As of day the firm gets a rating of 4.7 over 5 and the rating was based on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that it has an average rating is basically the highest, and it is based on a high number of feddbacks, so we can say that the valuation is quite reliable. If people have bothered to give their feddback when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to place tatings when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Museum belongs to the category of Natural history museum.

Very nice history of the Beringia bridge. They explain the changes, the animals and humans that went through back in the days. Lots of animals in display, some we would never expect! Tour available and a video to watch. Very complete info and we were happy to go.

Informative little museum. Some interesting fossils from the ice age.

Excellent from all perspectives

A touch small but still worth the visit. Between the exhibits, mini theatre and outdoor demonstrations, a most enjoyable learning experience.

Small but excellent museum!.. well kept.. and very knowledgeable staff! Can spend hours there

Great museum showing off the history of beringia with some interesting exhibits and movies to enjoy.

This is a great museum. It shows the timelines and glaciation records from the past ice age. Canada was covered in ice 15000 years ago. Thanks to climate change we have a mostly ice free country now. Misleading news organizations never talk about that

Nice exhibits

AWESOME! Really excellent exhibits, made even better by lectures from staff and video presentations. You can buy a combo ticket for adjacent Yukon Transportation Museum. Highly recommended

(Translated) Great museum, where you can learn how animals from Asia migrated to North America through the white-collar continental bridge! Why Russia's Siberia and North America have the same animal species (Original) 非常棒的博物馆,在这里你可以了解到亚洲的动物是怎么样通过白领大陆桥迁徙到北美的!为什么俄罗斯西伯利亚地区和北美有相同的动物物种

Nice place to visit.

Great displays of the natural history of the north. Videos and hands on demonstrations added to the experience!

very small museum, but it is very interesting. Must watch the short video

Nice little museum dedicated to beringia. Well done. Can be completed in 2hrs

All stuff I didn't know!

Great for a small museum

The Beringia Centre gives visitors a very easy to digest look at the early history of what is now the Yukon. The new (2020) film, "Beringia: Crossroads of the Continents" is quite exceptional and it alone makes a visit worthwhile if you haven't been for a while.

The Berengia museum was the highlight of our trip to Whitehorse. Friendly and knowledgeable staff offer guided tours, with hands on interaction. Videos play throughout the day at their theater to expand your knowledgeable of Berengia. Did you know camels were native to the Americas!?

(Translated) Superb. Small but very simple and very efficient. Everything about the history of BERINGIE (with a Quebec accent, it's a treat!). Go ahead and the ladies speak French and give you lots of information. (Original) Superbe. Petit mais très simple et très efficace. Tout sur l’histoire de la BERINGIE (avec l’accent québécois c’est un régal!). Allez-y et les dames parlent français et vous donnent plein d’informations.

Sorprendente, amazing, ???? and the staff are very professional

5 stars for Beringian Lions!

Must go! And must get David to give you a tour. It was so wonderful to get "up to speed" on the new information about how the Earth works. He was so much fun to learn new stuff from!

We lucked out and arrived at Beringia Interpretive Centre close to 4pm (when they were to close at 5pm). Chris, the Centre's manager, gave us a one-on-one introduction to the Centre and the topic of Beringia. He also provided details when we asked questions over the next hour. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. The Centre has great artifacts and explanations visually and in video format. I have never learned so much about our natural history in one hour! Brilliant and Thank you!

Excellent place to go while in Whitehorse, unfortunately it's closed due to covid.

Unexpected depth of information, great interpretation and opportunity to learn. The different ages across the northwest came alive.

Loved it!!!! The staff was amazing and so informative. Definitely worth a visit... Or more ????

All about Beringia

Great place, extra fascinating!

We really enjoyed our time spent there! The staff were warm and friendly and there was lots to see and learn.

Really incredible set up to learn about the history of Beringia!

We are so lucky to have such a world class educational facility staring the unique history of the North. Staff are so nice and very informative. This place is incredibly family friendly and such a wonderful place to bring our daughter. Very grateful this is here!

Great little museum with lots of information about the ice age and migration of people and animals over the centuries going back 10000 years.

Kinda small but very informative when it comes to ice age animals. Could use some updating (the video I watched was 30 years old).

Lots of fun especially for the younger ones

Mammoth movie in the theatre was great.

I love natural history and so this place is a must. Saturday and Sunday only during October and only noon to 5pm. It will only take 45 minutes if you watch the history movie. It could take a couple of hours if you read everything. It explores a fascinating period of time when the Bering Strait was a land bridge ... hence the name Beringia.

Awesome place to visit

An interesting Interpretive Centre. Very informative with interesting exhibits

Great information, exhibits and pictures on the ancient land bridge.

I really enjoyed my visit here. It's a very informative and interactive experience!

Amazing displays and very helpful staff-!

