They have a variety of bridges and lots of fun walking on those. Dog friendly. Beautiful lights and very well decorated. Highly recommend

Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is the magical and mesmerizing amalgamation of all amazing things, both natural and man-made ???? Yesterday was a bright day and there was not a drop of rain for a change, so to get some respite from hectic work and ongoing packing for an upcoming move, we visited Capilano Suspension Bridge Park in North Vancouver. With the return of Canyon Lights, the beautiful park is decked up with many amazing lights of different colors (and oh-so-perfectly done, kudos to the staff!)! We spent a better part of 3 hours there yet couldn't cover all the amazing attractions, and we had a constant twinkle in our eyes throughout and after our visit!???? Can't recommend the place enough, and there's a lot on offer for everyone, young and old! The less I say about the attractions the better because each one is different and there's so much joy in discovering their magic for yourself. There are ample food and drinks options if you get hungry (though the queues might be long on busy days), and we enjoyed Southern Style Poutine with yummy Bailey's Hot Chocolate while warming ourselves up by the firepits as Christmas carols were being sung live by a talented staff member. A huge shout out to the friendly and helpful staff across the attractions who ensure that us visitors have a fantastic and memorable experience! ❤️ Parking is aplenty right across the street from the entrance, and every nominal pricing too at CAD 6 for 3 hours. But it's strange that the maximum amount of time that you can book a parking slot for is 3 hours without any option to extend it. Icing on this very yummy cake - BC residents such as us receive a complimentary annual pass when purchasing a regular priced ticket, so now we can go back there any number of times till next November! Hurray! In Arnie's words from Terminator, "I'll be back" ???? Pro tips: Booking the tickets online will save you some time by not having to wait in the entry queue, thus ensuring that the check in process will be a breeze. Also, using the PayByPhone app to pay for parking (lot #4536) from the comfort of your car soon after your drive in is recommended to save you a few more precious minutes. Finally, make sure to carry ample water and some snacks to keep yourself hydrated and nourished, something that can be forgotten very easily in the exciting environment.

Very beautiful place. A must go in Vancouver. The forest is so enchanting and all facilities are in sink with nature. We enjoyed the bridge, the tree from tree mini-bridges, the walk, the views and how informative the visit was. Everything was perfect! There’s even a shuttle you can take from the city to there (the bus ride was also fun and informative). I would definitely recommend going there for a visit!

Ah Rin Park

A must go to place if you're in Vancouver. It was fun and cool. A little tiring since you'll be mostly hiking up and down. Recommend place to go with family and friends. Make sure to wear something comfortable if you plan to visit.

Taryn B

Visited with out of town family - was great to share a local tourist destination with them. The prehistoric looking forest and kids tree top adventure were easy hi lights. Certainly worth the stop with the right people!!!

My recommendations for having the best trip: 1. Get the year pass! The year pass and the day pass are the same rate. Also there are some perks of getting a year pass. 2. If you are new to Vancouver or haven't explored Vancouver despite living there for some time (like me), I recommend you to take the free shuttle to the bridge from Canada Place. You will get a small tour of few places in Vancouver which is on the way to the bridge. The driver will tell you some amazing facts of the areas along the way. 3. If you would want to spend some time on the bridge (to take photos or enjoy the view), try to come before 12pm. I came by 10am and the bridge wasn't too crowded. 4. To keep kids entertained, a booklet with activities/questions can be found near the cafe. Once completed, you'll get a sticker when you return it near the bridge. 5. There are lots of spots to take instagram worthy pictures. 6. Good if you visit alone. For the best experience, visit with group of friends or family or just bring your dog (may need to coax with treats them to help cross the swaying bridge).

This was a great escape for the day, leaving behind a concrete jungle for an actual jungle. The suspension bridges and trails are relaxing and fun and my family enjoyed our time at the park. They have since added the cliff walk wich is really neat. There is restaurants and food stations, a gift shop and more. We will definitely be back.

I took child here years ago, back then I was upset that I wasn't aware it was not wheelchair friendly anywhere. Someone who never been to this city with a toddler in a wheelchair there was more on my brain ???? I carried my child around back then. 2021 I came back with a friend and it was nice, the masks mandatory outside is weird but not as packed as before

jyoti wagawade

Lovely park. For kids there’s lot to learn, amazing place, history of bridge and information about forest, river, all natural sources. It’s almost a day trip, have coffee shop, restaurants and also ice cream shop.

