Plenty of parking right out front and located conveniently beside the mall entrance. They offer daily happy hour from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm and form 9:00 pm to close for dine-in only, their happy hour menu is actually fairly extensive from finger foods to a full on meal like Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl. The whistle wetters have a great selection as well many different types of beers to choose from and if that's not your jam you can also pick cocktails or wine. Happy hour pricing was fairly decent ranging from $4 to $ 20 for food and $3.50 to $11.50 for the whistle wetters. The service here is good as the servers are always on their toes and checking on all their tables I noticed. The ambiance is very casual to business plenty of different crowds that come in. Definitely recommend here if you're going out for a gathering or a date with that special someone or even just to hang out at the bar and watch some sports can't go wrong.

Was told that the wait time was 10-15 mins by the host (not busy). 30mins had passed and people were getting tables before my group of 3. Finally went to ask when a table was ready and was told that our name wasn’t even recorded on a wait list so we were placed on a “priority list”. Another 15 mins goes by with costumers in the same size groups getting tables without reservations so we decided to leave and go to Turtle Jacks. Wish the hosts paid more attention to who was waiting at the door as people who arrived later than us got in before (without reservation)!!

Food was all really good and the restaurant itself was beautiful. However, we were extremely disappointed with the service. My family and I had made reservations about 2 weeks ago; even had to call and change the numbers a few times, including the day of the reservation. We arrive and there was no reservation- not fun to have 16 of us wait around but arrangements were quickly made so it wasn't too big of a deal. From then on it was slow moving. For some reason we had like 3 different servers that clearly didn't communicate (we learned that when the cheque came) and they would come around so rarely we'd be sitting with empty water glasses for 15+ minutes. To put it into perspective our "reservation" was at 530 and we left around 9, and we didn't sit around to talk after paying our bill thats for sure. will probably not return with a big group again as obviously it isn't there strong suit. Again though, the food was awesome and everyone was polite.

Picked up a Sunday dinner last night to take home because of the current Ontario restaurant dining restrictions. We got the ribs and chicken combo which was quite good, tasty with ample quantities of all the items with it. The Lobster and Prawn ravioli was absolutely mediocre and disappointing for such a small quantity for $29..... $29? Wow. The large Caesar salad was nothing short of a joke. Plain romaine lettuce pieces with some croutons on top and 2 small containers of dressing. That was it. No parmesan. No bacon bits. An extremely plain restaurant salad for $12. One good item. Two poor ones.

I went to maple view Tesla charger and my kids need to use washroom. Restaurant was full but staff was so kind they did let them use washroom and let us watch match. We didn’t get reservation so we did order take out and as my kids were watching match Mgr-Virginia told us if we want to eat there we can though had already paid bill for take out as they were no server available for us. We just wanted to to use washroom but staff was so kind that we end up eating there. Very good staff, awesome food and lot of vegetarian options.

I went to Earl's for their weekend brunch with a couple friends. It's a massive location that has a beautiful outdoor patio (with umbrellas) if you want to sit outside. We made 11:30am reservations so we could order food and drinks with the Happy Hour pricing (11-12, but call to confirm) and it worked out perfectly. Two of us ordered the full country breakfast and one ordered the super avocado toast. All of us were extremely satisfied with our meals and vowed to return. Earl's is perfect for large groups, has ample parking, a large menu, and outdoor seating. I highly recommend.

Server was great but something very upsetting happened to us. We had reservations to sit outside. A couple that came after us had no reservation as we overheard their conversation with the front desk. We were given the small table outside and not the booth. The couple after us (with no reservation) was given the booth. When we asked the server if we can get a booth, she said its for reservations only. And for the entire time we were there, there was a booth that was untouched. Very unfortunate :(

Worst earls location. Reserved a table for 3 and travelled from Hamilton for dinner with friends. They wouldn’t serve me alcohol even tho I had shown the employee my government ID. Then the manager takes it a step further. I thought she was coming to our table apologize for how our server was treating us. But she came and asked for second pieces of ID. We all showed her our second ID and walked out in disbelief. Horrible service. I think we were getting stereotyped and judged from the management, no reason to ask us for second piece of ID. will never return to this location!!

Food was good. Calamari is not great, used to be much better. Service was absolutely terrible. Our server didn't check on us us until we were nearly done our food. She only had 3 tables on the side where we were sitting and she was nowhere to be found. When we saw her, she went to one of her tables and vanished again. She didnt offer drink refills and we waited almost 10 minutes for more sauce for the calamari which got cold by the time she remembered to bring it.

Hi! I went for a brunch this morning and really surprised by how unprofessional the staff was!! I have arrived early and waited patiently outside, someone approached me and said “in a harsh way” : we still have 8 more minutes!!, this information could be delivered in a more nice way and most importantly with the smile that shows “you are welcome here”. Also, I asked if you have brunch menu and the answer was “ yes check the website” I believe there’s also a better way to answer. I didn’t feel like I was very welcome so I left the place. I have to say that we used to order the food delivery and it’s really good high quality but surprisingly the dining in service turned to be not very nice experience!

Earl's is my favorite restaurant. I got the cookbook and everything. That cajun chicken is the best. Southwest salad, the scallops are always good that feta sauce that goes on the salmon oooooooohhh my God that's good. I always ask for extra just so I can eat it with the rice. Their philosophy on food is amazing too. They really care about quality ingredients and well put together food to be enjoyed with company. I recommend to everyone all the time.

