This place could be amazing, but it seems the staff doesn't have the tools or manpower to handle any rushes, prob the worst cocktail I've ever had pure sugar and syrup, and my wife's wine must have been from a bottle that was open for a few weeks.

Song selection was good, vibes were good, food was good. Management and staff were dishonest. 1. Near the end of our booking, a waitress came into our room selling bottles of water, saying "we don't have water aside from bottles here". After we bought water and our booking ended, they filled up one of my friends' bottles with tap water. When asked about it, the manager replied that they don't serve water in the rooms due to "you guys would spill it". Not the worst lie I've ever been told, but it seemed like a money grab. 2. Never mentioned gratuity for groups before, during, or after the transaction or booking. We all tipped after our booking as we would, if there was no gratuity. They had charged nearly 48 dollars in gratuity without letting us know. It's a cool place, sure, but dishonest.

This place is great to go chill and eat! Updated menu and food is tasty. The tteok-bokki is perfectly balance with good amount of spicy and sweet flavor. Definitely one of best I have had on town.

Can't remember what I ordered but was unmemorable. Sports/karaoke bar? They have private karaoke rooms which is interesting but food other people order was underwhelming and didn't have all the regular beer available during the busy week in calgary during stampede week. Think this was the 4th restaurant in that location in last 4 yrs and nothing was changed from the other places with exception of adding walls for the karaoke rooms. The private karaoke rooms was pretty cool concept if you want a room with a personal group for sure. Service was no good along with the subpar menu.

Make sure to triple check your bills before you pay. They tried to overcharge us by adding additional items on our bill for the stuff we didn't have. When we pointed them out, they didn't even apologize or admit that they made a mistake. We had to correct the bill 3 times to get it right. Their food and service was also disappointing, and it felt overpriced for the quality.

The staff and management were really dishonest. We went with a big group of people and some people left early, paying their portion of the room charge, but at the end of the night, they charged for the full price of the room to those that were left. So they clearly just pocketed the portions that had been paid already. They also added a gratuity on to the bill (fair enough for a group over 8), but didn't tell us that they were doing so. So everyone tipped on top of the gratuity. To top it off, when it was brought up to the manager that portions of the room charge hadn't been taken off, he became very defensive and even noted that no one had been paying tips! They also only serve bottled water, which seems a little predatory for a bar/karaoke place.

overcharged us and charged us for someone elses room, making the price 800 dollars when it was supposed to be 400. didnt apologize and forced us to pay an 18% tip. service was incompetent and a mess.

Pricey (so much so that we decided to go to other karaoke place), but the ambiance is beautiful and the servers were thoughtful and courteous. If you're going for karaoke fun though, you better assemble a group and pay for the private rooms (or go elsewhere), as if you wish to sing in the main lounge you need to buy a drink for each song you wish to sing.

1) E-mailed to reserve a large room as I was initially anticipating a large crowd, but a group of my friends couldn't attend. I told them I'd have a smaller group but we were still around 8-9 people. They gave us such a small room! We barely had room to put our coats. I was expecting a much larger room since their site boasts rooms that should fit large crowds (up to 30) comfortably, and this was absolutely not the case. 2) Song selections were so bad. Everything was in Korean which was already a bad setup, but to make it worse, according to their list, the songs were last updated in 2018. I even checked with them the types of songs they'd have prior to confirming the booking. I was told the system updates "automatically", but we couldn't find hit songs from 2020-2021. The song selection was pathetic, we ended up jamming to Lady Gaga, Edith Piaf, Michael Jackson, etc, so yeah you get the picture. Microphones are not adjustable, the volume of the music was so loud it drowned out the microphones, plus, the echo was dreadful, there's no way to control it from the microphones. I own 4 microphones at home which were superior to these, which is sad. One of the worst karaokes I've been to. I could very well have invested the money on more drinks and just sang at home had I known how badly the private rooms were set up. The place looks nothing like pictures on their site. Looks so run down. Disappointed. Won't be coming back.

Probably the worst service I've ever had. There were 4 people in the whole place, yet the server couldn't find the time to wait on me because he was too busy sitting at the bar chatting with his buddy. Never. Going. Back.

Nice room and okay seating for a private karaoke. Limited food and drinks menu. I was very disappointed that the mics only worked intermittently, we were told they are always like that, kills the karaoke experience a bit when the singer is not amplified above the backing track.

