Great place to find ducks and hawks in fall. Good for smaller birds and gallinules or rails in summer

These former sewage lagoons have been restored to a natural wetland state. There is an elevated viewing platform and a footpath right around the circumference. The viewing platform is fully wheelchair accessible. There is parking space for a few cars. Credit is due to the Long Point World Biosphere Reserve Foundation. Great Job folks!

The wetlands were alive with birds. There is a gravel road, that is becoming naturalized, around the whole area. Easy walking path. Lovely place to go for a walk with your dog or a good friend. The people of Port Rowan are luck to have such a nice area.