(Translated) Very well done and very interesting museum which teaches us a lot of things about the history of extinct animals. There are some very beautiful original and reconstructed skeletons. The museum is very clean and can be walked through quickly. Small bonus: it is next to the airport so you can also see planes taking off / landing (Original) Musée très bien fait et hyper intéressant qui nous apprend plein de choses sur l'histoire du les animaux disparus. Il y a de très beaux squelettes d’origine et reconstitués. Le musée est très propre et se parcourt rapidement. Petit bonus : il est à côté de l’aéroport donc vous pouvez aussi voir des avions décoller/atterrir

Very interesting and informative

Some neat interactive displays and lots for children to do. They love the mammoths outside.

Ich bin mit einem 4 jährigen am Wochenende da gewesen und er fand es großartig. Tolle Sachen zum anschauen und ein schönes kleines Kino und beeindruckend guter Film bzw. kleine Dokumentation.

Close to the airport and another great museum! Focused on the land bridge and the animals surrounding it! Did you know camels came from North America? I didn't...

Amazing little museum. Great place to stop. Give yourself about 45 minutes to see the a Place.

Awesome if you like Mammoths

This was a great break for the kids and they loved exploring the museum. Cheap tickets and friendly staff!

Very informative with relevant displays. Great set up.

(Translated) It's interesting. (Original) C'est intéressant.

(Translated) Very good history, a bit more of culture (Original) Muy buena la historia, un pedacito más de cultura

Interesting displays and a very informative movie.

Most enjoyable for science and/or history buffs. Strangest part, the archaeologist smoking in the film.

Great displays on the Ice Age

Lots of cool history to be seen and displays that were unbelievable. Who would have known that there were arctic camels and giant beavers

(Translated) This museum is amazing, it has many history and information presented in such a friendly way, the staff is super friendly, you solve the questions you have, you definitely better spend hours there. (Original) Este museo es increíble, tiene tantas historia e información presentada de una manera tan amigable, el personal es super amable, te resuelve las dudas que tengas, definitivamente vale que te pases ahí las horas.

Great information and Service. We got useful documentation to master the Dempster Highway Up to Tuk

What an amazing place

Sorry but I thought this was boring. Nice bathrooms though!

Excellent. For a small museum it's big on content, value and customer service. Meisha (our guide) was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. We took advantage of the short guided tour/presentation, the movie in their theatre and the spear throwing demonstration later on. Wonderful place. Worth every cent and more of the entrance fee. Don't expect to be all day here but half a day with taking in all the listed programs and maybe taking a packed lunch to have on the desk, if not then you could be done in 2 - hrs.

Great place to take your kids often has events going on Easter egg hunts Etc they often give out free tickets as well I really like this place when I'm going around with my family sometimes my mom or my brother will take my kids there as well

Appears to still be closed due to Covid.

Lots to learn, great fossils and exhibitions

P

Lots of interesting news and it s new for me

Great experience and well laid out. Interpreters are friendly and the place is a fun afternoon for the you and the whole family.

I had to wait 2 and half hours for my flight so i decided to check the museum (since it was walking distance from the airport) and it was an amazing experience. The museum was very well maintained and the replicas are incredible.

I went in knowing nothing about Beringia, I came out an expert. It was a treat for both myself and my family.

The staff is super friendly and the place is clean with lots to see. Such an excellent place to hold a party for adults or kids! :)

Yukon Bearings interpretive cntre is a good place to visit in Whitehorse. It features dioramas of extinct ice age animals, complete skeletons of some of Beringia’s iconic animals, and a life-sized replica of the hotly debated Bluefish Caves archaeological site. Very informative . The place is dedicated to the presentation and preservation of the First Nations and scientific history of the vast sub-continent called Beringia.

I really enjoyed this place and I learned so much. It was fascinating to learn about the ice bridge and the bones that got dredged up in the gold rush. I also enjoyed the First Nations story about the crow. The mammoth skeleton was so cool to see.

Beautiful and well presented fascinating natural and human history.

(Translated) For the successful and very instructive exhibition you should bring enough time. The well-trained staff is also happy to help with any questions! (Original) Für die gelungene und sehr lehrreiche Ausstellung sollte man ausreichend Zeit mitbringen. Das gut geschulte Personal ist ausserdem gerne bei Fragen behilflich!

Small but really great, I loved it

This was very cool. Got to learn a lot about the Mamoth and the bridge, Yukon itself etc. Very informative.

Super interesting exhibit!

Best museum in Yukon.

Very very interesting place

Saw a show in the theater. Well done and cozy.

Great place to learn about Beringia. Theater shows throughout the day. You can get a pass for it and the transportation museum next door. Lots of things for children to do. Takes about 2 hours. A must do if you come to Whitehorse for a visit.

Fantastic museum about a not-frequently mentioned period of time.

The folks were so well-informed about the prehistoric mammals on display. Our docent was so nice and answered all our questions. Do watch the films. Fun for all ages.

Didn't expect to find this place but heard about it from the transport museum. Was very impressed with the quality of the exhibits and the information! Staff was very nice and helpful as well, more than willing to answer any questions you may have. Good place to bring kids as well; they had a little kids station that looked fun. Great place to learn about the prehistoric era, the Bering straight land bridge, and the climate cycles!

