Cool environment. 40+ crowd. Unique concept. Very nice venue. Flapper girls was the theme for the waitresses, pretty cool. The band played current music but in 20s style music. Service was slow but I'm not sure if that was situational or what? We had to leave before the DJ started at 11ish.... Would try it again

Amazing! Great food, friendly staff and fantastic live music. I was there with a large group for an engagement party and our server Kailee was absolutely fantastic keeping up with all of us. Her associates helping with all the tables came around often to help check on us. Great venue I can’t wait to visit again! Keep it up ????

The amount of food was surprisingly a lot from appys to dessert. The beef wellington was really tender and the lamb chops were amazing without that gamey smell. The vegetables were tasty without being too greasy. Enjoyed the dessert as it was not overly sweet. Courtney was phenomenal with her service and made us feel right at ease. Will surely recommend it to family and friends.

Maybe we got fortunate with Lysine serving us, but not only did she go above and beyond for our night, but I also love how the waitresses uniforms are themed. The private bathrooms are a nice touch, and the music is fun. The only thing that loses a star for me is the food. This time of year oysters get bland, maybe a touch of extra salt or lemon would bring some life out of your menu.

Very disappointing experience. I was very excited that our company had decided to do our company annual party at Halley's as the reviews were great and the decor looked super nice. However it was one of the worse group dining experience I had ever had. Over an hour wait between courses, nearly half an hour wait for drinks, and worse of all our group was not even served at the same time! Half the people were given their meals while the rest waited. It was not a 5 minutes wait or 10. It was nearly half an hour! The first half of the group had finished eating before the second half were served. The quality of the food was also less than mediocre. Of course as that was a group menu and not the regular a la carte so I did not expect the food to be spectacular but when your boeuf bourguignon had like 2 pieces of beef in there and mostly just mushrooms it does feel very cheap. The potatoes were also extremely bland. Over all I would not recommend anyone do large group dining there unless your party loves sitting around waiting in darkness and music that is so loud that you can barely hold a conversation. (This might have been less grating if I was not starving).

Made reservations to celebrate a bithday. Arrived and was promptly seated although it took some time to be asked for our drink orders and even longer to fill them. For some reason our server refused to take empty drinkware off our table and would not offer us more drinks when she could clearly see that they were empty. I ordered the chicken parmesan and it was very large although somewhat tasteless. I've had better at the Olive Garden. Again, our server took her time clearing the dishes from our table and did not care to ask if ghthe was anything else she could get for us, she just disappeared. She disappeared for so long that one of the other people in our party brought it to the attention of another server. The house band, The Atrisocrats are great! The ambiance is nice, love the dancing and that it attracts a variety of ages however the service seriously needs to be improved upon.

Great room, great idea but falls flat for me there. We had dinner for 4 and our food was just average, with the salmon tasting a bit off. We love the big band although a touch to loud for an early dinner crowd 6-9. They had a burlesque show we thought could be interesting Vegas style dance group but it wasn't, left after the first dancer did her rounds at the tables. This could be a classy venue with a great music band....it's relatively new so maybe it will get better.

Had a great time at Haley's. Food was tasty and moderately priced. Tried the beef Wellington and chicken marsala, both were quite good. The menu only has 4 entrees which apparently rotate weekly. Drink selection was ok, and pretty reasonably priced($6 domestic beers). Service was good. The big seller here is the atmosphere. It's 1920s speakeasy themed, with appropriate uniforms. There is live music on a stage above the bar. I wouldn't say the show was exceptional, but it was good and we had fun. Upstairs has booths and tables for eating dinner. The main floor has some bigger booths with cocktail tables if you're looking to party. We saw the the Arkitects on Friday. Will be back on a future Thursday or Saturday to catch the other regular act. All in we spent under $100 for dinner, drinks, and a show for two. Had a great time. Will definitely go again.

In town on business with one big night out. Impeccable service all night from bartender Julian. Superb food, try beef carpaccio and baked brie in the classy dinner club atmosphere. We caught the last hour of live music that was top notch then danced to a dj that mashed up so many fave dance songs. Thanks to all the great staff!

Shared a lovely evening with my wife at Hailey's club. It was her birthday and they made sure she felt special. Aside from the extra B-day perks, the ambiance had that old school glamour thing from the 1920's going on and we loved that. The food was equally fantastic. Best steak we have had in a very long time. Will be back for more.

