McDonald’s is our go to place for breakfast when we travel. This McDonald’s was very disappointing. No smile by the cashier or the manager that served us. The condiment station was empty and ketchup all over. The garbages were full from the night before. The tables were not wiped down. We were there at 8am. I expected it to be clean. No night crew?

Dirty and poorly kept. We were served and the food was fine but the restaurant was a mess. Garbages overflowing, both ketchup dispensers were broken, dirty trays and garbage all over the restaurant. As well, someone had dropped a smoothy on the floor in the middle of the drink area and it stayed that way for the entire time we were at the restaurant which was about 30 minutes. A puddle of smoothy in the middle of the floor! This should never be allowed to happen. Sunday night or not, this should be cleaned up immediately.

Il fait très froid dehors et mon conjoint attend pendant 5minutes le bras tendu avec la machine, la fenêtre ouverte et les enfants qui gèlent à l'intérieur de l'auto. La commis, sans sourire reviens chercher la machine et lève les yeux au ciel lorsque mon conjoint lui fait remarquer qu'il fait froid. Nous fermons la fenêtre et après quelques minutes, la même commis, toujours sans sourire, tend la commande sans un mot ni bonjour. Nous n'avons que 3 serviettes de table pour 2adultes et 2 enfants. Mon conjoint me demande la facture pour porter plainte et, surprise, pas de facture dans le sac. Vraiment, service à la clientèle désastreux.

Pass at 17h15 at the drive thru no body else than me . order a big Mac trio meal changed my French fries for a poutine and 6 mcnuggets . order in French my first language . the girl could not understand cuz her mic was not working well could not understand her . ask her to change her battery or mic but did not happened. Then when I arrived 2 min after at the paying and service widows I waited until 17h25 for finally they ask me to move to the waiting area waited another 5 minutes. So it took 15 minutes to get my meal when nobody in line in front of me. Been in others mcdo with long lines up and takes less times waiting. And got no fork in my bag for my poutine. How do you expect someone to eat French fries with full of gravy on eat without a fork! I am very disappointed of my visit. And I m from château richer don't if I will go back there... With that kind of service

Asked for a piece of cornbread and was told no because we didn't order a dinner but both our meals were more expensive than the dinner meals.
