This Museum is classified in the category of Tourist attraction.
Best haunted wax museum I have ever been too!!! It is old and not very traveled anymore and that makes it a hot spot for ghost activity! I'm serious! Take your digital camera and you will not be disappointed! I got a minimum of six orb pics! If I can figure out how to load one here I will. Well worth the $7.00 admission price.

What a well done exhibit for a reasonable price! So many items to look at and enjoy !
My wife and I were happy to see the wax museum was still here. It's a wax museum we enjoyed the tour. Alot of information about the history of the falls.
What an awesome place! Wow! Best Niagara wax museum of history I've ever been too! And I've been to all of them! Wax figures are super realistic! And not dusty or dated at all! Kind of like one of those creepy roadside attractions you see on scary movies. Definitely spend your hard earned money and bring the whole family here!
We stopped in because it seemed like the the thing to do as a tourist in the area, and were pleasantly surprised at how much fun it was. Thanks!

It was a pretty neat experience, well worth the $7 but the video section was not on & they need to update their president wall.. still says Obama is the current president haha. A few spaces could be a little more lit up but all in all, I recommend a trip in! The girl working up front was really nice.

Yes, the entry price was very reasonable and this history was interesting however, the figures need a lot of work. The one figure who was laying down, well his whole face was caving in and Princess Diana, wow, that didn't even remotely look like her. People in our party said she looked like a man. It smelled funky in there. Needs a makeover.
After reading some reviews, we were hesitant to visit this museum. The wax figures weren’t the best compared to some we’ve visited here in the U.S. and Europe, and the place could use plenty of updates, but we were glad we did go because it is full of Niagara history. A couple of interesting exhibits show notable people that have visited, and the daredevils who have either succeeded or failed to conquer the falls. A good place to visit with your family.
The models of the Falls are great and very informative, but the wax figures needed a little help.

Was closed at 4pm 3/16/21 my guess is because of the COVID restrictions or hours changed. Hope to see it next visit to Niagara Falls NY
A lot of educational material! It's a great place to go and read about the cool things that have happened in and around Niagara falls! The wax figures are a bit...dated, old and not well maintained but I recommend going for the learning experience. Did you know Abraham Lincoln visited Niagara Falls? Me neither! It's filled with little fun facts like that!
Very reasonable entrance fee, perfect for families. Filled with interesting facts about Niagara falls, fom hydro power to people who went or tried to go over the falls. I would definitely reccomend this place for first timers such as myself or families

So nice! I really liked the chair Abraham Lincoln sat on ????

Had some good displays, was hoping for more. Had some good history about the Niagara area.
Absolutely horrible. Even with a Groupon and coupon code, this place isn't worth it. And if you think like I did... It's wax so there will at least be air conditioning on - WRONG. No AC at all, so you don't even get that to hope for.
Very cool history documentation. Not sure about how well maintained cuz some of the wax pieces seemed dusty unless the were plain old mannequins. But the theme was enjoyable and reasonably priced. Self paced exploration made it very informative.
This was fun while we waited for a table for lunch. Everything is old and dusty but it has a campy vibe and some really educational exhibits about the local history. It was only $7+ tax per person so definitely worth checking out!
it's ok just for kill time. lol

Yes
It is very old school, but that is what a wax museum is supposed to be. It's just like the movies and just creepy enough. The best part is the history and the stories of people who went over the falls. I had a 10 year old, 6 year old and 4 year old with me and they love it!
It doesn't look like much from the outside, but this is the hidden gem of Niagra Falls. A visual history of the area that will change your understanding of this country. Great for adults and children of all ages.
Fun and interesting way to learn history.
It's kind of a strange way getting there, it's in the back of a gift shop. The wax figures aren't that amazing and the place seems kind of dated. But it does give you lots of great information about the falls. The haunted well in there is pretty interesting

Was fun piece of history had great time

We came to niagara falls for my birthday, and since we both love museums and history we were so excited about this one! The reviews were spotty so we were not expecting much.... but we had a great time! Yes, the figures would be updated... but it was so neat, informative, and just awesome!! The cute little photo op section was fantastic too!!!!!! Thanks so much for the experience!
Very fun. got scary at the end bcuz of the ????
Me and my girlfriend went it costed 15$. Easily the best 15$ I spent, you could spend forever in here just reading and learning about some amazing history that I was unaware of. Recommend 100%

Can improve the quality of the wax statues. Pros: Not crowded and educating about the history of niagra Cons- lifeless statues, old equipments and low quality maintenance
Even though it’s a Wax Museum, believe it or not you can really learn history there. After running around seeing all the attractions in the Falls, it’s nice to take a break and enjoy a little indoor activity. So overall the wax museum is worth your time to come and visit.
If you're looking for something to do, just read these comments and everybody's pictures and it's like you've already been there... Unless you're really desperate, don't waste your time. I see all these pictures on here underneath the reviews and everybody spot on so their save your money.
This was ok, I enjoyed the different things I learned about Niagra Falls, but there was a whole lot of religious reference which was interesting. It was very cold inside actually...not sure if that's because of the wax figures but could've been slightly warmer...
It was a very cool experience!! 5 stars. Would definitely go back well worth the $7 admission, and gave us something fun to do while in Niagara falls NY. The wax figures were nicely done, very accurate and you could tell we're older. But that's what made it cool. It wasn't to long, but that was fine a nice trip through history!!!! :)
Nice to check out while shopping the stores in the area.
The Museum was great and there's a lot of history it covers, but it's when we got into the gift department is when things got bad... Apart from machines being out of order to the cashier half paying attention while listening to music on her ear buds letting customers go by without question.. and the older lady that works there put up a fuss because a couple was looking for the restroom and got let into the museum section, if the cashier would of been doing her job they would of known your restroom w asnt public rather than blaming your paying customers for your mistake.. this place also has no public restroom.