We went on a Thursday night - dressed in period costume just for fun (it is not required, but so much more fun if you do!). We were treated really well by all staff. The food was awesome (we had the crab stuffed mushroom caps (comes with 6 caps), cheese and charcuterie board along with some adult cocktails to start. We then worked our way to our main, at a leisurely pace. My partner had the beef wellington and I had the chicken marsala. Both were generous portions and very nicely done. There were two other main choices on the menu as well. The cheesecake at the end was to die for! The venue has an integrated dance floor - small but probably appropriate on crowded nights. There are lounge couches that can be rearranged to suite the crowd, a VIP area and an upstairs bar. The band was loud but really good (they are there on Thursdays and Saturdays with a different group in on Friday nights). We were disappointed that the casino was less upscale than the club, and wasn't finished. It will be interesting to see what it looks like when it it done. It felt crowded and we felt a bit out of place in our costumes. We ended up heading back into Halley's club for another round and some dancing. All in all, a fun, night.

Came for a birthday party on a Saturday night, and it was a very fun place with a live band. The food is on the pricier side but was surprisingly delicious and definitely worth it. I highly recommend the wild mushroom flatbread and beef Wellington.

Amazing experience! The live music was phenomenal. They had the music stage right above the bar, it was nuts. And such a performance, wow! The food was spectacular. We had the melted brie to start which was life changing. The drinks were very tasteful and the service was top notch. All the servers work together to make sure you have everything you need. We never had to request a glass of water or utensil. Breanna was our server and she was a gem, very personable, make sure to ask for her! The whole thing was wrapped up with the manager Shaq coming to check on us at the end. He made sure we enjoyed our selves and that we truly had a great experience. Shaq is definitely an amazing leader. We will be back!! ❤️

Went to Halley's for my husband's work xmas party. It was lovely, dinner was good, and the chocolate mousse dessert was amazing!! The staff and venue worked hard to put on a good show. Also, this was my first time attending a major event in a wheelchair as I have a temporary disability. The host showed me to the elevator and no one made it feel like I was a burden. Great atmosphere and great for larger groups. Once the music started its pretty loud, almost easier to text to talk, not a big area for dancing however dancing is encouraged so that was cool. Beer averages aroubd $8 a bottle and cocktails around $13 each. Great for a few drinks (or if someone else is paying) but not the place for "to out for a few drinks" however there is bar seating available if your looking for a qiick way to blow $50. All in all, i would go back but it wasnt impressive enough to be a conversation topic.

Amazing night here! Booked a girls night for 10+ and was shown real VIP treatment. The booth was located in perfect view of the stage and dance floor. Had excellent service from our flapper girl Rayven, she was great at suggesting cocktails to try and always made sure everyone had a drink in their hands. Plus the management team also stopped by to see how our night was going; was such a personal touch made everyone feel special! I would definitely recommend this place to take a group of friends for live music, awesome atmosphere and dancing. Cheers

This place is amazing. We went there for a Christmas party. I love the inside it looks like an old school lounge or something out of the godfather. My favourite part is the live music, 3 singers and a band. It is rare to have that nowadays The food was amazing, well cooked and tasty. The staff is polite and very authentic. The wine is tasty and reasonable. I would definitely go back. Great for big parties or even a drink with a date.

Halleys was an amazing experience, the managers Rheymar and Shaq were wonderful! They treated us with VIP experience and service was great! We had an alright experience. It wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing. The food was good & everything came pretty quickly. They started playing music at 730 though & it was way too loud. We could not hear each other so we had to leave right after dinner to just talk. It's great for partying but 730 is pretty early to start partying. We were expecting a nice dining, but it was just loud rap music for the most of it. It could have been better. The only thing I really enjoyed however, was the chef came to ask about our meal. You don't see that anymore. Compliments to the chef for doing this.

