Restaurant was great and employees were very present an considering. We were upgraded to a better room free of charge and beds/pillows are nice. They also have wired free wifi with your stay and HDMI to play movies on the TV!

Stayed here for one night on a quick business trip. Checking in was easy the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. You can tell this is a very old hotel although they have renovated it. My main complaint was the breakfast that's why I am giving 4/5 stars. The coffee was not good and the choices for breakfast just weren't appealing. Just wasn't fond of the restaurant in the hotel ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. However that's a minor detail when the rooms were clean.

Went for lunch with girlfriends after searching on Google! Absolutely fantastic food and the service was great, very friendly!! All food freshly prepared, large servings,good price! Freshly made meals that are really tasty. Good prices. This place you order at one end of the counter and pay at the other end.

Just there for drinks and nachos but it was definalty very good and the portion was quite substantial. Not overcrowded, very nice peaceful atmosphere.

Amazing service. Always refilling water and making sure you have what you need to enjoy yourself. The bartender helped me pair wines with my meal and provided a pleasant atmosphere throughout the many times I was there recently.

Aurora Lounge has very friendly staff, and very good food. Though I must say it was borderline freezing in the restaurant. They also offer discounted children's meals with the purchase of an adult entree. I'd definitely go back just for the risotto.

What can I say... Kortney, our "libations specialist and culinary adventure tour guide" (love it) was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive, had a wonderful energy about her and made the experience fun. The food was ridiculously good too so that's a plus! I'll be back :)

They bring you tiny side cars of chex mix!! Super cute! And as ALL Alberta hotel lounges should have, many TVs that are playing TSN or the hockey game. If the ballroom is booked that night, the after event crowd pours into the lounge and it becomes a jam-packed, hell of a good time! It is hands down better then a lot of the downtown lobby lounges (rhymes with Pestin, I'm looking at you!)