The exhibits were really well designed and the time line flowed nicely. I definitely recommend
Me, my sister, and cousin enjoyed this museum. A must when going to see Niagara falls to get a little history of the waterfall.
I honestly expected it to be allot better it looks very run down and just not that exciting. Not kept up on at all!! Sad cause I was very excited to go there.
Very outdated and cheap. Wax figures have to be at least 50+ years old. Princess Diana looked like a guy in drag
Great place to kill a little time and learn a little history.

This museum is outdated and somewhat short with often odd and unrelated exhibits...HOWEVER, knowing this going in from other reviews we were able to have a wonderful time. It was hilarious. There is some history and really fun old photos. If you have an extra 45 minutes, it is a good time....
Pretty neat experience, definitely a little outdated and low maintenance. Could use an update for sure or even just a deep clean. Staff have been moved to the gift shop inside the store, so it's a little crowded when trying to purchase tickets but the lady was super friendly and polite.
I love it, the figures looked so real and everything was interesting
It's cheesy but I will say it's interesting. I think they need to spruce it up bit.
I enjoyed the wax museum. The charaters help tell the story being explained. I learned some things about the falls and history of the area. Move through at your own pace. It is quite relaxing...
In the words of my 13 and 11 year old daughters....it was pleasantly creepy and educational! In my opinion I would to have liked to have seen more wax figures and less memorabilia items. It was a fun little thing to do out of the rain but I doubt I'd go again if headed back to the falls.
A little hot in there, but had lots of fun.
Incredible experience, for first time Niagara Falls tourists I absolutely recommend checking out this place. I saw some complaints about it being "old or run down" but we never got that feeling nor did we see anything out of the ordinary. The history was interesting and the displays were fantastic!
Nice to go through this and read the history behind the falls and the city very adorable groupon deal is awesome great photo ops
The entry fee is fair, the exhibits are old and worn, but interesting. They definitely could have upkept the museum better.
Enjoyed this
Guys, if u r on vacation thn should never miss any historical places. Well, this Museum is also not really that big, but nice to visit. Do have look..????????????
We thought it was going to be a wax museum with celebrities..much to our surprise it was a wax museum about the Rich History of Niagara Falls...so much information, along with the "cheesy "..wax mannequins..but I learned much more than I was ever taught in school..Go..$7.00,..cant beat it (I wouldn't recommend it for small children )(dark almost haunted house effect)..????????????????????????, also the caretaker/clerk was most nicest guy

Wow amazing place! Absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend. This is a self guided tour about niagra falls and the area. Has excellent artistic exhibits. Cute little place. I don't remember how much the child or teen price is but the adult price is 7 dollars per person. They have a gift shop at the end of the museum with some really cool stuff.
Amazing great art and very educational loved it
One of the places I haven't visited yet in all the times I've been to Niagara falls was this place. This past weekend we finally did it as it was included in our fun pass. The overall experience was pretty great, one of the better places to check out. However some of the wax figures just looked completely ridiculous. Adam Sandler was terrible, Jim Carrey was terrible and the Simpsons were especially terrible. Overall tho it was still fun and interesting so I'll stick with a 4 star just because some of them were really that bad. Check my pics. Most of them tho if say were really well done. I'd recommend checking this place out. It's still pretty good.
Was expecting a much more life like wax exhibit,, seemed more like plastic or paper mache
This is an interesting place. Gives great information on the history of Niagara Falls. It's definitly dated. Needs major upgrades, Ladies bathroom is rusted and dirty.
Great experience and lots of great info about the falls
It was a good experience. The kids enjoyed it, they've seen some old stuff that they've never seen before.
If your kids are scared easily dont bring them here. But overall it's a good experience with valuable knowledge to be gained and set up nicely.
Interesting place! I loved looking at the antique items as well as the wax figures!
Horrible! It wasnt worth our time. I felt like we were taken for our money. The wax figures were horribly done. After seeing the second wax figure, I asked for our money back. The young girl that ran the desk said sorry and thats it. She wasnt to eager to help us when we arrived, like it was a chore to help us. I asked for a FB page to give them a review she asked two other workers and came back and asked if it was a good or bad review (after complaing she had to ask), I told her horrible. She told us google and walked away. Not one other customer was around, that should have been our warning.
My son and I loved it. Very informational about the areas history. When my son called his father to talk to him he had so many new facts to share. My son enjoyed it so much he wanted to go threw it a second time the next day. I'm sure we will be back to visit it again on one of our future trips! (Yes it is a little out dated, but it is a place about history... all and all it was educational, interesting and a good experience.) Also the gift shop had a good selection, we went shopping in that shop twice!
I wrote a bad review on this place before but I would like to change it because I was just scared. It’s actually pretty cool and I would go back again. I’m very sorry about the one stare review and hope you forgive me.
$6–10
The wax figurines weren't the best, but the exhibit was very informative and had a lot of titbits on the history of the falls, it's development, and so on. Nice for a little context about the falls.

There is some interesting stuff in this small museum. If you have 30 minutes you can take it all in.
Everything we read was very informative. However, the “wax” figures didn’t look good at all. The lights weren’t on in a lot of the museum and neither were the videos. The reviews I’ve been reading have had these same complaints to over a year ago. It’s a real shame that even if the owner claims they will fix these problems they won’t. This museum had so much potential.
