(Translated) A museum restaurant run by a chef from Quebec. The rich French onion soup was full of umami and I enjoyed it without getting tired. NWT fish pie is delicious but surprisingly juicy, so it has a texture similar to soup. The taste of pork belly and beef sausage attached to Choucroute Garnie, which naturally fermented cabbage, made me want to drink beer. Open for lunch only, but check out our website and Facebook for event dinners on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Walking distance from downtown. Admission to the museum is free, so you can easily come. (Original) ケベック州出身のシェフが経営しているミュージアム・レストラン。濃厚なフレンチオニオンスープは旨味いっぱいで飽きずに最後まで楽しめました。NWTフィッシュパイは美味ですが、意外にも汁気が多かったので、スープと似たような食感。キャベツを自然発酵させたシュークルート・ガルニ Choucroute Garnie に添えられていた豚バラやビーフソーセージの風味が良くて、ビールが飲みたくなりました。営業はランチタイムのみですが、木・金・土曜の夜にイベントディナーが開催されることもあるので、ウェブサイトやフェイスブックをチェックしてみてください。ダウンタウンから徒歩圏内。博物館の入館料は無料なので、気軽にお越しいただけます。
