This is a nice place to visit if you are coming to Rimouski for camping at parc national du Bic. You get to see the beautiful historical light house and a submarine. You would need to check the dates online as to when they would allow to visit inside the submarine. Nice place to visit for a memorable picture Infront of the light house.

Un beau parc pour enfants y est également aménagé ainsi que grand espace vert.

(Translated) An outside visit. We made an external visit there on September 1, 2020. It was not possible to visit the Onondaga submarine due to what you know and I no longer remember the restrictive and sanitary measures for the visit of the museum of the Express of Ireland. I do remember clearly, however, that someone working there kindly summed up the story of that historic sinking of May 29, 1914 and as imposing if not more than that of the Titanic. The start of the 1914 war meant that this story was drastically drowned and forgotten. Fortunately, this museum takes care of this mission. We visited this site about 20 years ago when the submarine was not there. We have several photos for you. We recommend this tour. Reviewed May 11, 2021 to Salaberry de Valleyfield, Quebec, Canada. (Original) Une visite extérieure. Nous y avons fait une visite extérieure le 1er septembre 2020. Il n’était pas possible de visiter le sous-marin Onondaga dû à ce que vous savez et je ne me souviens plus des mesures restrictives et sanitaires pour la visite du musée de l’Express of Ireland. Je me souviens clairement toutefois qu’une personne y travaillant nous a aimablement résumé l’histoire de ce naufrage historique du 29 mai 1914 et aussi imposant sinon plus que celui du Titanic. Le début de la guerre de 1914 a fait en sorte que cette histoire fut considérablement noyée et oubliée. Ce musée se charge honorablement de cette mission heureusement. Nous avions visité ce site il y a une vingtaine d’années alors que le sous-marin n’y était pas. Nous avons plusieurs photos à vous proposer. Nous recommandons cette visite. Great spot for families. There is a kids play area with lots of slides and climbing structures. We walked out along the beach area while the tide was out and it was very nice. We didn't go up the light house or in the submarine but it is free for kids 7 and under.