Ebru Kamış

Breathtaking view. My first time visiting a rainforest and it was spectacular. The air was so clean. We took lots of good photos. Very nice staff, there were story points in every attraction. Kids friendly place to visit.

William Fitzpatrick

The Christmas Lights are probably my favourite overall attraction in the whole of Vancouver right now. It’s absolutely stunning with so much to see and do. You pretty see everything you would in the day, however there’s endless mesmerising lights covering every square inch. You can see what you want, at your own leisure as many times as you want. You should allow a extra 30 mins for parking, as anything close is usually full. The place is clean with lots of COVID awareness etc

Tiffany Nafziger

The views are stunning and if you’re hungry the cliff side restaurant they have there is great! The gift shop is full of lots of stuff and most of the items are local wares instead of junk from overseas. We had a great visit with no regrets, but it’s worth mentioning that it looks a little bigger on the map than it is in real life. It’s a bit pricey for what it is in a literal sense, but for many tourists like us who have never been in the rainforest before I think it is a worthwhile experience. Randomly we also saw a couple get engaged there today on the treetop adventure. If you’re seeing this, congrats again!

Jeremy Swartwood

This was a great little walk. The bridge was fun, the cliff walk was fun. Watching the squirles was a neat. They have bathrooms, gift shop, coffee / snacks. Parking is a seperate cost from entry. We enjoyed every part of this. This is worth the drive if you can make it.

Marc Pilmann

Very well maintained park with the suspension bridge as a main attraction. The park is on the touristy side but still great to visit. It's nicely arranged, well staffed and has lots of interesting information to read along the paths in the park. It's possible to spot many different kinds of local wildlife. The prices are a bit high for non-residents but it's worth a visit nevertheless.

Charlotte Ross

Beautiful spot to spend a few hours the attractions are fun and there is lots to do and see. Great spot to take the family. It's a bit pricey but worth it to see it at least once.

Shells Marie

What a magical time, my sons idea! I can not wait to go when they play Christmas music too. It was just a wonderful time we had at Cliff Walk!

Marta Borowska

Fantastic place to visit as a couple or with your family/kids with plenty of activities including a suspension bridge, treetops adventure, and cliff walk. There are some educational components throughout the park as well including some slug exhibits and some real hawks and other birds that they show and teach you about. You can spend lots of time here but you can also get through in an hour or so. Lots of variety and worth a visit for sure. Parking on the opposite side of the street. Little shops inside if you want to buy anything.

I C Solutions

The park is amazing. Lots of interesting nature beauty with large and old trees. Some trees exceed 500 years old. Do not buy $140 tourist package. It is a rip off. Take the free shuttle at 999 Canada Place and pay only admission to the park which saves you almost $100 a pop. Enjoy.

Eric Reyes Altamirano (CorranQ)

Honestly, I always battle with the price factor on this one. Having said that, the quality of the park definitely merits the ticket prices, and if you’re a BC resident you just kinda know you’ll be back here more than once per year, so the annual pass makes sense, especially for the built in discounts not just for Capilano and it’s stores and foods, but also other tourist attractions around Vancouver as well as a few restaurants and lodges. The park itself is always a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. I just found out today that it’s actually kind of awesome to go just after a good rain too, very fresh air and an amazing mood, and there’s always so many ways to get a good photo in if you’re an amateur photographer like me. Always enjoyable, and I’ll be back soon!

Vanessa Siemens

We went here for the Lights and it was fantastic. Even though it's a bit pricey, as a BC resident, I received an annual pass, so I can go throughout the year and next December for the lights again. They do a great job of setting up lights for the different areas. The other side of the bridge is my favourite by the pond, and crossing the bridge is always fun. There is a tunnel of lights that was great to walk through on the cliffwalk as well.

Alie Desrosiers

Visited here back in 2000 and was a treat to return again and see all that they had added. The bridge is nicely lit up. Going across the bridge and feeling it swing was fun again, even 21 years later. The whole place is a great way to spend your day and just get out and explore.

Sukhveer Grewal

Really fun place to just walk around. The lights are really nice and there's lots to do.

Leah Curtis

Great place for a walk and adventure! Arriving at 9am when they open is best.. less people. I've also heard it's beautiful at night with all the lights on but I didn't see that, it was just suggested.

