This park is decorated. With POW MIA. Memorial. A huge Canadian flag. Also an American flag. A beautifully decorated center piece memorial. I am all about military defence. Also area stability control. Vietnam was stability control. A very dirty torcher some time of War. Many prisoners. Lost in the rain forest. In cages. American, Canadian, journalist. Soldiers. Nurses. Doctors. All were imprisoned. Till death. Or 1 or 13 or 17 years. Luckily released Many were never ever found. A wonderful tribute to a horrible time of huge loss for all. No one won Vietnam. In many citizens opinion. Tours are offered. Of a complete tour at the pumping station. There is a limo style golf cart, that tours the River front. West side area.

GREETINGS FROM CANADA. AS A 1947 CADET AND ONWARD, SEAFORTH HIGHLANDER THIS MORNING [MAR 24, 2021] I AM DELIGHTED TO SEE WHAT YOU TWO MEN HAVE ACCOMPLISHED FOR CANADIANS AND OTHERS REGARDING VIETNAM. LONG AGO I WAS AT THE WALL IN WASHINGTON DC. SO VERY SAD AND SO WELL DONE. I WENT TO A SOLDIER IN A BOOTH AND ASKED WHERE THE CANADIANS WERE. HE WAS NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED SADLY. APPARENTLY, IF I AM CORRECT, CANADIANS WERE LISTED AT THE BASE WHERE THEY WERE ENLISTED. I WAS SHOCKED FOR SURE. BUT TODAY MY RESPECT HAS BEEN ELEVATED. THANKS TO ALL WHO SERVED IN THAT DREADFUL CONFLICT. MANY THANKS FOR DOING WHAT OUR GOVERNMENT FAILED TO DO. I MAY COPY THIS TO OUR PMOFFICE IN OTTAWA.