We went to Halley's Club on a Friday night to celebrate birthdays in our friend group. The band was already playing when we arrived for our 7 p.m. reservation, and they were incredibly loud—so loud that we couldn't hold a decent conversation. Our waitress was friendly enough, but it was truly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Our initial drink order came out quickly, but it went downhill from there, as the waitress became nearly impossible to call over, drink orders were placed (and appeared on the bill) but weren't delivered, and we continually had to keep asking for our water glasses to be filled. We sat with empty glasses and dirty plates in front of us for an uncomfortably long amount of time, given how empty the place was and the number of staff lingering around the bar. Food was okay—our appetizers came out quickly and the chef stopped by our table to see how we liked our food, which was a nice touch, but the entrées we had fell short of expectations given the price. We also didn't get the bottle of wine we ordered to accompany our dinner until we were 3/4 of the way done eating. We waited for at least 45 minutes from asking for our bill to actually paying. Our bills initially came out wrong and needed fixing, so by the time we got our "correct" bills (which were still technically incorrect) we had wished we just paid for the first bills we received and just dealt with the incorrect costs. My two stars are for the unique concept and the decor, but I would truly not consider coming back.

The ambience is suites the style of restaurant that Halley’s Club offer, with the addition of a live band and a feature DJ on the weekend. Personally it seemed more catered to a much older clientele. I ordered the lamb chops which was cooked perfectly and well presented. The side it’s wasn’t impressive for the cost of the meal but overall the meal was satisfactory.

Went to Halley's for the first time last night and it was amazing! Great atmosphere, great vibe and the live band was an added bonus. We had Shelby as our server and she was superb, even with all the other tables she had. I got the chicken parmesan and it was amazing, great portion size, you definitely get what you pay for. Definitely coming back here again!

It’s a really awesome venue. I really enjoyed the fact that they have two levels with the stage on a in-between level so you can see who is performing. The food we were served was tasty. My favourite part was that all the lady servers were wearing beaded 1920’s era dresses! What a nice touch!

Nice looking place with a good theme. Unfortunately the band is So loud that you cannot hear anyone at your table speaking or even your server when trying to order. Basically it’s like trying to eat dinner at a pound concert. The food is expensive and average.

I give it a 2 star rating due to the music being great. Unfortunately everything else was from mediocre, to poor quality. The drinks we not too bad for the price but nothing to write home about. The food on the other hand was horrible. You could tell it was coming out of freezer bags and nothing was fresh about it. I had a burger for dinner. Not only was the middle ice cold it looked and felt worse thean the frozen burgers you get at a roadside fast food stand. Actually i would have preffered the roadside burger. The service was sub par if anything. The main server was not very friendly from the get go. Glasses sat empty for long periods of time and we would watch the young lady walk by without so much as a look to see if our table was ok. Finally after a disappointing meal we decided to leave. Well that was another 40 minute wait for the bill. Sat there no food, no drink, waiting 40 min for a bill that wasnt even correct and had to be sent back. Overall not impressed. Might go back for a drink at the bar to hear some music. But i will be eating ahead of time if I do.

The atmosphere is great the lounge look and the attire that the staff was wearing felt vintage. The service unfortunately could have been better. I understand that we were a larger group but the waitress was not around enough. The first round of drinks, I was missed even though the rest of the table had their drink orders taken. I had to get the waitresses attention even after the drinks were passed out. The food took an hour to come out but they did give a complementary glass of champagne. I would come back for the music not the service.

Wonderful atmosphere, fantastic music, and outstanding service, especially from our server Kyle. He made my girlfriend and I feel special and welcomed from the moment we sat down until the moment we left. He gave our experience a personal touch you don't find in many other establishments. Love the theme of this place. It's a lot of fun to escape the modern world and step back in time for an evening. A time when men were gentlemen and women were ladies.

Amazing service, food is delicious and the venue is beautiful! My only issue is the music being entirely jazz versions of modern pop songs. The singers are lovely but hearing multiple boy band covers gets old really quick. Some actual jazz classics would definitely take this place to another level. Likely won't be back until they decide to switch up the boring music selection.