Raphaela vargas

Such a magic place! If you have the chance to visit Vancouver during Christmas times Do not miss this attraction. I felt in a living dream during my visit in the canyon of lights. Definitely a must do in Vancouver. Try beaver balls and enjoy a hot chocolate. My advice is take the shuttle or bus to avoid parking problems.

Priyanka S

We went here for the first time and Christmas Lights were fantastic. Every area had lights and that to different types of lights. Suspension bridge walk was so beautiful and exciting! Coloured Lights were focused on the water which was flowing near and below bridge and it looked so mesmerizing. The wooden path through the forest was splendid. Treetops/treetop bridges were also decorated with string of lights. Overall the Christmas light display was amazing!! Definitely recommend! Would love to come back here in Summer to hike and explore the park during daylight.

Simrat Sidhu

Good experience. treetop adventure is great . However price seems to be too high which was $230 for four people. But the good thing for bc residents is that you can get an annual pass at the exit for no extra money.

Stephen Tadgh

Oh Capilano...such potential....amazing lights, pleasant staff BUT, and this is a massive BUT, it didn't seem like there was any health and safety protocols in place regarding COVID19. Social distancing is gone out the window as your ushered within a hairs breadth of the strangers in front of you. On top of that their free shuttle bus is...unreliable...to say the least. We waited over 40 minutes for a bus to pick us up only to call the park and be told that we should go to Canada place (as opposed to one of their hotel pickups) because the buses won't drive by if the bus is full or if they are running late, 20 minute walk/jog later we're finally on the bus with the other baffled parties that we we're waiting without any real acknowledgement about the whole leaving us on the side of Robson st. Its a shame because the attraction and the lights are stunning and it is so lovely to get to see them. If you can time it right so you miss the large crowds while also not getting left on the side of the road waiting for the bus then I'd recommend giving this place a shot!

jinky TravelDiaries

Super amazing place! Lots of views to enjoy. I will recommend to come early and wait until night inside coz during dark time it has a long que in the entrance. It's better to come early than stock in the entrance. Weekend is busy day so plan your trip ahead. Entrance for annual is just $50+ for a year pass. There is free shuttle to go there to and comeback. The drop off and take off is at front of Canada place downtown. When your done you can take the same shuttle. It better to know to save your trip. Lots of parking space in the area. Have fun with your kids and friends. It's more beautiful when you see it in person.

Alannah Monica

Such a beautiful spot at night, especially with the lights. For how detailed and clean the space is, the price is worth it as well. I think this would be a magical date spot and a cute spot for a photoshoot.

Cp Jat

Amazing place to bring kids and family. It might be cold as the place is surrounded by water, plants and mountains. BC residents can get 1 year pass when u buy your tickets for the first time.

Navneet Sidhu

Very adventurous place to visit. You need at least 2 hours to explore. Very good and different place, was lots of fun. Really enjoyed huge and tall trees almost 150 years old. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as lots of walking. Mask was mandatory on bridge due to Covid but others areas it’s not mandatory. They have very good ice cream which I really enjoyed in hot day. Gift shop seems to be overpriced. They also have snacks to buy. Awesome place to go.

Kostyantyn Halanets

One of my favorite spots for walk, especially during Christmas. If you manage to go during the rare white Christmas, you will not regret it. Snow amplifies all the lights and makes it that much better.

Treesa Jose

The lights at capilano were so magical. Absolutely loved the display. It was coveted in snow on the day of our visit and that made it extra beautiful and heavenly. A must go place during Christmas season. The cliff walk should be done during day time so enjoy the depth of what it looks like

Sarah Bedrosian

first things first - it’s quite pricey $57 (with tax) for an adult ticket. If you’re from BC you can get it stamped so that you can use it all year round which is great! I was staying by Canada place and there was a shuttle that picked up every 30 minutes on the hour and dropped you right in front of the park. It was about a 15 minute ride each way - so not far at all and the shuttle was free! the bridge itself is really beautiful but super scary when you initially get on it especially if you’re scared of heights. I was pretty scared but when I got on the bridge again to go back to the entrance it was not bad at all. I felt when there were more people on it it felt a lot worse and swayed a lot. It takes about 4-5 minutes to walk across at a regular pace with people in front of you. overall, yes I would recommend it if you’ve not done it before! It’s a pretty unique experience.

