I bought two tickets for me and my son to visit the Science North, Thunder Bay. I called in advance and someone confirm that they are open today from 12 - 4 pm. We drove all over to it and we found it closed. We followed the signs in the building and the signs led us to the reception of the Science North which was closed. I tried calling them for a few times to let them know that we are in the building, however, no one replied. I am very upset about that and they just stole our money and no one showed up.

This is not a museum. It is the local office of the museum. We arrived looking for a museum, found a strange unmark and not really inviting entrance. We made our way and found very kind people there who invites us in to meet their amimals. They typically run camps and school programs. They were actually fantastic! But not a museum, or even a pkace to visit.