The karaoke machine in the private room we rented was great, food was very yummy, but the service was absolutely terrible. They messed up the bills for everyone, then over charged us for things we didn't order and then got mad at us for their own mistake. They had no idea how to speak to us politely or how to be professional what so ever. They were so rude to me, the owner actually got so angry at me when I tried to tell him that I wasn't satisfied with my service that I felt so uncomfortable I had to leave, he even tried to play the racism card!! I can’t believe this is a professional establishment. I will never be coming back.

Wow - if you need a place to go to have fun, this is it. We came in after attending the ACE concert, and Jason absolutely went above and beyond to ensure we had fun. While it was a semi-pricey experience, it was well worth the fun we had. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Calgary.

Cute place and good korean and other "bar" food. Not a sleazy smokey shady karaoke bar like many others, this place is nice and classy. Not a "cheap" place in feel, but menu items are not expensive either but all reasonably priced, and better than you'd get from a bar-pub that normally has karaoke. Bar/restaurant has a small stage for karaoke in the main space, or you can get private rooms for your group. Sound system Is really good!!!

After the issue we encountered on Saturday we will NOT be back again. I had a room booked for 11pm last Saturday night for my birthday. We were watching the UFC fight before heading down, but since the main event was not starting until 11, I wanted to try to move my reservation to a later time so that we could try and catch the main fight. When I phoned I spoke with a gentleman who advised that it was too busy to move my reservation, but they could hold the room for 15 minutes and to be there by 11:15pm. We hurried downtown (missing the UFC fight) and arrived at 11:10pm. Upon arrival, we were told that our room was DELAYED by 30~ minutes. Frustrated at this point I asked to speak with a manager. I explained that I was told my reservation could not be moved to a later time, but the room ended up being delayed anyways, leaving us to stand around and wait. Everything would have worked out better had they just accommodated the request to modify the reservation to 11:30pm or later. The manager explained due to some sort of technical difficulties during the booking before mine, the timer was not running properly which caused the delay and it was out of their control? I asked the manager if there was anything at all he could do for us, as it was a big group of us just waiting around. He advised that he would get us settled in the room first then come back to see me. We waited closer to 45 minutes for the room as we did not get in until 12:00am and the manager did not come back. I am disappointed that the manager did not make an effort to rectify the situation. However, our server was very apologetic (more apologetic than the Manager) and consistently checked in on us when we were in our room. She let me know she would try to add on 15 extra minutes for the trouble, but this was not added as they had us settle up by 2:00am (2 hour booking).

Best bar in Victoria Park area hands down. Cute servers and great prices for drinks. Inside is a large space great for watching the game or four singing karaoke with your friends. Unfortunately karaoke is not open at this time because of the pandemic but this is one of my favourite places for it.

I went here for the first time yesterday and had a very pleasant dinner and karaoke experience. I've driven by their downtown location often and was pleasantly surprised to find they have this location on 14th Ave when my friend made a reservation for our group. We had dinner first before starting our karaoke room reservation. I got the quesadilla with fries on the side. It was a very well cooked meal and one of the more pleasant pub food meals I've had in a long time. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The karaoke room was spacious and had a very great sound system. The mics worked very well and I didn't have the problem I usually encounter where you can't hear yourself or other people singing at all. The system is controlled by remote control and it is super easy to use. I really liked how they labelled the buttons, which isn't always the case at other karaoke places. Song selection is very varied and decent. Our same waitress checked on us often and brought us water without us asking. I thought that was really accommodating and was always impressed by her attentiveness to our group. Overall, I have found another favourite karaoke place and would highly consider returning again.

One of the popular karaoke bar in calgary, they have the other location at 5th as well. 14th just opened it, and I went there last weekend, They have a big stage and rooms I really love it! and Jason he's the manager, He's so handsome and lovely! Great service :) as well as Tyler, He's tall and awesome looking, He's so kindly and funny , lovely! I'm for sure going back there! and all the servers so pretty and friendly!

The place was closed when we got there, even though we booked a reservation 3 days prior and got it confirmed over the phone the day before, we would've liked to have been informed before we arrived for our reservation to find it was closed, we weren't the only people with a reservation that expected the place to be open. It didn't say it was closed anywhere online and when trying to call there wasn't any response, it was very irresponsible of the establishment especially during the middle of winter when it is freezing outside. A text or email or even an edit on Google to let people know it was closed can prevent people from going just to find it's closed and as you can see leaving a poor review.

The best places to go with a group of friends in Calgary! I have frequented the 5th location and recently visited the 14th location as well. The sound system was wonderful, the ease of selecting songs was great. The videos were a lot of fun too. It was wonderful having room service drinks brought to us. They are always accommodating and polite, even very late at night. The manager Jason provides the excellent customer service. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish.
