Great staff and excellent pizza. Ordered over the phone due to pandemic and one of the very cheerful staff came to the car and delivered it to my Car in the Parking lot. It took them about 15-20 minutes. Phenomenal pizza in a really beautiful neighborhood. I would recommend just hangout across the store near memorial and have your pizza for a great experience.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever received from pizza pizza. When we walked in to pick up our pizza we were told it would be ready in 30min, when we got to the store we were the only customers in the building and none of the staff were wearing any masks. As soon as we were spotted one employee quickly put his mask on lazily and it just fell off which he continued to try and fix without sanitizing his hands or anything he touched including the three pizzas we ordered which were stone cold while in the store. Never going back to this location.

Ordered a panzaratti which only needed to be heated up. There were two other people in front of us that ordered. We waited 20 minutes for it and they had it sitting on top of the oven. It was now cold ..... no point in heating it up. It had to be the worst I have ever had all dough no toppings inside I counted 4 pepperoni.... Every table was dirty and I had to ask for a cloth. Which was provided after he looked for one . Handed it to Me dry with no sanitizer. I asked him to at least wet it it generally works better. Makes me wonder if the front of the restaurant was that filthy and the washrooms were disgusting not cleaned at all. Then what does the kitchen look like hope we don't get sick Need to have better systems in place for running a business and if you don't know then learn or get out of the business We will definitely never go back. Was discusting ..... just plain aweful...

There were bugs near the dining area and caterpillar outside the entrance,in the mudroom and some even inside.also the lady preparing had her hair untide and was not wearing a bandana or a cap.really un hygenic place to no will never go there again. Staff was not friendly at all.

With out a doubt, the WORST service I've ever received at a Pizza Pizza. My Wife and I placed a walk-in order at the counter... Was told to come back in 20 minutes, and we did. Then we were told that one of the pies was made wrong (she put pepperoni on it and it was supposed to be plain) so she had to remake it while our other pizza orders just sat on top of the oven and got cold. There was no apology, nothing was done to appease me - not even a sorry, nothing. This place is trash and like everyone else, I agree that it's a dive now. Half the time you go in you can only order pizza cause their fryers are never working. We won't be back. Pizza Pizza Head Office, you need to kindly remove the current owners of this place and put in some people that know what the hell they're doing.

I relied on this store to provide delivery. I was instore and had the ppl tell me to my face after checking the map that they would deliver to my house. I told my three year old autistic son he was having pizza for dinner. I call it in and they can't deliever all of a sudden. Its an hour to bed time and I now have to make a meal and do bath time in that hour or his schedule is messed up and that is not fun to deal with. Thanks Pizza Pizza for lying

I guess if you order cheap, you get cheap. We did a pickup special and it was inexpensive - the quality of the pizza matched. It only came with 1 topping and it was incredibly scarce, the pizza tasted like cardboard and ultimately it was filling but unsatisfying. Probably wouldn't order from here again.

Must be the new owners, but as regulars we are going to have to train them ourselves by the looks of it. We usually order an XL thin crust pepperoni. Yesterday’s pie wasn’t exactly thin, it was undercooked and had half the pepperoni on it that it should have. Please do better! I know you’re trying but take the advice and strive to meet the Pizza Pizza standard that was set here for years!

We had large order take out for birthday (4 Large pizza, dozen wings, onion ring, garlic bread, fries, funnel cake stix & 5-8 POP) from the time we placed the order till the pick up time it was only 25 min on busy Sunday. Our order was made right the first time and the lady at counter (I think she's the owner) was very friendly and very helpful. All is all good experience and will recommend to others.

Unfortunately for us they got the order completely wrong on a walk in order ,which is highly unusual. They did credit us 50% because of the error, I took there attempt at making it right but they need to do better with regards to there refund policy ,on a order that logistically we could never be able to drive back another 40 minutes to pick up a complimentary order on the same day ,? Really that's not realistic for ever situation. However the offer is appreciated but disappointing over all since it's not our fault.