I have been dining at Earl's in Burlington for a few years and the food/service has always been amazing! The staff is wonderful and the place is managed extremely well by Kasia! It offers a great atmosphere for dining for any occasion. The food is priced really well and the quality is high. I recommend this location to everyone! Lesson 1 customer service when you have a complain, ACKNOWLEDGE the problem FIRST. I feel really upset because she didn't acknowledge the fact there was hardly any fish in there...... Went earlier today and had a wonderful experience! We were greeted by a male host (his name has slipped my memory) who seemed excited to be working and immediately brought I smile to my face. Also was delighted to see the manger was on the floor helping the staff, even though is wasn't extremely busy. The manger was also very helpful after we had an issue with the charges on our bill, she explains why the mistake happened and how we could avoid it in the future (it was a timing issues with the happy hour menu). I will definitely be returning, though the prices are on the higher side they have many different deal opportunities and you are paying for the whole experience. Though we had an amazing experience the one major issue I had was our waitress wasnt friendly which did not match any other staff I encountered. I hope she was just having an off day, because the dismissive attitude from the waitress could be enough to cause other customers to not return.

Such an awesome place to dine with friends and family. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My siblings and I went for a casual lunch and enjoyed all the dishes we tried. We tried: Dynamite roll Spicy tuna rolls Spinach cheese dip Oven roasted salmon Veggie burger (it tasted amazing that we couldn’t even tell it was veggie) Jumbo crab cake (chef’s special) Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Would love to see some halal options on the menu.

Service has always been top notch. Food has always been well done. Drinks come out very quickly any time, and only during peak hours have I ever felt like things were just taking too long. It does present itself as a more fancy restaurant, as a result, dinner or drinks here will cost slightly more than a typical roadhouse or bar/grill. Which leads me to my only real complaint; it’s attached to the mall. Because it’s slightly more pricey than other places, including a competitor right across the mall, this isn’t a place I frequent while I’m primarily there for the mall. And because of mall parking and peak mall times sometimes coinciding with meal times, I don’t really consider this as a place I really need to go most times. Been a few times, satisfied every time, but realistically don’t get here more than 1-2 times a year.

Disappointed in service Had called Christmas Eve to check hours and inquire about pre-ordering for that evening. Was told pre order wasn't available and to phone back around 3.. when I phoned back restaurant was closed.. could have mentioned that earlier. Placed order on boxing day instead, arranged for pick up. When picked up had my skip bag to help keep food warm and had multiple staff avoid eye contact and ignore my sister and I for about 5 minutes before someone asked our skip #. Let them know it was just pick up and the girl went to the back. A few minutes later someone else asks our skip number and we let them know the pick up name again.. She pulls our order from a cubby right near the door (feels like -20 outside) directly beside where we were standing the whole time.. is take out not usually kept on a warmer? Food was decent tasting but over priced and the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. Don't ignore people because you assume they are a delivery driver... Don't ignore delivery drivers! And keep the food on a warmer!!! Very unhappy with service, do not intend to return

Definitely a let down yet again from this location. The sushi items were just sad looking, and uninspired, almost a slap in the face to an entire culture. We sat close to the kitchen, big mistake. If you guys were going to pay a little man to scream at his poor cooks so loud your guests can hear it from the dining room, you should have named your restaurant Napoleon's.

I went their as a courier to pickup some food. I had to wait there for quite some time which is no big deal. I asked the concierge if I could have a water or even a bottle of water. They didn’t offer me with any. I clearly mentioned that I didn’t mind paying. Well, if you’re not willing to serve your couriers with something as simple as water, maybe, you don’t deserve the hype.

Not just that was a great way to spend a Sunday morning, but the attentiveness of the staff and management was worth more than that gift card in my opinion. They were openly enthusiastic for my girlfriend and I, and had us try all of their favorites! At first I figured they were trying to make us spend $100 and then some so we would have to pay, but I was wrong - it came to over the gift card limit and they covered the cost because we had such a lovely experience. Highly recommend just based on service and food!

My friends and I went to Earls this past Friday and had such a wonderful experience. We got a table within 10 mins of arriving with no reservation. The appetizers (Calamari and Truffle fries) we ordered were fantastic. So happy with the service from the restaurant staff, which made the dining experience all the more enjoyable. Our server Santiago was super pleasant along with the restaurant manager. Would highly recommend this restaurant for the service alone. Food was great, service wasn't. Had to ask for our cutlery after receiving our food, then ask again for napkins. Asked for lemon in my water, water came without it, had to ask for it again. Asked for oil and vinegar for my bread, olive oil came the first time, then had to ask again for the vinegar. By dessert, we received our cake without cutlery. Waited a while to wave down the waitress, eventually we just took forks from another empty table.

Terrible experience. I visited the restaurant around 1:30 pm, there were ample seating available but was put on a waiting list anyways (I take that as grain of salt based on current covid regulations but I feel I'm being generous considering multiple booths were empty). People who came in the restaurant after me were seated before me. After I was seated at my table and waiting for my server to arrive and noticed that my table was still dirty with a sticky sauce from the previous guests. I asked the server politely if she could give the table another cleaning for me; she absolutely refused to do so starting that she herself had thoroughly cleaned the table and it just took some time to dry and continued to educate me on their cleaning policies that they wipe the tables twice rather than just getting a cloth and wiping it again. I had already been at the table for 5-10 minutes and what was on the table was sticky spilled sauce. I had to wait for my drink to be delivered by another staff member before I could re-address the issue, thankfully it was then resolved. Atrocious service not to have the basic etiquette provided and to top it off the base gratuity allotted on the machine was 16% (ridiculous and greedy for the company to suggest such a high base rate). The 9 oz. meat being served was one big round lump of meat where it was impossible to cut without it rolling around on the plate. The steak was to be cooked at medium rare but because it was a literal a ball of meat made it impossible to have an even doneness throughout. Most of the meat was well-done and unsatisfying. Very disappointing to say the least considering that the plate cost $35.00, I would have had a better experience at McDonald's for a fraction of the cost. Needless to say that my special occasion lunch to celebrate a once in a lifetime achievement turned out to be a total bust.