After getting a chance to peak at the venue on the #YEGAS event, I was determined to come and experience the Gatsby inspired "big band supper club." I mean where else can you go for a 9 piece band entertainment as you stuff your face? Dressed to impress and starved to enjoy each bite, this Thursday girls night was going to get as rowdy as a Thursday can go. We headed out pretty late for dinner around 7:30, with the assumption being a weeknight we wouldn't need reservations. It didn't seem too busy once we got in, but we still got sat on the far end towards the washroom and directly in view of a pillar with the stage. The booth was huge so we managed to scooch over a little bit to all have a decent view of the side stage. White night Special Sangria - ($13) - Brownie points already because they had 3 different sangria's on and that all sounded oh-so very tantalizing. the white night was my choice and with the addition of white rum, this tasted super strong compared to the other choice but went down super easy. Pink Sangria - ($13) - A lighter flavor, with strong taste of peach. Really enjoyed this one and presentation wise, they made each glass look so classy and picturesque. Garlic Parmesan Fries - (7) - This was BOMB. But, biased review from me with anything /fries dressed with garlic and parm. I'd order this, again and again and again. Beef Wellington - ($29) My first wellington, ever. After being an avid Ramsay enthusiast. As soon as I saw it on the menu, I knew i needed to live out my boujie ways. Asked for medium rare and the delivered steak was moist and had the perfect chew. The steak sauce drizzled just enough added flavor to not take away from the steak. Steak Au Poivre - ($28) - Opted for medium done. I'm not even going to give my opinion on this but YES. She enjoyed it. Chicken Parmesan - ($26) - Had a few bites from this and I liked that the chicken still had a bit of its crispness, tomato sauce with the spaghetti also had a bold flavor which was nice carbs paired with the chicken. Summarizing my experience. Venue is amazing, service was super friendly and fast, we're wiser now to know to make a reservation if we do end up coming for dinner again. Food tasted awesome and presentation blew my socks off. Really great place for a nicer dinner and to feel a little more spoiled up. Looking in, you can really come in dressed up or casual. They had an open space and tables were just getting up in the middle of dinner to dance which was a great lively vibe. Ounnah Recommends, and will be back! *The onion rings come in a tower, so i'll be sure to order that on my next visit. Along with maybe all 3 glasses of sangria just for me.

Atmosphere was great, and the house band played a mix of classic rock to modern. The service on the other hand lacked. Our server walked by multiple times without asking if we needed anything else. I waited about 30 mins from the time I finished my first drink, to the time I finally asked for another. The food was subpar. I ordered the Beef Wellington. The pastry around it was doughy and not one bit flaky, and the beef was not cooked to order. The portion was quite small for a 30 dollar entree. At the end of the night, our server disappeared, and we had to ask another server to get us our bill. I would probably not return to this establishment.

Ambience is AMAZING!Food menu is short, cocktail selection is a long list - love the fact they serve Macallan.I tried the appetizer Stuffed Mushroom Caps - Delicious!Basically the reason why I cannot give this business a five star is due to the main course wait time have been over an hour.Main course I had was the Raviolis - It was good, althought the red sauce killed it :( But I cannot fault the person who came up w/the recipe for it is his/her style.Ooooh!!!You MUST order the onion rings (if you are a fan of “onion rings”) - BEST!The cucumber mijito looks good, but the taste wasn’t really appealing - shoulda just stuck w/a traditional mojito.Our server was wonderful!If your the kind of suit/dress kind of person and/or enjoy music (40s 50s rythm...). This is the place - I say that because of the live band who know how to revamp current generation music and transform it to an oldies theme...AMAZING!Other than all I stated, this was my experience w/a large group/party.Our server (Brenna - I hope I spelled her name correctly), is not only beautiful from the outside, such bright cheerfuly personality^_^.

I don't even know where to begin. The staff and manager at Halley's were Phenomenal!!! I celebrated my 39th birthday there and not only did they make sure I was taking care of my guests were treated like royalty. Our food was served timely and the drinks were on point. We all were so impressed. The AMBIENCE is beautiful, the live band was great Even sang Happy Birthday and did a personal shout to me(seems minor but my guests loved it)the live DJ was killer!! We danced until after 2am I will be celebrating future events at Halley's Club. Anybody look for a spot that encompasses all this and more then don't look to hard or to far as this is the place to go!! Thank you to the amazing team at Halley's for treating us like Royalty!! Great and funky club. I loved the service and vibe of this place. Such a great concept where they take more popular hits and make them in to cool jazz songs that you can't help but bounce along to. Great cocktail selection, and good food with fast service. You feel like you are a VIP just by stepping in the doors. Oh and the wall of single serve bathrooms are amazing and super clean.

