This was a cool place to visit. There were not many people as it was nearing end of summer. Perfect for touring the site and spending time to view each building. The buildings are well maintained despite how old they are. Lots of history information about the Robins company. It was cool to see how the blacksmith makes his nails from iron ore utilising the technique from that era. Very cool as well to visit the carpenter shop and learn how they made boats back then, really enjoyed that. The gift shop has a bit of everything, the staff are very friendly and most speak English. I would love to go back, it's like a step back in time!

We went there not expecting anything but the views were amazing, lots of historic buildings and a nice dock to go fishing and enjoy the weather close by. A must if youre passing by !

The plate of fish pancakes (2) (Cod and potatoes) served with a chef's salad, yum yum it was excellent. Good portion and the house vinaigrette was also very good (a little tart and light). I recommend!! (Original) Superde endroit, à visiter!! Vaut le détour!! Site "Musée" historique, environ 7 bâtiments à découvrir, très intéressant, avec animateur qui nous raconte l'histoire de Paspebiac et de la pêche à la Morue. Particulièrement Romuald et Yan, animateur de la Forge et de la Charpenterie, excellente explication et devouement de rendre l'expérience authentique et très agréable. ((Merci!!)) Petit restaurant sur place, l'Ancre, très bonne soupe aux poisson et fruits de mer. À essayer, c'est la meilleure que j'ai mangé ???? Nous y sommes allés 2 fois et c'était très bon encore. L'assiette de galettes (2) de poisson (Morue et patates) servie avec une salade du chef, miam miam c'était excellent. Bonne portion et la vinaigrette maison aussi était très bonne (un peu acidulé et légèrete). Je recommande!!
