The best place to go dancing all night long. When the bars shut down, The Y starts up. Whether you're into electronic music or not- the vibe here is friendly, safe and energetic. They also enforce a 'no creep' policy, so ladies can trust that this is safe environment where they can enjoy their 'girls night out' with no interruptions. My favorite place to have fun on the weekend, Y Afterhours.

Place is a dump. Always have to wait in line while u see other people Being let in. Fishy place too Lots of shady things happen here. Always have a crazy high cover fee which once you pay you feel like you wasted it

20bucks cover and the music wasn't anything special. Dungy little place. 10 years ago it would have been 5 stars. With 7dollar cover and less druggy people.

Great house, deep house, house vocals, deep house vocals. Great selection and sound system is pitched perfect. shufflers and shape cutters on the floor great dancing and no negative vibes friendly and warm great time

Probably best dance floor in town, due to no sticky alcoholic drinks being poured all over it. Definitely one of the safer after-hours places I've ever been to. My personal favorite place to dance and hangout with good people. 10/10 would recommend to swing by on a Saturday night!

Took way too long for me to write a review for this place! Since they have been closed due to COVID I've been watching their many talented DJ's on their twitch stream to relive many great nights spent at the Y. Of course it's not quite the same and I can't wait to go back but they do a fantastic job of supporting burgeoning as well as established artists in Edmonton's diverse dance music scene. I love supporting this place and look forward to visiting again soon. There's nowhere quite like the Y!

A friend and I came here it was great, security was really nice. Also jay jay was super cool and had a great outfit and let me and a friend get a pic of her awesome ensemble GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE. Would come again!!!!11!!!

Tbh I expected more. Was pretty empty on a Halloween night. Especially after Scream.. My friends were falling asleep in the corner, and super upset I brought them there. Lol. Cover charge was expensive as heck.

I started coming here and it's actually enjoyable to be at, The music is great and the whole surrounding is great. Also the staff are actually chill even the security so +1 for hiring great staff, My only complaint is that it's $18.00 although that's not a lot of money I just think it should be cheaper than this, +1 to me for being the tallest guy in there!

My home away from home!! A great place to meet new friends and just dance and hang out! Of course there's gunna be the one or two people you wanna stay away from, but then again, no matter where you go those types of people are going to be there. All in all, 5/5 stars! I love this place!

Alright place, not as packed as i thought it would be. There is some seating available. Not as big as i thought it would be. I believe it's the only after hours place available in Edmonton. I think there is an upstairs for special events but was closed when i was there. Cover charge was average.