Meghan did a good job of serving us - we were never waiting for service and she ensured that our drinks and food were good without being too overt. Reservations are highly recommended here as the wait list is pretty long on a weekend evening. We were seated immediately due to our reservation and the service was efficient and fast. My wife wanted a pitcher and we were told that legally they cannot serve us a large pitcher of only one person was drinking. Didn't hear about his rule before anywhere, but then I also decided to join in with her. In addition, I indulged in whiskey sours and old fashioned. The cocktails were very good indeed, but pretty heavy on the ice. As accompaniments we ordered nachos, calamari and Italian pan bread. The portions were pretty small for the price. The crust of the bread was extremely salty and we had to avoid the crust. The calamari was dripping in grease and underseasoned. The nachos were the only saving grace. Food shenanigans aside, the service was good as they were never pushy. Will come back again for another try.

Really displeased with how this establishment dealt with our experience. I’ve been to plenty of restaurants alike but its really sad how it was handled. Taste of food, customer service, and the experience was good up until the end of our visit. After paying the Bill my girlfriend had a really upset stomach after we finished up and we don’t know what caused. She has no allergies so we were wondering what it could be. As we proceed to go back to the car because she just wanted to go home, I called the restaurant to inform them what was happening. The manager Cristina was just defending the restaurant saying they make everything fresh but if that’s the case she wouldn’t have an upset stomach. All she said was to go to seek professional help to see what was wrong and took no further action to do anything else. 2 hours later her stomach is still hurting and when we got home she threw everything up and was sweating excessively from all the discomfort she was having. I’m really not one to create a negative reviews and very lenient to many things but is really unacceptable and I’m very displeased and disappointed.

Went to earls yesterday evening and sat in the bar side of the restaurant. It was very busy for a Sunday evening but the service was amazing and the food was cooked to perfection. I cannot remember our servers name but she was a small blonde younger lady. My son asked our server for a few recommendations and she gave a wide variety explaining her favourite things depending on what he was in the mood for. The food came very quick, the drinks were made nicely and our server frequently came to ask for drink top ups and water refills. I will definitely be coming back.

I had an amazing value meal and beverages during the happy hour promotion on Jan 28 2020. Josie was my server and she did a fantastic job. The sushi and sandwich were delicious!!! When I visited Earls recently it was not a great day because it was raining that day, despite this from when I sat down to when I left, the experience was great with a nice patio setting as well as quality food at a higher budget price. The service from the employees was good and on par with other restaurants of the same quality and price. You can also taste the great flavours in the food. You would enjoy this restaurant if you’re looking for good quality food and great service. Overall I would return to this restaurant because of the high quality food, good service and the great atmosphere

I called to order takeout for our roadtrip and the phone service was on point. When we arrived our order was just being brought from the kitchen and so the estimated time was bang on. I wasn't offered cutlery or napkins as probably most takeout orders are heading to a home, but they were easily ready to go in convenient packages. The buffalo cauliflower was perfectly prepared and packaged in a compostable container. I ate it first because it was warm and it was everything it should be. Celery sticks were on the side. The dynamite roll was also well created and packaged similarly. It's probably been a decade or two since I ate at Earl's and we'll definitely be back sooner than later!

I've been here two times now hoping the second time would be better. Food both times has been great, but the service is terrible. This last visit it took at least 5 minutes after being seated to even have a waitress offer water let alone take our order. After waiting awhile for our waitress to return to bring the bill we then waited between 10 to 15 minutes for her to get the debit machine. At that point I'd gone to find someone with a machine to pay and get on with my day. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this place.

It's a upscale place to get lunch. I had the tacos which were good but tasted like a white guy white tattoos made them and overcharged me. Not really authentic. You get the idea....The fact that they care enough to respond to reviews bumped them up a star. The tacos (chicken) were good don't get me wrong, they were just a bit expensive as far as tacos go. FYI to anyone reading this the drink specials they had on seemed legit ...but I don't drink so couldn't partake. Check the place out but bring the wallet.

The good: fettucine, nice layout and nice patio The bad: Filet mignon was inedible. Dry and salty. Asked them to remake it and server was hesitant. The second one brought out was hardly any better. Still dry and poor quality meat. Asparagus was salty as well. Chicken in the fettucine was overcooked and had a burnt taste. Service also was a miss. Had to ask for water refills even though server walked by our table multiple times and glasses were empty for over 15 minutes. Overall disappointing Earls as we usually have great food/service at other locations.