Tina YK Choi

The tickets are expensive, but it is worth it. For 2 adults (Non BC residents) we paid $57.70 per person (taxes and fees all included) and also note that you need to pay for parking separately (we paid $6.35 for parking). It’s a bit high of a price tag, but it was well worth it. We arrived early (9:30am) it wasn’t too busy just yet, but still good number of people. The highlight of course was the Capilano Suspension Bridge which is just marvelous. It is a bit scary to walk across, but I felt more comfortable on the return (you need to come back on it to exit the park) I recommend definitely taking lots of pictures (make sure your phone/camera are securely held - Loopy case on my phone came so handy) Once you cross the bridge, there’s Treetops Adventure which was also very fun & beautiful. There were Owl talks happening there too. Also don’t miss out on the Cliffwalk! It was also very nice - a few more photo spots. It’s a great place to come and enjoy the nature - very close to Vancouver!

Folake Bankole

It was a wet day today with the rain but the experience was still pretty great. The views from the suspension bridge and cliff walk was breathtaking. It's an activity that can be enjoyed by the whole family.. if you're not afraid of heights.

D Max

the fee as of August 2021 was almost 50 USD per person, it is a bit expensive but it is worth visiting. I would definitely visit it again. Being in a forest quite like this is just amazing!!

Jonathan Grandchamp

Such an amazing place to visit. Went there with some family and friends for the first time and it did not disappoint. Seeing the different species of flora was really nice as well as taking in the fresh air and sights. This was definitely a trip to remember and will definitely be coming back in the future.

Liza Epishina

Oohhh... how beautiful and peaceful! Magical place, definitely worth 50$. Stunning, breathtaking views! When we went there it was lightly raining and still had an amazing time! Everyone should visit at least ones for the experience! Additional ⭐ parking space is great! We were traveling in the big tow truck and it's easily fitted in the spot. Amazing I love it!!

Cary Molyneux

This is an excellent family friendly location. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but it was busy the day we went. Once inside the park, there was more than enough space to be socially distant and 95% is outdoors. What a remarkable history, and a lot of fun traveling many feet in the air from tree to tree. The edge attraction is also spectacular, being able to over look a beautiful river and trees. Well worth the cost, great way to spend two to three hours. I would add this to a must see list for families traveling to Vancouver.

Omar Al-Allaf

Very nice experience! Clean and neat place! Very accessible place! Parking lot is organized and large enough to take lots of cars, it is not expensive as well! Walking on the suspension bridge was wonderful experience! If you are resident of BC then the annual pass for 57 dollars which is very reasonable price! Highly recommended!

Ahmad El-Kadri

Beautiful place, there's entire trial to go through, there is an entrance fee to get it, 135 for a family of 3 with six and under for free.

VJ

The lights, decor and vibe are great. The only downer I'd say is the crowd. The place was just way too crowded when we were there. Not sure is they were managing the inflow of people based on the reservation times booked. There is no distancing. So be careful when picking your time of visit. The area itself is beautifully done.

Ileana Alberti

An iconic destination in Vancouver. Beautiful Rainforest with treetops and indigenous history. Great place for families, adventures and photographers. There’s a gift shop, a restaurant and paid parking across the street. I really enjoyed it!

Andrea F

We had so much fun in the park! We went through the whole thing twice. I loved the Treetop Adventure most. It felt like being on Endor (for the Star Wars fans). Out junior high aged kids had a blast too. We packed a picnic lunch and ate at one of the many benches in the park. There are a couple of food establishments on site though and both looked great!

Manuel Flores

Great place to visit when snowing. The night lights are beautiful. Demand for this place is hight right now and I can only imagine how it's going to be once tourist can come in from abroad.

Luke

Vancouver is a place with lots of greenery, ancient trees and nature so this is one of the many places you can visit. I came here after going to Whistler, hiking to Lake Garibaldi and somehow this looked really commercialised after that. The ticket to get in is really pricey for non residents and basically the main attraction is the suspension bridge. I understand that the cost of maintenance and staff required to run the place is not cheap but it's a little too costly for me. In addition, they do allow quite a lot of people to visit at one go even though it's a pandemic so I cannot imagine a non pandemic scenario, it should be jam packed. There is hardly any social distancing and when someone stops to take photos at every tree stop, it holds up the crowd (I do understand that influencers need to post a lot of stuff but do be considerate and take it quickly so that you don't hold the flow of the crowd. There are little ponds here and there but it's murky and muddy (unlike the lakes at Whistler). Despite signs of no vandalism, there seem to still have folks who scratch their names with their partners and some other stuff so it kind of spoils the efforts of the staff. All in all, this is a nice place to bring your children for a nature walk with some nice activities to do along the way, but the crowd is quite scary considering this is a pandemic situation and some folks do not wear their masks properly.

vineesh t vijayan

One of the best Suspension bridge walk to be experienced. And it's a must visit during Canyon lights to experience that Christmas magic. Well maintained and regulated entry. But use your own caution to experience this as the place is super crowded. You cannot cross the bridge without bumping into other people.