I went there first, by myself and I loved it! Seriously, where do I begin! The decor is what got me first, the flash dressed staff, the LIVE music! The next time I went, I took my dear friend for his b-day, the food, OMG! Fabulous! Expensive however worth it for a special someone and or special occassion. Quick note, your decor reminded me of AHS-Hotel...in a good way. Sorry I dont have another description for the beauty of what you have created! Truly, you will not regret checkin this place out????????

My time at Halley's club was the worst customer experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The staff were rude, unprofessional and treated us as lower class citizens not deserving of their service. Despite showing up on time for a reservation we were not seated for over one hour. We were not offered water, appologized to for the inconvenience or given temporary seating at the bar. When we asked about getting our seats the waitress said they had 'actual customers' to serve. When we did get our seats the waitress we had was not well trained, my friend ordered a cosmopolitan and was brought a dacquiri instead, my cocktail was given to another person and we had to have them remade. The appetizers we had were delicious and arrived hot. The charcuterie board was very good. The enertainment was great, I loved the band and their jazzy musical renditions of current songs. It was a two hour wait from the time of ordering the main course to food being delivered. The service was in dissaray, waitors not knowing where to deliver food or drinks. A lot of this was understandable as we were part of a large group, what was not understood was the attitude of the staff towards our group. Two people ordered steak and they arrived completely cold but rather than wait they chose to eat cold steak. Our reservation was for 6:30pm, my entree arrived at 10:05pm. I ordered the salmon and enjoyed it. All of our food came a different times and since we were part of a larger group this is to be expected. After this experience I never need to enter this establishment again. To be treated disrespectfully, have so many errors with the seating, food and drinks and served by rude waitresses just isn't worth it.

Went to see Reba/Dolly tribute, sound was not great, seating wasn't ideal for a concert, food took over an hour and a half, however, our server did everything in her power to make the best of it 5 stars for service from her, I believe her name was Courtney, she was excellent and made me feel at ease for being upset with the wait (I was so hungry and she ran to the kitchen and got us something to munch on while we waited, thank you - hangry was def there!).Venue needs to plan for events and mass orders at the same time, sound check and acoustics need some attention.

We went there for the first time for my birthday! I love the atmosphere in there. It's supposed to be like a speakeasy in the 20's and all the wait staff wear flapper dresses. Brandy was our our server and she was excellent. No complaints on the food either, it was all very good. The only thing that could be better was the music from the live band was a little too loud. But I would definitely go back!

New Year's Eve at Halley's Club was a blast. Big band sound with contemporary songs. The menu for the night was delicious. Portion sizes were above average and super filling. The champagne sorbet was a nice finish to the meal. Would highly recommend for a New Year's outing.

The entertainment and service was great. Very disappointed in the size of the steak dinner, three bites and it was gone. About 2 inches by 2 inches with a couple of small potatoes and a sliver of cut veggies. Why I was shortchanged, no idea, the others at my table had a tiny bit larger same steak. It was tasty but I cut all my food into millimeters to stretch it out so I did not have an empty plate in a minute. Very expensive micro steak. One person had pasta, good size, one had lamb which was pretty good size for the price. 2 micro steaks, with 2 glasses of house wine and 15% tip, 113.00, our table had separate bills. Oh well, was looking forward to dinner out at this "5 star" restaurant, would have been better to pack an apple instead. Was not the cost, seems right for the place but give us more than 1 ounce of steak.

Great venue. Themed like a mid-1900s club. Came on a Saturday night and they had a live band with absolutely amazing singers. They did fun covers of popular songs like "Bad Romance" and "It Wasn't Me". Servers are dressed to theme and are a lot of fun. Management is super friendly as well. Didn't get a chance to try the food though if there is any. Will have to next time.

Great ambience, service and sound quality. Feels like a big city club with awesome atmosphere and the big band sound was fantastic. The Dj afterwards was pretty good as well but all the music was sped up a bit and mixing was too fast, should let the song play out a bit. Nice big booths for groups of 10-15 and upstairs looks like a great place to have dinner and watch the club. A few great areas for larger groups and nice sized dance floor. Overall great night out!

In December I emailed about booking a reservation for 15 people and I did not get any information so I decided to call and book one. Couple of days before my event I called to confirm said reservation and was told that no reservation existed and it may have gotten lost and they are booked solid for Saturday. My friend tried dealing with the Manager but it has been two days since and no response on the problem other then show up and we may have room for you . It is a day before my event and they have me scrambling to find another venue. I do not recommend this business as they do not seem to care about the mistake they made. I wrote a earlier review stating how unhelpful they were and I stand by that.