I’m really disappointed in the service I received tonight at earls. We ordered ahead for pick up and it was a half hour wait which we patiently waited and when they brought our order out it was wrong. The sauces we asked for they didn’t give and then my sandwich i asked for no lettuce and onion instead and they didn’t put it and lettuce was still on it. Then they came back out and took the food back and said they were remaking it and giving our sauces and then they come back out 10 mins later and the man said they could not take the lettuce off the sandwich or add onion because of cross contamination but I should’ve had a fresh one made the way I had originally ordered it but instead they just gave us the cold food back with the sauces and didn’t offer a discount or anything for waiting there 45 mins and still got our order wrong we paid over 40$ for horrible food and horrible service

My recent experience with Earls was very disappointing. On Mother’s Day, my husband ordered dinner for us from Earls to be delivered through Door Dash. The order took twice as long to prepare than the original estimate so we ended up waiting almost 2 hours for our meal. Given it was a holiday, we expected a longer wait and would’ve been fine with it but the meal was just terrible. We ordered steaks and paid extra for the larger size for my husband but they were both 6oz. The meal was so thickly coated in pepper it was almost inedible. My husband ordered a soup and it was refrigerator cold - there was no way it was heated before it was sent. And, we ordered their garlic fries but the garlic on them was raw. We ended up paying a lot of money just to throw it all out - very disappointing. This is in no way a poor reflection on Door Dash. The driver was lovely and we watched her come right to our house from the restaurant (through GPS tracking on their app). In general I don’t like to publicly share bad feedback on a business and I would’ve preferred to give this feedback to the restaurant directly but they have no means to receive feedback through their website.

Good experience. Waitress was very attentive to me and my family. Only beef was with the sushi. Didn't feel like it was actually sushi given that they didn't place the tuna inside the roll and just put it on top of a flat circle of sushi rice. And at a cost of $18, just didn't feel like value for my money. I'd recommend Earls stay away from sushi making, it's just not your thing.

Service was very good: attentative but not over bearing. My youngest loved the Gyiza dumplings. The Burgers are excellent and fairly big with lots of customization options. My other son had the Nashville sandwich, spice level was good, but you may want some extra heat on the side if you are a spice level. I had a steak, requested rare, and delivered rare. We as a family dont like a lot of salt on our food and they kitchen complied with our request. Overall a great experience.

I haven't been to any Earls in a very long time because of my last disappointing experience when I did. Well its seems nothing has changed it was disappointing again. My food was so salty I couldn't finish it. I told my server Gabby and her response was oh I'm so sorry about that, I never finished my meal but was still charged for it, you figured she would of done something about it. Anyways I highly doubt I'll be in another Earls ever again. Maybe next time Gabby you should let a manager come over and deal with an unsatisfied customer if all you have to say is sorry when you can clearly see the meal wasn't finished.

Came in for a quick after work bite to eat. Clam chowder arrived to table stone cold, with chunks of vegetable stuck together. It tasted like it was right from a frozen bag or can. Next up i got the sushi roll, sadly it wasn't fresh either. The shrimp was soggy and the rice was hard and crunchy. Lots of staff also socializing with people that seemed like friends with masks pulled down and not social distancing. Really disappointed!!

Read all the amazing reviews and decided to try out this place and it didn’t disappoint. From the easy booking reservations to the friendly and helpful staff we knew we were in for a good time. Ordered the old fashion and followed it up with amazing b-52 shots along with the to die for truffle fries and the artisan bread. I had the 9 oz cajun spiced sirloin with mashed potatoes and gravy and my friend ordered the tofu toll shushi. The steak simply melted in the mouth. My sister and I frequent this location and always enjoy the friendly staff, great food and relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. Their seasonal menu offers some interesting alternative options but they have all of their classics as well.

This location is our typical destination for Sunday brunch especially when we have to do some shopping. For our experience today, we were extremely disappointed. Service was awful. We were greeted with smiles and walked to our table in a reasonably half-filled dining area. We did not get any attention for 10 minutes. Cutleries were missing from our table. We could not get the attention of the 5 servers roaming around the dining area. We were offered water 15 minutes into sitting down and our drink orders were taken. I ordered a regular coffee and my wife ordered a decaf coffee. I received my coffee after five minutes. The server said that they run out of mugs and thus serving the regular coffee in cappuccino mug. The coffee was cold. He also said that they run out of decaf coffee and will be brewing a new batch (note that our order was taken five minutes prior). 25 minutes later and we still did not get a server to take our food order. 26 minutes into arriving at the restaurant, we left $5 on the table to pay for my cold coffee and left the restaurant. We could not even get anyone to issue a bill for the coffee. Disappointment is what we took away and ended up going to another restaurant. Beware of this location for brunch rush. They are not properly staffed to service even half of the establishment.

Tonight we had amazing service by Bree in the bar area!! We used to come earls a while ago but the service has been extremely bad... until tonight! Bree was around at the perfect times and extremely personable we will be back just to see her and for all the vegan options!!!! Only hiccup was the front check in process with the hostess was kind of confusing and a little rude.

This Earl's has probably been the best location I've been to so far. Ambiance and decor is amazing. Food is well priced, delicious and a good amount on your plate. I particularly loved the garlic fries... if you are a fries fan, I would definitely recommend it. The Sangria which was delicious, was a bit of a different style but I think I had the rose and it was better than I expected! Our server really made this a great experience! She was genuine and friendly. Always checked in on us but at perfect intervals without coming too often or not coming at all. I didn't catch her name but she is blonde with half shaved head style and some sleeve work. Really great at customer service and would enjoy coming back to her table again. Keep up the great work!