Ever since new owners have taken over the Pizza Pizza in Bancroft, the quality and quantity of food has taken a complete downward spiral. The pizza is not cooked properly, the dough is raw in the middle. The cheese wasn't even melted on top. There was hardly any cheese on the garlic bread we ordered. We will not be going back to Pizza Pizza !

Don't waste your money, $22 bucks gone ! Both my wife and I had the exact same meal..ponzerotti and garlic bread with cheese. We both vomitted up our meals in the middle of the night. Neither the ponzerotti or the garlic bread was cooked through. We put the bread in our own oven to brown it because it looked like they spread the garlic butter and sprinkled the cheese and boxed it up. We did the same for the ponz's. The ponzerotti's were raw dough and toppings inside were not cooked, and not even brown on the outside. Disgusting !!!!!

Was in today....poor young woman had ordered a small pepperoni pizza but wasn't given the order receipt, when she went to counter to enquire about order was told she didn't order or pay. She was with a friend who said she did but was still told she did NOT order. Finally young woman asked to speak to the girl that took her order....older woman said she would talk to her. Finally she came back to the front and said yes your is almost ready but no apology what so ever. Same older woman tried to take my order after the ten minute argument but didn't understand what I wanted. Finally the man took the order. Went back to pick up and waited another 10 minutes while every one was on break except one girl. I don't think they understand English very well

STAY AWAY Place is just awful, not only were the staff here not even wearing masks (ever heard of covid?), The Staff messed up our order, forgot to provide the sauces I asked for and didn't even differentiate which calzone was pepperoni vs cheese for my wife and I. Wings tasted awful. If you're visiting in town you're better off hitting up the subway or McDonald's for a safer meal.

Horrible service, waited over an hour for two walk in pizzas. One was missing 2 out of 3 toppings. Drink order was wrong. When we confronted the manager we were told we wouldn't be getting anything free and to leave. Watched several customers walk out angry and dissatisfied in that hour. We went as a group of 6 and were told it would take about 20 minutes. One by one we all hot our food except for one of us. We waited another 10 minutes and asked where her chicken bites were. You could tell they had forgotten as the scrambled and said 4 more minutes. We continued to wait until we realized we had been waiting 45 minutes. Asked if they were ready and the cashier grabbed it off a shelf. We asked if it's been sitting there the whole time knowing we were waiting..his reply was it was still hot. The girl asked for her money back or if he could cut her a deal for waiting so long. He said no and explained how it was nobodys fault we were forgotten about twice. No.apologies either. Not impressed.

Was told about 20 minutes for my order. Walked in at the half an hour mark they had just started making the panzerotti's! I order a poutine with the order and at about the 50 minute mark they said my food was ready, but it wasn't because they hadn't even started the poutine! That was horrible the gravy was like water not worth the money. An hour later my food was finally ready. Got it home and I bet the box it came in was better tasting than the panzerotti's. Also only the middle had toppings the sides had nothing. Worst pizza ever!! Needless to say I am extremely unsatisfied at my experience at Pizza Pizza in Bancroft!! If you could give out negative stars this place would get negative 5 stars from me!

Went in for the first time since we moved to the area July last year. Won't go back. They screwed up 2 medium pizzas with 4 toppings on each. One was correct. The other one did not have the green olives on it as ordered. Hubby thinks the price was too high and that we were ripped off. Could not understand their English very well. Sauce too spicy for me.

Went in around 6pm on a Wednesday. We were passing through and looking for a quick eat, pick up some pizza and eat on the road. I asked what they had available for slices, counter person looked confused and said nothing was available but if I wanted to order a pizza it would be approx 40 mins. I always thought Pizza Pizza's specialty was having slices readily available? Especially at dinner time! Try to support local business during a hard time but nope. Put some pizza's in the oven!

They cut the panzo then sent it out for delivery. It sat in its own juices and was soggy and stuck to the paper. The burgers were severely overcooked and no sauce. Sat on the phone with customer service for an hour to be told they will not send edible food. I was offered a credit far less that what it was worth. Then i argued with them and they sent out new burger not as badly cooked but still no sauce and refused to send a new panzo. Never ordering from here again place has gone down hill. Would not recommend to anyone
