You have all the reviews of real people like you who consumed the services and products of Nightmares Fear Factory (Museum) around Niagara Falls area (Canada).
Currently the firm has a score of 4.2 out of 5 and this rating was based on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average score it has is quite high, and it is founded on a very large number of reviews, so we can be quite sure that the assessment is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to leave their review when they've done well with the service, it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to set tatings when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Museum corresponds to the category of Haunted house.
The geese were very scary...
Yeah it was scary.....more so for my 12 year old son. He wanted out as soon as the door shut behind us. It's worth the experience. ????
Great experience, the minimalism and jump scares are legit xD made it out though!!
Really fun experience with a few friends. It was scary enough for me lol
Not horribly scary for me but my girlfriend was terrified the whole way through. I little pricey for what amounts to 10 minutes. But its something that we didn't mind paying for just so we could say we did it.
Best haunted house I have ever experienced. Loved the captures. Loved the show
It wasn't like i expected but I'm pretty sure they had to change a few things because of covid and the 2 meters rule. The voice acting was creepy and cool there was some interesting things but I'm pretty sure that once covid is done, this place will step up their creepy game! My brother and i, had a good time anyway.
do not get too excited for this. it doesn't even scare you that much. there are only jump scares, and no real fear factor in it. 140 000 is an exaggerated number for people who chickened out. it never changes on the website, and if young teens don't even get scared, don't expect adults to chicken out. it seems that way in the picture because of the jump scare that lasts only 1 second. okay effort, but they use that exaggerated number to attract people. definitely not "the worlds scariest attraction" as they say. in my opinion you shouldn't go there more than once. scariest one in town, but the scope only goes that far.
It was an ok experience; leaning kinda on the pricer side. If you are afraid of the dark, you will be devastated:a its pitched black, with only red dots to guide you.
Its just too dark, you are paying to be in a dark room, not scary at all
Not as scary as I thought. But a good time was had by all.
My wife and daughter tried it, make sure you are prepared to walk comb and crawl. Not the scariest in Niagara Falls as they claim
Scariest experience in my life
OMG! They scared the hell out of me. And best of everything was our PICTURES were so funny :D
Super amazing place if you like scarry places. They literally didn't had any lights on, during the scary route.... I just became a die-hard fan of this place. The fare is not that expensive. It's just around $12-$15. But, if you are really into haunted things, this is a must, and you should definitely try this thing in Niagara for sure........ They definitely have many such options around the city, but this was surely best of all. They also show our pictures while we were inside. Really a super cool place.
Visited back in May 2014 and holy it was scary! Glad we completed it! This picture is a gem!
I absolutely loved this place! The staff at the counter were very friendly and actually pretty funny! You wait in line for your turn and each group goes in alone. I was full of nervous energy while waiting because I didn't know what to expect but I could see the previous groups coming out the exit door and they all looked really scared but they were all laughing as well! When it's your group's turn, they give you the magic word to say if you decide to chicken out, the light goes on and you go through the doors.. it's really dark so you have no clue what's up ahead. All you can do is take very careful baby steps, follow the little red lights and hope that you don't become another statistic on the Chicken-Out ticker! If you're a fan of those scary movies that have a lot of sudden "jump out of your skin" moments, then this is the place for you! Two thumbs up from me, hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
Lots of fun with a group! Definitely recommend the middle
Phenomenal experience. Niagaras only worth it attraction.
Too dark but adventurous. Would be great if the were some more human ghost.
I'm giving 5 stars because I LOVED IT!! How fun was this! The BEST attraction on Clifton Hill, hands down. It was so awesome! I really enjoyed the variety of scares throughout the haunted house. It wasn't all just jump scares.. I won't spoil anything but I definitely recommend checking it out! They have really cool souvenirs and their hoodies are super soft and comfy!
This place has gone downhill since 2008ish. Used to be a lot more intense. They seem to have mellowed it out to accommodate kids as well. Was not very scary anymore.
Believe me, all the hype does not live up to what you get for $15CAD. Cool atmoshpere due to decoration, weak scare. This is the most expensive house too! Go to screamers instead for a slightly better use of your money.
Best haunted house I've been to in Niagara. Totally scary and many moments to make you jump ! The last part is definitely the scariest.
This is one of the best scary houses I've been inside of in my entire 24 years of life! And I only consider 3 houses freaky out of so many around the world!! I recommend it to everyone! MY FIANCÉE AND I ARE SURVIVORS! Best place to visit In Niagara Falls area :)
My second time in Niagara and the first thing I want to do is nightmares fear factory ,the best haunt I've been to,very scary and well worth the money. A little different each time you go this time they touch you so that adds to the scares I wasn't expecting it. Any one who likes haunts gotta get to niagara and go to nightmares if you dare.