Shil

This is a must visit place, if you are in Vancouver you cannot miss this place. The whole experience is absolutely amazing, especially because I love to be in nature and so the walk on the bridge, nature's boardwalk, tree house, canopy walk. There's so much to learn at each place, may it be the raptor ridge or the events like totem talk, nature talk and places like story center. Also, there's team available at different location to engage with. Don't miss Cliffwalk, the experience is totally worth it. Loved it so much

Adam Searles

Great park. Amazing sites, peaceful and fun bridges. The main suspension bridge sways a lot but it's safe. Highly read in the fall. Very beautiful but wet.

Rachna M

This was the first time I went here as an adult and I loved it! Went to see the winter holiday set up they had with lights. It was so pretty and well put together. All the walkways were nice. I went on a rainy day but that didn’t stop me from fully enjoying this place! The lights we beautiful. I loved the part around the bottom by the pond with all those ornament style lights, the lights were all over the pond, it looked magical.. The pictures turned out great as well. The little coffee shop was good, I got their earl grey tea and my friend got a coffee. They had little gingerbread treats which was cute. Staff were kind and helpful. They all had to just stand in the rain the whole time, so they were patience despite all that. This is for sure a place I would like to check out again in the summer! The best part is for locals you pay once to go in and at the end before leaving you can sign up for a free year pass! Sl worth the price! Cant believe I didn't come here until now and its so close to home.

Jia

The view is spectacular! The shuttle is easy to board and the route is amazing. Deducted one star cuz the attraction is super crowded and there’s lines among all three attractions; treetop, cliff walk and suspension bridge itself :/

Dallas Singh

A wonderful experience! Definitely need to go at night though to get the full extent of the displays! Great place for all ages. But sometimes the walkways can get slippery, so if mobility is an issue keep that in mind. You have to buy your tickets online first and it's a timed entry! So make sure to plan accordingly! And parking can be an issue sometimes. They do have a parking pass and a shuttle to and from a local mall if the lots get full.

Monique Cornelio

Very beautiful place and great for families or couples on retreat. I definitely do not recommend coming here on rainy days since it does make the bridge a bit slippery, so be careful and plan well! Very picturesque, there's definitely a lot of choices to take a selfie or group photo on whether you want a pond side view with the trees or a silly pic of what bird wing span you are. I had the ice cream there which was refreshing but melted quickly. I did the treetop adventure with my little sister. We gave up doing the activity but instead enjoyed the view. Great for first-timers but can be a but boring for people that have been here already.

Mikael Samvelian

It’s definitely worth the visit. We listened to other reviews saying it was crowded and decided to go from 3-6pm on a weekday. I think that was the right move as it didn’t feel too crowded.

Jeremy Balliston

Great place to see nature in Vancouver. It gets busy during sunsets. Good to come early and then take it in.

Zaara Kidwai

Such a beautiful place. That bridge is a wonder considering it was made when there weren't that many machines available. The other activities in the park are very amusing as well. The cliff walk and Tree tops activity in particular was spectacular!

Mike Estevez

Amazing. If you are visiting in a chill day come prepared with gloves and a good jacket. The festival of lights during Dec and Jan is fantastic.

Amin Saif

#Capilano #Suspension #Bridge #Park Capinano Suspension Bridge Park has so many amazing views and it may give you feel of a Rain Forest. Here you can see some trees over 1300 years old in very healthy condition. This is a must go place if you are visiting Vancouver specially with kids. Be prepared for weather and your hiking or non-slippery shoes.

Gurditta Garg

It was an amazing experience visiting Capilano. Booking is very easy, we took the free shuttle from Canada Place, everything was very convenient. The staff is super friendly. Must go for everyone. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Melissa Meng

One of tourist should visit when coming Vancouver. The bridge , kids love the tree path adventure, loved to see owl, during Christmas season there will be light show here. No need spend more time here. One hour is enough. Worthy to come if travel to Vancouver.

