Great piece of history about the Mill and its operation. This is run through the volunteers and donations so be sure to have some cash on hand to help them keep this bit of history alive. We met a lovely man named Terry who gave us a tour of the mill ( you got to check out the turbine) and you can get a great look at the falls from a window in the lower level. You can also jump on the Laura Secord Legacy trail a few feet away or the Bruce trail. A great spot for a weekend day trip in the outdoors.

They won't allow you to get to the bottom as it's way too dangerous to venture down. But, it's beautiful regardless!

Javier Solano

Great place to visit in summer, also alot of history, and great view

It's a long, difficult hike to get to all 3 waterfalls. There is a route that is family friendly but it's a long walk down the trail and a long hard trek back up the river to see the first waterfall. The "main access" I guess, would be the big rope, but it is not for kids or even some adults. That access is invisible from the trail so keep an eye over the edge to find it, it's 5 minutes or less down the trail. Risky though..

Historic site worth visiting Morning star mill and the morning star family house. There are volunteer staff members who are very positive and willing to help. Entrance is free but there is a dmall donation box and it is a good way to say thank you. The site located on top of the decew Falls. Can get a wonderful view of the waterfall through the glass window. Can buy floor onsite. Portable toilets available on site. There are few picnic tables available.

What a beautiful place to go for a hike! There are trails for all skill levels. Either take the cliff for some rock climbing fun, or the long path down the Bruce Trail for a nice long stroll. There is also a lot of history in the area. Make sure you take a walk inside the home and water mill!

Gorgeous scenery, hiking, history! I did not get a chance to see the tour but I hope to make it back and do that. Even on a cold day this was a good spot to come see quickly on our adventure in NOTL.

Excellent location to come in contact with some of the history of the area in the early 1900s. A working grist mill with guided interpretations daily (summer) - and live flour grinding demonstrations open to the public one Saturday every month. A restored MIller's home - come and see how the folks lived and worked. Also features Decew Falls for viewing, picnic tables and access to the Bruce Trail. A great family outing.

(Translated) It's a historically valuable place and it asks for the kindness of the guides. It was also good to buy flour that served as a donation. (Original) 역사적으로 가치가 있는 곳이고 안내하는 분들의 친절함이 묻어납니다. 기부를 겸한 밀가루 구입도 좋았습니다.