Come to Earl's often. I'm not sure if I'm the only one who feels this way, but something seems to have changed recently in the quality of service. It's been very inconsistent. Perhaps it's just my luck. Placed an order for pick up and 2 items requested on the side were missing. Dined in recently and the food was served cold. Lastly, simply the change in menu - please bring back the power bowl. Really sad, used to be one of my favourite restaurants now I don't know what to expect from my visit.

Stopped in for a late lunch, and lucked into the Happy Hour menu. Ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail, the pizza Margherita with salami and mushrooms added, and the 3 chicken tacos. Drink service was a little slow, but food service was quick. The pizza and the tacos were both tasty, and the alcohol-free cocktail was very flavorful. If I have an opportunity to try the Happy Hour menu again, I will.

Great food - horrible service. Went for Sunday brunch and sat on the patio which was insanely hot, but that is not the restaurant's fault. We ordered drinks, apps and entrees and we waited a ridiculously long time for drinks to arrive and then what seemed like forever for the food to arrive. The soups and entrees arrived at the same time which in my opinion should never ever happen. There's simply not enough room on the table for all the food, and more importantly your entrees get cold while you are eating your apps . Ordered items were complete forgotten including soups and drinks. We were so put off that we did not even complain since it was taking so long to get any kind of service. We just wanted to pay the bill and get on with our day. Several servers were assigned to our table which I think created a lot of confusion for the wait staff. It is a shame because aside from the horrible service, the food tasted consistently great. We will go back to earl's but hopefully their service improves at the Burlington location.

This location was recommended to me by my Cousin who has recently returned to the Earl's team. My server Kaitie was wonderful. She was friendly and attentive. Truly made our party of 6 enjoy our experience. Food was on point. We had spinach dip and the ricotta garlic bread which slammed. I had a burger cooked to my liking and it was all delicious. Hamish the manager popped by and ensured our experience was good and food was to our liking. He ensured we were taken care of. Would reccomend to my friends and family and I'll definitely be back. Extremely slow in serving. Even fries would take 30-40 min. Our experience with Earls is usually great but we stopped at this place during our long drive and wasted our time here. We came as family of 7 and 4 kids so we got two tables but it was weird that they couldn’t combine the bills. Very strange place to have our dinner with family. When we asked how the dish we canceled was included in the bill, we were asked take the dish from near a sink. Pls don’t go here and our worst experience in Earls.

Not the same experience it used to be. Dissappointed. Went there on Wed. Aug.18. around 5:30pm. Party of 3. Seated right away. Not very busy at the time. Many empty tables on the patio as well as inside. Zero explanation on how to access digital menu- a paper one was not offered as an option. Hostess just "dumped" a "specials" small menu card on the table and walked away. Waitperson was prompt to ask us if wanted drinks-would have been nice to have a full drink menu. Ordered appies for Wing WED. Appies came in a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the wings were definitely subpar. Tasted like a "heat and serve" product- lukewarm at best. (Earls hot wings have been of OUTSTANDING quality in the past-something has changed -and not for the better)Ordered mains- they came quickly- Chicken Caesar salad was good- they have changed the bread side from Foccacia(disappointed) to a large piece of toast. Chicken Kung Pao was very dry and had to search for the chicken. Some of the veg was undercooked- others burnt. One dessert was ordered- Sticky toffee pudding- Came to the table almost immediately...Again, was lukewarm at best. Tasted like a heat and serve product....I would gladly pay a premium for excellent quality. Overall, I expected better- not perfection.

We went for lunch on a week day and that place was full to overflowing! We decided to wait the 10 minutes to get a table and it was well worth it. The food was great and they were very welcoming and accommodating formula 4 year old daughter who tagged along for a business lunch. Earls is one of my favourite places to eat, until now. Our last visit was disappointing: -The bun on my Cajun chicken sandwich was hard and dry, as if it had been heated and then left for a couple of hours. I left it on my plate. -no garlic fries!!!! WTH! I tried fries with truffles and it is a horrible fail! ???? -ordered a celebration cake to share. It looked like a Duncan Hines cake mix. It tasted boring. Nothing to celebrate there! ???? -also ordered cheesecake. It had a drip of raspberry sauce on it. We had to ask for more sauce!!!! Overall, the service was great, and they did offer to remake my Cajun sandwich, but we had already waited 30 minutes and I was starving. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed at Earl’s. Hoping they improve before my next visit, but won’t be ordering the Cajun sandwich. Or fries. Or celebration cake. So disappointed! ????

If you've never been to an Earl's you have to give it a try. The food is fresh made down to the most basics parts like a pie or bun. The selection is wide with Indian, Korean to an array of NA foods. In addition the atmosphere is hip and comfortable but still classy.

The service was fantastic, as always. The food on the other hand...not so much. Ordered a full rack of ribs for takeout. Got home to eat and discovered they were full of gobs of fat. It was so bad we actually only ate a potion of it only to realize that part of the rack wasn't as cooked as compared to previous times. Super disappointing experience! Would not come back. Somebody proposed and his partner accepted the proposal so we cheered. The poorly mannered "manager" rudely came up to us and with and an absolute disgusting tone of voice pretty much told us to shut up. My boyfriend and I came here, we ordered calamari to start and it was tasty! We both ordered steaks. I ordered steak + peppercorn with green beans and mashed potatoes, my boyfriend ordered steak frites. My green beans were rock solid and steak was order medium rare and it was very hard to cut through and a little burnt on the outside. My boyfriends steak was extremely salty, said it tasted like the sea- that salty. Our server was very nice and service was great.

