The club is in a casino and there arent any signs telling you where in the casino it was. We had our tickets printed out but when we finally found the YukYuks, we were told that we had to walk back to the casino entrance to customer service to get the actual tickets. That part I really hated. The comedy itself was fantastic but that has everything to do with the comedian, not the club itself.

I went to my first show here recently. The atmosphere was very welcoming, but the humor wasn't my cup of tea. I really appreciated the free tickets that they gave me after the show. That was the highlight of the night for me; thank you so much for your generosity!

All over worst time of my life. I traveled all the way, FIVE HOURS from Grande Prairie to take my family for a night out. As soon as we arrived, the ignorant pig ???? behind the security desk completely singled out my lady (which I believe is because she is extremely attractive) and asks her for ID although I wasn't asked until there was an issue that our son damaged hers. So, therefore we were not allowed to enter (apparently) and then security sends us to guest services. It was at that time I was told refunds are not provided. Refunds are only made by head office and that is only a POSSIBILITY but they will not refund the entire amount due to booking fees! That's unacceptable!! Guest services then said there's nothing they can do and then sends us to security as I wanted to speak with the head of security to ask to make an exception. So, with alot of eye rolling on their part, we were shown the door and they say "Oh! I can do is rebook you to another day!" NO! THERE IS NO CHANCE IN HELL that I will ever take my business there again. So, we left and went to The Comedy Factory, had zero issues at all with her ID there, spent over $200 at their bar last night and had all round, had a pleasant evening there. So, the casino would have received good business from us and more than likely, we would have spent money in the casino as well. Zero to the service, Zero to the staff and Zero to the complete experience.

I went to see Nikki Payne this past weekend and it was a great experience overall. Given the staff to patron ratio our service was kind of slow to begin with but when we talked to the manager she sent somebody out right away and our subsequent service was quicker. The noise level of the sound system was a bit painful but I got used to it. The wings we ate were well done and I had a good time :)

I had free tickets to Yuk Yuks a couple years ago and from what I remembered the show was great the waiters were time sensitive and knew when to come and serve me. The comedian was comical of course and made my night very enjoyable!

I had a great time and a lot of laughs at Yuk Yuks recently. The local comedians playing that day were solid. The service we experienced left something to be desired however. I found the staff to be quite slow in coming around to our table to check on us or drop of our drink orders (we waited roughly 15 minutes for drinks to arrive)

Comedians great no matter what show we go to. Wait staff if not ordering drinks didn't ask about refills, directly went to those with alcoholic beverages and skipped over non alcoholic beverage drinkers. If you can to the same table, one would think you would check in with all at the table.

Have to start and say the guys on stage were great but OMG the servers were brutal. No clue what they have to drink and no clue how to even speak to people. Drink before or after someplace else. Management needs some massive training on the girls that work there.

Comics were good,great,blah and a one trick pony.the staff were off tonight.when an already drunk,showed up,staff continuted to serve him.he was loud,unstable and laughed inappropately at nothing and everything.at one point he almost toppled his chair.he did miss his seat and landed on the floor.if the show hadnt finished.it was a great possiblitity that he would of gotten ill.it was only when he fell,did security arrive,and send him on his way.

Comedy was great but no responsible designated driver policy. Sad that $2 is more important than patrons leaving after consuming alcohol with non drinker and $2 is more important than safe ride home. Really need to rethink standard of operating policy for safe consumption of alcohol and ensuring and responsible route home. People don't go out cause penalties out weigh opportunity but if given opportunity they would enjoy experience knowing that vendor supports non drinking and driving to enjoy another experience at their establishment. I believe this discussion is not only a discussion that is 10 years ago but forward thinking establishments 3ncoursge responsible alcohol consumption. I should not have to reprimand this idealism it should be part of their culture!! Comedian, food and service was great but non responsible forward thinking is a serious problem that would not make me endorse next visit.

Can’t go wrong for the Friday or Saturday night shows! Great headliners great hosts???? More waitresses wouldn’t hurt???????????? drinks can be a bit slow. I’d say smoke some ???? Have some drinks ???? Have a good laugh???? Don’t drink and drive! It’s not worth it ????

Really annoyed, the website is not very easy to navigate. Take my money. ???? I call and get no answer. It's 9pm. A casino closed at 9 pm? Im struggling to purchase tickets, and they don't answer phones. Plus i will admit the servers are terrible, every time. The host needs to change up his jokes too. Im no pro but they're not funny after the 3rd time. The chairs are not very comfortable either. I just wanna see this one guy. TAKE MY MONEY!

Had company Christmas party on Dec 17 and was not impressed. All three comedians stunk, uncomfortable funny at best. Headliner was a bomb with some people walking out in disgust. Most of our group of 20 or so were offended but didn't leave. Was negative on everything, including Edmonton and companies going to Yuk Yuks for Christmas parties, even calling out one business owner in audience with his staff. Not smart. When did comedy only turn into dropping f or c bombs all the time for a punch line? No funny observations of life or insights. Wish I could rate zero. Even MC was bombing but had a few okay lines - was only decent one. Layout is weird, where if you are in the front row of tables, your neck is at a weird sideways angle to see onstage. Stay towards middle and back and probably not an issue. Food was off, but willing to put that towards showing up later (6:45). Prime rib was very tough and overcooked. I had always wanted to go to Yuk Yuks, have gone, and won't be back

Fish sucked Cold and rubbery, Waited over an hour for food. Ordered drink and wait 30-40 minutes ....sometimes longer..... tables jammed together hard to get in and out. Cold Way too much time waiting for food and waiting for show. Only good feature was comedian Lisa Baker!

If I could give 0 stars I would. What a disappointment. No signs indicating where Yuk Yuks was in the casino. Joined the line up to get into the venue only to find out we had to walk back and get the call for tickets somewhere else. It was a sold out show and an awesome act, however we waited for service and were ignored like everyone else in the venue that was sitting at tables of 4 or less. I had to flag down a waitress for a glass of water after waiting 45 minutes. I will not be back.

Weve gone there on a quieter nights and the food was awesome and the service was great. Unfortunately we went on a busier night and everything just went down hill. Service was horrible. Forgot my boyfriends drink, then their was no reason to order another one because we didnt see her till the show was almost done. Our wings were cold. Ive never in my life gotten cold wings but oh my they were horrible. I dont even think if they were warm that would of helped. You could see our section constantly looking around for our waitress. Hopefully the next time it doesnt happen. Im not gonna stop going for the comedy is great. Amateurs and headliners weve seen have always been good.