Amazing displays and very informative. Staff were very knowledgeable and excited about their topic

Informative and kid-friendly. Special events all year round

Very interresting! The employes are so passionate and fun. It is very interactive. I l9ved it.

Really amazing place sharing Civilization going back 10K years back. Watch the movie while there

Very informative, quality artefacts and an updated video presentation

What a fantastic experience! With two young kids the centre has a great combination of exhibits and interactive multi-media displays and experiences that kept them engaged for hours. The information is presented in a way that is easy to understand and absorb. It's a great stop to make either before or after a flight! Highly recommend.

Informative and kid-friendly. Special events all year round

Informative and well laid out.

Quite interesting. Well worth going to

Learned a lot about the natural history of the Beringia. The exhibition and interpretation are very clear, informative, intriguing, and interactive. The staff was really nice.

Nice exhibit, informative, educational with hands on activities for the youngsters.

What wasn't under renovation was great. Knowledgeable, friendly people.

Small museum, but a good place to visit all the same.

Wonderful museum (not exactly the right term) with lots of info about the ancient land bridge between Asia and North America. There are 2 movies offered on a rotating basis - we watched the longer one and learned a lot. Then we walked around, reading the displays, talking to the staff (VERY knowledgeable), ... Just go!

A stop here won't disappoint. Outstanding!

Neat view of history

Very interesting and informative about the ancient land of Wooly Mammoths!

A must see! Extremely interesting and very well done.

I loved this exhibit....very interesting.. really let me get my Nerd on...the gentleman in working was very informative and helpful

A walk around to experience Beringia . It gives you a geographical background of Yukon during the Ice age. Nice place to take young kids to have a learning experience.

This was my favorite museum. We watched a film in the theater about beringia. Saw lots of fossils. Very informative

Most interesting and informative.

Throw the atlatl! It's the best part. Videos were a bit dated.

Very interactive and knowledgeable. Good resource towards learning about ancient northern culture

Pretty cool. Lots of skeletons of ice age era animals, including a mammoth

A fun place to take the kids. They hold pretty frequent little family friendly events which is nice.

This is a very impressive site. I️ learned many things and was amazed at the exhibits, very impressive.

Worth way more than admission

I haven't been to the Ber

The staff have a love for their work. The winter Sunday programming is fantastic. Our family loves going to the Beringia centre

Enjoyed the movie and the displays. The preserved wolf pup was amazing.

Very good display of time

Great place. Needs a gift shop.

A most interesting and educational experience about the pre-historic evolution of Canada's North West region. The staff is passionate about what they do, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly.

Great place to visit

Unique natural history is on display here. Well worth seeing.

For a relatively small building, they have as interesting a venue as a much larger museum! The two films are very informative, as are the exhibits. The fossil collection, full sized skeletons and dioramas will please children as well as we adults. Highly recommended!!

interesting and enjoyable for the whole family

Extremely small museum and not worth the ticket

Not huge, but what they have is excellent. Also great short film to explain the land bridge.

(Translated) Excellent !! (Original) Excellent !!

Very interesting, take the free tour for best information. Fun for adults and children.

This is one of the best museums I have visited with kids. They have a children's corner with more activities than some children's museums: toy animals, puppets, a game to match pelts/paw prints with the animal, computer games specific to Beringia animals, giant floor puzzle and more. Additionally, the docent gave my six year old and my eleven year old age appropriate scavenger hunts that helped them explore the museum. The tour for adults and older kids was well thought out and delivered in an engaging and interesting way. They even got to throw spears at the end. Definitely worth a visit!

Free on Yukon Day! Lots of exhibits to look at. Interactive demo with Atlatl (spear thrower) in the afternoon, that was fun for all, 3 year old kids up to grand parents. Short documentaries were also interesting, with a large theatre.

Nice folks ????

Would recommend highly

But have to pay

Definitely worth the stop. I'm looking forward to going back.

An excellent interpretive centre, well laid out and very informative. Certainly worth a visit if you are in Whitehorse.

Great display of history

Great experience taking a dive into the past

Very nice and detailed exhibits.

This was a nice museum, it was included with our tour package. The movie was made well.

An ok, by-the-airport introductory visitor center .. l prefer the downtown places, but this one has cool aspects ..

An ok, by-the-airport introductory visitor center .. l prefer the downtown places, but this one has cool aspects ..

Take time to watch the videos and listen to the the park rangers lectures, very well done, lots of information and not repetitive! The spear throwing lesson out back a fun bonus.

This small meseum is worth a look through. The displays are informative and accessible. The main hall features a massive Woolly mammoth skeleton which is remarkable to see in person. The theater shows a 17 min video about the lost continent of Beringia which is worth a watch. The smaller back room features a preserved hide of the long extinct Yukon horse.

Good displays of Mammoths

Great field trip for kids they love it

Really great exhibits and documentaries for a very reasonable price. Loved the megafauna skeletons, the preserved Yukon horse hide and First Nations creation stories.

I learned a lot but it wasn't too big to take it all in. Well presented. Helpful, knowledgeable staff.
