DESCRIPTION

Here you will see the reviews of real people who are consuming the products and services of Da Ku Cultural Centre (Museum) in the territory close to Yukon (Canada).

At the moment this firm receives a rating of 4.6 over 5 and the rating was based on 46 reviews.

You may have noticed that its rating is nearly the top, and it's based on a large number of feddbacks, so we may conclude that the assessment is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to give their score when they've done well, is that it works.

As you know, we don't usually bother to give evaluations when these are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...

This Museum is included in the category of Heritage museum.

Do NOT drive through Haines Junction without stopping and visiting. This is a wonderful little town with super friendly people, good food, stores, services, an assortment of lodging AND a world class view. Canada does a great job with visitor services so start your visit here. They pretty much have it all. You can get help finding a place to stay and other "tourist" information. They have a big section devoted to Kulane Park staffed with park rangers. And the other half of the building is the Da Ku Cultural Center which has an excellent exhibit area. We live in Anchorage Alaska. If this "covid" thing ends this summer and they open the border this will be our fifth year driving the "Alcan" into the Yukon. My wife and I love this town. I sure hope we will get there again this year.

The Da Ku Cultural Centre in connected to the Kluane National Park and Reserve Visitor Centre. There is a lot of valuable information on the indigenous people. The artifacts and displays were informative and educational. Staff were friendly, this place was clean and well organized. Great experience, would recommend to visitors.

This place was pretty amazing. It's a great cultural museum with some pretty cool artifacts and great historical information. It's also a great place when camping in the fall to warm up in the very clean heated bathroom and to do some trip planning on the free wifi. There is also a territorial and a national park information centers in the same building. Great information about the Kluane national park here.

A must-see if you are spending any time in the Haines Junction/Kluane area. With information on the rich history of the area and First Nations culture, as well as many artifacts and local art features. If you love the outdoors (and you should if you're around here!) they have maps. In the summer they have staff to help you choose hiking trails in the area and rent bear cannisters.

Beautiful building! Great, hard-working staff. Amazing collection of local stories and historical artifacts. A great resource for both community members and visitors.