First Impression was good. The place looks amazing visually. Also the entertainment and band playing was great. Unfortunatly it ended there. My wife and I were seated and it took 25 minutes to have anyone take our drink order. It wasn't even busy at the time and there were staff everywhere. had to ask the lady who kept bringing us water if somebody could please take our drink order. After that we were brought complimentary "breadsticks" which actually just seemed like larger sticks from those cheese and sticks packages that toddlers eat. Disgusting. They seemed to try and make up for forgetting about us by being more attentive and fast with our appetizers and entres. That was nice and I decided to let it slide. But I asked for medium well lamb chops and I got rare. I ate it anyway and didn't complain but perhaps I should have as my stomach is not well today. It hit me about 2 to 3 hours after so I can only assume something wasn't handled right. Also when she brought us the bill, she kept it in the book in her hand and hidden in a way so I couldn't see the breakdown. She just flashed me the amount and hoped I would pay that without a copy in hand. Very shady.

Weeks prior to our party we got a tour of Halley's Club, what a concept! We arrived at 7:45pm where we had pre-booked a booth with Shaq, front and center of the stage where a 30's style band played. Such an incredible show, just wow. Like nothing we expected or experienced before. Shaq made our experience there one we will never forget, birthday champagne, cake and shots on the house, followed by the band singing happy birthday and shouting out individually to everyone who was celebrating a birthday! Thank you so so much Shaq for hosting our party, we had a blast! We ate at Atlas prior to heading down, however Halley's has a menu if you'd like to go there for the full experience. Drinks are reasonably priced. Age group rages from 30-70 so its not your typical nightclub. Dress classy. Band starts around 8pm and plays until 11pm. You are welcome to dance anywhere you want. After 11pm, a DJ comes on and Halley's turns into a more traditional night club. If that isn't your thing, wrap up your bill prior to 11pm. We will definitely be back but for the full Halley's experience!

Halley's was an interesting experience, though I'm on the fence as to whether I would recommend it. My husband and I made a reservation for Saturday night, as we were going out for my birthday party. We received our email reservation confirmation and thought all was a go. Four hours later, we receive a phone call saying that they'd overbooked due to a computer error, and had to cancel our reservation. My husband called them back and informed them that cancelling our reservation, because they'd made a mistake was completely unacceptable. That they'd have to figure something out, and find a way to accommodate us. They wound up agreeing to seat us at a reserved table in the lounge instead. When we arrived, we were seated in the lounge, placed our drink orders, and ordered some appetizers. Eating was a little difficult for me. As I'm currently eight months pregnant, and their lounge tables are quite low. They offered to accommodate us at one of dining tables that had cleared out, but the table was far off in a corner. Where you had a terrible view of the stage, and as the live band was a huge part of the draw for us. We opted to stay in the lounge until a table with a better view was available. We did eventually get a better table where I could eat more comfortably. However I was extremely disappointed when I find that their entree menu did not contain the same dinner menu options shown on their website. As I was very looking forward to trying their boeuf bourguignon. Our server was very friendly, though I was disappointed when she did not refill the glass of wine we ordered from the decanter on the table. The band The Million Dollar Dreamers was fantastic! A great mash up of modern hits, with a vintage twenties feel. However I found it very unappealing that the music was so loud, that I literally had to either yell, or be half an inch away from my husband's ear to be heard. All in all, I would like to return. As I love the theme. However given the poor execution, I'd be hesitant to do so.

We reserved for a group of people and were placed in 4 separate small booths. Understandable though as when we arrived there were other large groups and there really wasn't enough dining space to accommodate 20 people to sit together. If you were thinking to dine quietly and enjoy the music, don't come here. People were running up and down the dining area, and workers pushing the large racks of food trays and dirty plates while you're eating. You would think there was a back area for this restaurant activity, it doesn't look nice and it was really distracting. Our waitress was nice, however she was way too busy running around. Everything felt like it was taking forever - from ordering, to receiving our cutlery and napkins. Our water was refilled twice - ok seems a decent amount of times, however the glasses were half the size of usual water glasses in most restaurants. We were getting to a point where we wanted to order a jug of water for the table as it took forever to even get someone to refill the water. Food was ok. Love how they split our order in half as we wanted to share. We wanted to order dessert, but thought not to as it might take another 30 minutes for it to arrive. On the other hand, the ambiance and live entertainment was nice. We loved how the waitresses were dressed in 1920s flapper dresses. Would probably return again, not for dinner but for the lounge area for drinks and music.