My eggs Benedict came on slices of Babette that must have been from Saturday it was so dry and tough. I had trouble cutting it with a steak knife. And don't ask me about the sticky toffee pudding. Someone needs to find a different recipe. It in no way resembled sticky toffee pudding. A huge disappointment.

I've been going to Earls for sometime and notice there are Quite A few new servers; things have certaintly changed. Servers here are terrible now. They don't check up on you, and takes them 45min to realize im finished my drink because there too busy crowded around the end of the bar with others, not even social distancing. To add to that Couldn't find my server for an hour just to tell her I wanted the bill, once I was given the bill she charged me full price for drinks instead of happy hour because she was too slow to punch them in time and told me at the end of the night i was paying full price due to her mistake. (Should of told me before not at the end ) Worst service I have experienced and I've had this Several times in the past month

Earls Burlington has gone downhill fast. Not sure if it’s new management or what. The last 3 times I’ve been there’s been an item I’ve been craving that they’re out of stock. How does a restaurant run out of sweet potato fries!? Most recently I attended with a group of 5 people. The restaurant had a total of 7 people there and it still took 20 minutes to get a sleeve of rhino. Prices recently went up on the happy hour menu...probably to make up for the fact that the crowd here has been dwindling. I won’t be coming back here. #bringbackavocodosupertoast

After stopping by at Earls for the first time last night after some shopping with the family, we will be back. Taylor was our server and not only did she break down the menu for us and our kids (we discovered there is no child’s menu - only set back) she maintained a positive and friendly attitude that made us feel very comfortable and prioritized. Our food was great and came out fast. I ordered an item off of the “Happy Hour” (great menu items for a great price) and received Cajun chicken, 1/2 rack of ribs and sides of coleslaw and potato salad. We always pass by on our way out of the mall and I am glad we stopped on our way out this time.

The food was amazing, even went and complimented the chef. The service was awful. Server barely checked in, left three people with one plate for pizza. Had to ask for napkins for the table, and received four. Bartender had to refill drinks after server was asked for refills, with a 10 minute wait in between. If not for the bartender we would not have had refills. It was also empty in there so its not like we had overly high expectations or that our server was busy. Server was too busy chitchatting with other staff to care about her tables. Hostess and bartender were the only ones cleaning up while the serve just sat there chatting with staff. Was very happy with the food and very unhappy with the service, only left an 11% tip and that was for the kitchen NOT the service.

Went to Earls Burlington for a birthday lunch and I have to say they did everything to make me feel special. My server, Taylor, greeted me with a "Happy Birthday" and her service was top notch from start to finish, with a very welcoming personality. She later informed me that she and the manager on duty, Virginia, were paying for a birthday dessert for me (their very tasty Sticky Toffee Pudding cake). Another manager, Samantha, brought the dessert to me and lit a candle on top of it (because what's a birthday cake without a candle). All in all, just a great experience. I would highly recommend Earls Burlington to anyone. The food is tasty and the service is just terrific.

Came in today for an early lunch with my family. We got the crab prawn gyoza & margherita pizza as apps. I got the peppercorn steak, my dad the filet mignon, and my mom and brother got the lobster prawn ravioli. The best choice was the ravioli. It was rich lobster flavour with lots of ravioli (I recommend!).The sticky pudding was great as well. Our server Nicole was patient with us ( I am terrible at choosing what to get). She was knowledgeable on the menu and answered all of our food inquiries. She was also sweet and charming. She made us laugh a few times and made us feel welcome. Excellent service! Definitely will be back!

Food was good and the patio is nice. I recommend making a reservation. I would double check the bill, as I got charged incorrectly twice. I did mention it to the server but she still didn't fix it correctly. Just ended up paying as I needed to leave. Food was awesome but we payed 70 for a bottle of red and when it was full of fruit flies, the manager said there was nothing they could do because the door was open. I understand that it happens with one or two fruit flies but more than that starts to be a bit gross. The service from the waitress was outstanding. The service from the manager, on the other hand, was hardly anything to gawk over. The manager made us feel like our issue didn't matter, and we had to pay full price for the bottle.

Came to Harrison Hot Springs for a one night stay - My partner and I could not decide where to eat for dinner and we ended up choosing Earls, did not regret it! Service was great... we missed our server’s name but she was so lovely, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. It was not our first time at Earls as we have many branches at where we’re from (Vancouver), but I’d like to say this was one of the best Earls for service, quality of food, and overall experience! Our main course took a while to arrive but well worth the wait. Great job with providing top-notch service and keeping the place safe and clean during these times with COVID-19. I don’t come to Burlington much so I thought I’d give this spot a try to get something new for food. I can honestly say that I do not regret the decision at all whatsoever. The food here is top notch quality (especially the garlic fries) and the service here was absolutely phenomenal. The waiter name Chris was probably one of the best servers I’ve ever had in my life. He carried good conservations and kept checking up on our table even though the restaurant seemed very busy. I don’t ever do reviews for places but I very much so had to make the effort to express how good he was as a waiter and how incredible this restaurant was. 10/10 recommend.