Dianna Fast

Busy, but bearable. Beautiful!!! Wonderful Christmassy outing to do with family or friends. Probably takes 2 hours to get through, which goes by quickly. Parking can be tricky, allow time to find parking.

Bhagwan Dhaliwal

so so amazing. I got amazing pictures to add to my collection, yes although it is a little on the pricey side it is more than I could've ever expected. The bridge was amazing, I got some great pictures and the view was amazing. You wouldn't think that you're in a city at all. It has such a calming tone. It's very quiet nearly no chatter, the cliffwalk was my personal favorite though. It had such an amazing feel. Really did feel like a cliff walk AHA. Most of these pictures were actually taken from there! Please come here if you have time. More than worthy of the price, a nice stop from your normally city life just to really get a feel for nature! ????????

Lisa Tran

It's a bit pricey but it's one of those "do it once and never have to do it again" type of things. You can enjoy the entire area within 2 hrs-2 and a half hours. This bridge definitely swings so if you're nervous about that, this may not be for you. Although it isn't the longest suspension bridge in Canada, it's definitely still long enough where you can take your time to cross. Lots of different viewpoints in the area. We took the free shuttle from the Hyatt Regency Hotel downtown and it was very quick! You also get a free shuttle back to downtown.

Quang Duong

Stunning beautiful lights. I came there around 4pm a day before Xmas Eve, spent nearly 2 hours walking across the bridge, then tree top and cliff walk. All have unique decorared lights that i was really enjoy and taking a lot of good pictures.

Sayalee Bhanavase

We went to the capilano in mid December. It was not snowing by then but weather was super chilly. We didn't know there is free commute to and fro from the Downtown. You can hop on from the Canada place. Buses are in 30 mins in interval from 9 to 6 I believe. We bought our ticket at the counter and we were told to collect the year free pass on our way out. Yay! Year free pass is only for the residents and not the visitors. The festival of lights was magical experience. We spent more than 6 hours there because we went early by 12PM. Actually it's possible to cover everything within 2-3 hours . Plan accordingly. There are two restaurants and one Cafe with good options.

Valentina O

Went there on a rainy day and i enjoyed myself and nature. When you walk in you have the front desk and the lady there was nice and asked us where we were visiting from. Do not forget to pay for parking, you can also pay at the front desk when you buy your tickets. You have guides a little bit everywhere that are willing to give you direction or any other type of information. There's places to eat and also washrooms all around which is great. The park is clean and the scenery is beautiful. The only thing is it is not worth the price.

Laura Shapka

It's a must to go see the Christmas light display at the Capilano Suspension Bridge! In must have been an incredible amount of work to get the entire forest covered in lights like that! Kid friendly, fun, interactive, beautiful! Can't recommend enough.

Jossana Haas

Amazing park, love the canyon lights event, when I visited last week they were already working on putting the lights up for this year! Expensive tickets but worth every cent of it. If you’re a BC resident don’t forget to get your year pass card on your way out

Chanel H.

April 2019 was a magical experience. The bridge wasn't too crowded and everyone was just so dang nice! Good amount of history to learn about the Natives and the land. Do not pass that up. The brideges in the trees were super fun for my then 9 yr old. Cannot wait to go back ????

Jon N

The suspension bridge and surrounding area was beautiful. It is out of the way to get to, but There’s a free shuttle bus from DT to take you there and back. The site has a lot of activities for younger children to enjoy (from bird education, tree too trekking and others) and may be great for families. Without doing any of the activities, just walking through the area was about an hour.

Joseph Saldana

December is a perfect time of year to go. They had the lights up and the weather is cool so you are not sweating climbing stairs and such. They did such a great job decorating and of course the staff was very friendly. They are following the covid mask mandates and they have hand sani all over the place.

Ken R.

What a great place. So much more than just a suspension bridge. Can appreciate the time and effort to make all the beautiful trails and Skywalks. Incredible. The Owl and falcon were very cool to see. Had a great day there.

Lisa Heim

Our first time here, we were recommended to go by friends. We were in complete awe over the entire experience!! Came at the perfect time with the Lights! Although it was pouring rain we didn't care...spent hours amazed at the beautiful grounds, the quality of every structure and attention to detail. Came at 3pm which was perfect to see things w daylight and then as it got dark, the full experience of lights...it's completely amazing how much intricate work was put into the lights everywhere! Then after the unbelievable 'cliff walk' and beautiful trails you end at the Cliffhouse restaurant that looks like a fairy tale cabin with huge woodbuning fireplace...we warmed up and had a delicious dinner!! (Recommend eating here for sure!) Crossed the bridge again and got a hot mocha at the coffee shop for the ride home. So much fun! Well worth the money! We want to go again ❤️

Herry Dai

Lots of fun exploring the rainforest. Come visit in the afternoon and stay still sunset to see the lights. Treetop bridges offer astounding views.