She had great drink and food suggestions and really knew her stuff. The food was amazing! Make your reservations and you won't be disappointed.

Tried to book my birthday party there. Was told they wouldn’t be able to accommodate all of us for supper. Which was fine. I had no problem finding a new venue. Received a message and a phone call from management saying that they will move somethings around and do some engineering and make sure I had the best birthday ever. Fast forward to Saturday. Showed up and there were 3 booths reserved for me. I got to eat away from all my friends because someone felt that the money we would be spending here was more important then me having a great time. The managers and staff were informed that I was Unhappy. No care in the world. They even gave birthday shout outs and cake. To everyone having their birthdays there. But me. I had the worst birthday ever. And will not be returning. The food was mediocre. My friends even complained and they were still charged full price. Drinks were over priced and gross. The Atmosphere was amazing but the service and the way we were treated was disgusting.

Great fun and an evening experience different than any those offered by other facilities in town. Why? First it imitates a night/supper club situation. Secondly, it provides live music with a new take on old songs. Thirdly, the physical layout provides a wide variety of seating options (such as for large groups and/or twosomes) on two levels/floors. There is also the freedom to move around, dance, stand at the bar, or just stay at your table and enjoy the entertainment. On Thursday free dance lessons, half price bottles of wine are available, and live music is performed (despite this it wasn't very busy on the night I was there). If you like lots of action, plan on doing a Friday or Saturday evening, but make reservations just to be sure you can get a table.

Atmosphere is excellent, band was great, apps were very good. Service was horrible. Our waitress was very pleasant but she does not belong in that line of work. Just looking around at the staff and you kind of wonder who’s running the place, seems poorly managed and it has so much potential. We had a different entree each so mixed reviews. Lamb was very good, pepper steak was awful, beef Wellington was over cooked, first salmon has to be sent back (undercooked). For a dinner that pricy you are better off to hit Keg or Sawmill first then go here in evening for some drinks. We will go back but never to eat there, just not worth the price. Drinks are very reasonable though. Service was just brutal, they have no bussers and waitress just leaves everything on table plus 1 bartender for whole place and he’s making Martinis all night, no wonder it takes so long. And they definitely need a coat check. Service sucked

We were out for my sons 11th birthday and had been to Halley's previously, and enjoyed it. We were told children were allowed in, so we decided to come back. Our waitress was clearly intoxicated, as my guests and I watched her skip and dance across the floor while we waited for our drink refills and our food. Her breath reeked of liquor and cigarettes. A very bad example for my son. Her name was Kourtney and she was wearing a red dress. We had another family member join us after we were seated and had to wait 15 minutes before she came back to our table and another 10 minutes for her to bring him a menu, while she mingled and provided us with no service. Kourtney also cursed profusely and was slurring her words. We flagged down another staff member and were told Kourtney was most likely outside smoking. Very unacceptable in front of children. Very dissatisfied will not return nor recommend. Could've been a great place but needs better staff.

Unfortunately, I have to give this venue a 2 star rating. I found it incredibly frustrating to book an event as it seemed next to impossible to speak with anyone who actually worked for Halley's. In addition to this, our service while at Halley's was subpar, at best. We only had one waitress for a party of 12. She seemed to be trying her very best since she was on her own without support, but many of us were skipped over during drink orders and our final bills took well over an hour to receive and pay. Once we moved downstairs to the lounge (as I had already reserved a booth), I had to request a waitress at least 3 times, being assured every time that one would be coming right away, yet one never showed up as promised and we had to go to the bar to order every drink. I am providing 2 stars for the atmosphere and food (the band is so great). It's unfortunate that we did not have a better experience or feel valued as customers as I do believe that Halley's has such great potential. Hopefully this review serves as valuable feedback towards improving future patrons visits.

An amazing place to host our awards event. Shaq & Rheymar are awesome at their jobs. They know how to make our entire team and guests feel like VIPs. Many of our guests at these events have also become regulars at Halleys. Entertainment and food is the best in the city.