Good ambience, average food, and slightly overpriced. This location is in the Mapleview Mall and is quite nice. They even have a nice patio section outside for when the weather is nice. As far as food goes, it's nothing special. Especially not for the price. I ordered the Blackened Cajun Chicken and didn't like it at all. It's pretty much burned and charred so order at your own risk. I'm not sure about the rest of the menu though so if we go next time I will definitely order something else

My son and I went in for dinner on a Friday evening. After waiting for about 30 minutes to get our table we had to wait another 20 minutes before we even received any service at our table. I actually had to find someone to ask where our server was. That’s pretty much how the entire evening went. The food was luke warm, after being served our dinners never saw our server again. I had to ask someone to find her so that she could get our bill. All around poor experience. And to top it all off I asked for garlic fries and was given fries with raw garlic thrown on top of my fries.

First time eating here and most likely won’t be back. I find the menu prices a bit high, everything could be 5$ cheaper. Good thing we went during happy hour. The restaurant was really cold and our server didn’t really seem like she wanted to be there that day. We never received water refills and it took 20 mins to get our food, which was 3 orders of burgers. The burger patty was over cooked and they forgot to put ketchup on the burger which I had asked for. They also appear to ration out the ketchup for the fries. I have never seen such a pathetic amount of ketchup served with such a large amount of fries. It’s as if they dumped two ketchup packets into the metal container.

Our Server was super friendly and attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure that there were no allergies and even offered to bring a side dish for the baby we had with us. The food was delicious as well and the atmosphere was perfect to catch up with friends. Got the fettuccine alfredo and asked for no chicken and if possible a vegetable substitute. We weren't expecting much, but the food was way beyond our expectations! They gave us mushrooms instead! We ordered a margerhita pizza as well, which was GREAT! Sadly through doordash you can't tip the restaurant directly, so we decided to leave a review instead. My fiancé and I enjoy coming to this location for special dinners and celebrations. Two weeks ago we booked a reservation and came for dinner, quite looking forward to the meal and the time together. In the past every single time we have dined at Earl's Burlington, both the food and service has been outstanding. Unfortunately this visit left us feeling highly dissatisfied and annoyed. The food was good but the service was terrible. I understand that due to Covid restrictions there weren't many staff working but our server was rude and unpleasant. After taking our order and serving our food, she stopped by our table only once near the end of our dining to see if we needed anything. We had to flag her down everytime we needed something or had a question - however she would continuously stop and check in on the few tables around us. Once we finished our food, we wanted to order dessert but it took her so long to stop by our table that when she eventually did, we just wanted to pay our bill and leave. Waiting for the bill took another 15min and we left feeling like we were a nuisance, that this server was doing us a favor by serving our table. It was just disappointing because we were quite excited to dine in when we could, and usually our experience at this location is amazing.

We were completely ignored for the whole duration of our visit. I had been raving to my friend about how great Earls in Square one was but we were completely shocked at how we were treated here. It took half an hour for our server to come and take our drink order and of course by that time we already knew what we were getting but he disappeared for 15 minutes and came back with just our water. He then left to attend to his other seemingly more important tables. Our other drinks didn’t come until another 5 minutes after. I stopped him from leaving when he put down our drinks and told him we’re ready to order (we’d been there for almost an hour at that point) he told me he’d be right back and once again attended to the table he had been paying so much attention to before (who arrived after us but got their drinks first?). Finally he came and took our order. We waited for a while and watched as he and other workers completely ignored us but made a huge fuss about making the other guests feel comfortable and satisfied after they had all complained about something within their meal. We spoke to our server no more than 4 times throughout our almost two hour visit. Our food came 15 minutes after the table that arrived and ordered after us. Long story short, we felt we weren’t worth our servers time because we were dressed more casual than his other tables. Definitely will not be going back to this location. The only good thing was the food, props to the chef!

We came there last Saturday directly from a wedding in Kleinbürger and were still wearing our wedding clothes and treated well and food great..and we tipped well because of it…..But…today however we were returning from a long trip in casual clothes not knowing the protocol and hungry and were turned away by both females at the door as we had no reservation and were told no more walk ins so we went next door where we were treated like human beings.We spent a lot of money there at Earls last week my first time there but never again even though the food was great

After arriving for curbside pickup we were told our order would be ready soon then got a text saying our food was being "fired-up", then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes (over 30 minutes after our pick up time and over an hour and a half after the order was placed) for a burger and salad. There were 0 other cars in the curbside pick up lots for Earls and stores were not open yet. Then when we got home our full order was not even completed. Would not recommend, definitely not going back.

Really good experience! Service was great. Food was amazing too (especially the spinach dip) servers were exceptionally sweet and kind, although with patios opening up, they were busy and we had to wait a little to go in, they were all working hard to get everyone accommodated. They could use more umbrellas on the patio, the sun really in shining right on you with 30 degree weather with no shade :(

Went for lunch to Earls located in Burlington mall, decided to sit out on the patio on a beautiful sunny Sunday, the patio is well furnished with soft cushioned love seats with pillows around tables, surrounded by large flower arrangements and greenery, it’s very nice considering it’s in a mall parking lot, you would never know! Our server was attentive and brought out and left a large container of iced water so we could refill our glasses, the menu has recently been upgraded and most definitely improved, in the past I was not really a fan despite giving them multiple chances but it seems this time they have it right! They have all kinds of different food options for everyone including the healthy eater. I had the swordfish tacos and the chicken tacos, I was impressed that they used a decent high end fish instead of garbage cheap basa fish like most places! all the toppings were fresh and certainly tasted that way..... had some heat.... which I liked and the soft taco was warmed or toasted, priced $13-15 so not too bad for two of each.... highly recommend it You can also combo it with fries, sweet potato, soup or salad and the options looked good, but decide to keep it simple. Great service, great atmosphere on the patio and an excellent new menu make it worth visiting again!