Hyun Hyuni

It’s fun. It’s kind of an amusement park in the wild forest. A bit pricy for the admission ticket. Worth a visit.

Kiran Warraich

Ohhh heaven for nature lovers! Here you can enjoy a good family quality time with your friends, parents, kids, lovers! I loved this place, because you have so much to explore here! Suspension bridge which is kinda breathtaking part, then little bridge which are attached from one tree to another. It’s feel like you are a part of jungle, nature! They decorated this place with lights ???? wow which looks magnificent! There is a cliff bridge on the other side, and a very beautiful gift shop as well if you want to buy something for your friends and family.

Varsha

While I'm sure the natural beauty of this bridge would have also received a 5-star rating, we went during the light-up spectacle event and were NOT disappointed. Walking on the bridge was quite an experience in and of itself, but the surrounding sights and activities made it even more memorable! I'll have to come back during the daytime as I'm sure that's a separate but equally exciting experience.

Such a fun place to visit! It's great for kids and offers so many amazing views! As of the end of July, masks were mandatory on the bridge and recommended in others areas throughout the attraction. BC residents, be sure to upgrade your pass to a yearly pass for free. You also get discounts in the gift shop and on food items. Young kids get in for free. Don't forget to bring your camera!

Decided to visit Capilano Suspension Bridge Park after 17 years and totally impressed by the Canyon Lights. The lights fit beautifully in the natural setting of the park. Park staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend a visit to this place and enjoy the fresh air and a walk among the tall trees.

It's like a winter wonderland with the Canyon Lights! Free shuttle from downtown Vancouver is very convenient and it runs frequently. The park with the suspension bridge is a nice tourist attraction, however, the Canyon Lights display definitely makes it special during the holidays for tourists and locals alike.

Me and my husban visited the park in October 2021. At first I was a bit skeptical about the ticket price which is ~50 CAD. But after entering the park I totally think it was worth it. I had never seen a rain forest before, and it was misty and magical with the rain. The suspension bridge is a charm. I really appreciate the hard work behind maintenance and decoration of the park.

Really beautiful area to enjoy a walk through old growth forest, the bridge and river are nice and once you cross over it, the woods beyond are well worth the visit.

Such a cool experience have been a couple times. Very overpriced. Even once you’ve spent like $60 on a ticket it will still cost you $15 to get the most basic of lunches. But the place is absolutely beautiful and such a cool place to go explore. Parking is easy to navigate too!

With three thrilling walk , the Cliffwalk, the Suspension Bridge, and the Tree top walk, your visit and effort to come more than triple the worth. This is a place ideal for families with children to enjoy nature and the awesome creations of man

The park layout is well thought out. Tree tops walk and the trails were in the woods. Light shows during Christmas made it magical. Admission is on the high side but worth it.

Great views, beautiful walk, informative. Overall it was a great day. I enjoyed it immensely. Do not recommend if you are afraid of heights. The bridge sways a lot when there are many people on it.

highly recommend. be sure to stretch your legs before going as it can be a bit of a workout. there is a free shuttle that takes you from Canada place (where we got on) to the bridge and back. will take 2 hours to go thru the the whole park. BC residents can get a free pass for the whole year of they pay for the admission fee.

The winter lights were stunning!!! I had bought tickets in advance and was subsequently dreading going because the forecast was freezing cold weather. So so glad I bundled up and came. The bridge itself is gorgeous at night time but the rest of the park is something else! I loved the tree walk high above the ground. The lights were extraordinary. Even with lots of people on a sold out night, the park felt large enough to accommodate everyone outside distanced safely. The hot chocolate is a must try. Great family friendly activity

Visited for the Canyon Lights Christmas experience December 10th at 6pm. What a magical experience! This my third visit to Capilano Suspension Bridge and I've enjoyed my previous visits thoroughly, but the Christmas lights add a whole new dimension to the experience. I highly recommend a visit while the lights are still shining and if you're a local and you don't mind the wait when leaving the park you can turn your ticket into an annual pass.