I order from here pretty much everyday through uber eats and once in a blue moon I drive there to pick up food. The food is delicious! I would also like to mention Virginia is a great example for a perfect restaurant manager in terms of customer service and how to treat/satisfy a customer. My brother and I eat often at Earl's Restaurant chain and although they are a consistent place to dine, this one is our favorite. My favorite place to be seated is close to the Pizza oven where we can watch the cook perfect his craft as well as watch the flames from the oven. A must on anyone's list.

I have been to Earls many times before with various people and have always had an alright time. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable, especially during “happy hour” so that usually makes up for the experience. Sometimes I wait on a table or service but tonight was unlike any other. I had gone out for dinner with some friends tonight and had the best experience I have ever had at Earls but also at any restaurant. I was sat almost immediately and the host kindly catered to my requests by seating my friends and I in a booth in the dining room. Taylor looked after us and made the entire experience outstanding. She really exceeded any expectation of service I had. Her personable and welcoming attitude is definitely a warming one to make me want to come back and be served by her again! My friends and I really enjoyed ourselves and can not wait to be back.

Went on a Wednesday evening for a goodbye meal with a friend that was moving away. We had an issue with a pasta, and the manager came right away. She was friendly and professional. The server however, seemed like he either was inconvenienced by our table, or not interested in working that night. Odd wait times, never offered water refills, waited incredibly long time in between visits to our table, and at the end proceeded to try and butter us up and get us to say that his service was really good. His mood definitely changed from the service point to the end point. Regardless of service, the steak was cooked correctly at medium and was very flavourful, food was hot, my friend had her pasta taken care of by management as it was under sauced and quite boring, and my other friend absolutely loved her soup. Really the food is good here. I'll chalk service up to a one off that won't happen again. Absolutely liked the atmosphere. Parking is convenient just outside the restaurant.

Worst restaurant in the city for deliveries. Drivers wait 20-30 min minimum for an order. Orders are not started until driver gets to the restaurant, which totally defeats the purpose of this service. Very obvious that drivers are given last priority and their time is not respected.

We initially made a reservation for my mother in-laws birthday and unfortunately there was some sort of communication error and it had been lost. The staff was quick to have us seated. Came in for a early dinner with a few of my friends visiting from out of town. I chose earls because one of my friends was vegan and I knew that there were a few options on the menu for her. Our server was Nevena, and she explained to us all the plant based options and even recommended a few of her faves. We ended up getting The Hunan Kung Pao for my vegan friend, fish and chips, Street Tacos & Oven Roasted Salmon. Everything was delicious! And nevena was a superstar! Very attentive, always checking in to make sure we enjoyed our food and drinks. Our night was a blast and we will definitely be back!

The food was tasty. It was very, very busy at lunchtime on a Tuesday and we felt the wait staff were a stretched a little thin. They were courteous, but messed up two things in our meal, including misquoting the price of the wine. I would give it another try, as the food itself was good.

The food is great, it's Earl's... But I continue to be shocked by the poor service staff and hostesses. Was just told rather dismissively that there's an almost two hour wait because they're short staffed... So let's add poor management to the mix as well. I use to work at an Earl's years ago and this wouldn't have passed the service test

Great experience eating here! Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Patio area is heated which makes eating outside that much more enjoyable. A must visit if you're around the area.

Our early Easter Dinner was everything we expected and more. We had drinks and ate great food! I ordered the Cajun salmon after our server Taylor recommended some dishes to the table. Me and my friend had such a great experience! Our server Jessie was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Both my friend and myself have dietary restrictions, and Jessie and the chef made sure we were taken care of. I got the dynamite roll, which was AMAZING and I would highly recommend to try it! We went to this Earls location on the Valentine's Day. The best thing about the restaurant is that on the weekend and on Valentine's Day specially it was open untill 2am. I have no clue why other restaurants were closed at 8:00 - 9:00 :p The location of the restaurant is very easy to find, it right with the Mall's main entrance and has a separate entrance that is accessible. You will find a lot of wide parking spots so that's not an issue even on a busy weekend. The place was busy understandably it was a weekend and Valentine's Day together but we were lucky to find a table for two within few minutes without making a reservation earlier. I'd suggest on such busy days, make reservations if you don't like to wait! As of the menu: I'm almost a vegetarian, so obviously I didn't have too many options on the menu but there are some countable dishes you can order being a veggie. The food we orders came in about 30 minute, which is just a bit delayed for me but I give a benefit of doubt because of the busy day. Starters were good - Main course was okay!! and the Salmon was a bit too dry to my linking which took away the actual taste of Salmon. My drink was made to perfection though so I believe they've got a good bar tender ;) Overall it was a good experience but I've had better taste in food - I think I will visit this location some other time again when its not too crowded.

We had an awesome server (can’t recall her name, but she had a hand tattoo and tattoos on her arms) long dark hair. They were out of chocolate milk, she went out of her way to go grab my son chocolate milk. From a store in the mall, Thank you for going out of your way, 10/10.

visited Earls for the first time today with a friend, we sat in the dining room which was quiet but lively. The restaurant is beautiful, much nicer than I was expecting for a mall restaurant. Our server Taylor was the best as she was very attentive as well as helpful and accommodating when helping me find a dish suitable to my allergy. Her attitude was uplifting and added to the experience. My food was delicious, I ordered the Fig and Brie Chicken sandwich with yam fries. Will have to come back to try some more!