Very scary, employess were awesome and friendly. I'd go back there any time !
BEST HAUNTED HOUSE EVERRR!! no no seriously guys you have to trust me on this, i went with my dad (i might only be 15 but you have to hear me out); (spoiler warning!) me and my dad went through a somewhat long line, although i totally understand this because each individual walk-in was long and suspenseful for each 2 people! i see a bunch of "the room was dark most of the time, not impressed" but thats something that made it crazy! the suspense, snapping, sudden scares, brilliant cast! there was always a presence behind you which was particularly unsettling; man and dont get me started on when the walls began closing in! im not even claustrophobic but it was real thrilling :) amazing team! thank you guys, look forward to revisiting
Awesome! Had so much fun. Live actors really spook you!
Didn't scream just was shocked more or less. Isn't as scary as they make it sound.
It was amazingly scary and I had a blast walking through with my family! I live in New Jersey and would love to come back Again and walk through again! Keep up the great work guys. I would love your job!
It wasn't that scary (beside the moment on the picture) but at the end I had fun, that's the most important! It also took a lot of time to wait, but it's ok, it just made me more nervous and excited.
Disappointed. It was nowhere near as scary as I expected. We still had fun, but the 45 minute wait and cost per person wasn't worth the 10 minute walk-through.
This is by far the scariest haunted house I've ever been in. You won't regret it ????????????
Best Haunted house in the GTA. Must do at least once. I wouldn't take children who get scared easily. It's geared towards adults
Straight up awesome. Very well done and it was cheap. Staff was friendly and the best part is a was terrified. Great place to go.
Wow amazing ???? be ready cause it is seriously scary
My party of 8 split into two groups. The scares were a bit too loud for some of my friends (they said their head hurt a bit after the experience) but it was very well done. I enjoyed the different levels and that the scares weren't only audio cues. I also got a great photo of my friends hiding behind me (there's 4 people total in the photo) that I'll keep for a long time :)
Was my very fist time at the falls, asked around for the scariest hunted house and everybody was like “you have to go to nightmares”.... Went there and literally is the stupidest hunted house that I’ve ever been. Waisted my money and my time, you just have to walk in the dark following red spots listening to a recording of people scraming..... really? Are you guys kidding me? This place was made for kids right? If you are over 12 years old, don’t even think about it, you’re Gonna waste your money guaranteed.
Not recommended for the faint-hearted. Pitch black experience that is difficult to go around, we went with two pre-teens that just did not feel comfortable in the extreme darkness, so bear in mind if you are taking children as no returns are given. Very helpful and informative staff though, and some good t-shirts etc for sale.
It was great. We had soo much fun. The fee is worth it. We also bought the pictures at the end.
Omg you must try it , was veryyy scary!!! 10/10
Loads of fun, fair price definitely a few scares lol
Not scary. More funny than scary.
Very overhyped. Pitch black the whole time. Not scary.
We were chicken, but hubby went I. for the kids . This had been a hilarious experience.
Easily the best haunted house. Not for the faint hearted. Well worth the money, because it's pretty long. They are also part of the reciprocal program..
The scariest haunted house in Niagara Falls! Its souvenir shop is unique.
So so so scary. This was the best haunted house I've been to, hands down! We had a great time.
I've always chickened out of going because I've been told this is such a scary haunted house, the scariest in Niagara falls. Their website is full of reviews about just how scary this place is. If you scared easily then that's probably true, but it definitely wasn't what I expected.
Amazing, and super scary too!!
While we didn't get scared to the point of screaming like most of the other groups, we did enjoy the experience. Be aware that there can be a long wait time to enter as the team spreads groups out (for good reason!).
I'm still shaking...this is the best haunted house I've ever been too. Usually they're boring, some are too physical and extreme for me. This is the best balance but oh boy, my wife left 3 mins in. I was all alone the rest of the way ????. They got me good. I screamed on the way out. It's usually really hard to get me scared and these guys got me good. Highly recommend this. This ain't easy so youve been warned
My 3rd time going and I've got to say it was really, really disappointing. I hyped my first-time friends up big-time, only to have to apologize. It has been reduced to a lot of walking in the dark with only the major mechanical scares, remaining. Boo (as in, it sucked)
It was a good Place. Me and my Brother almost fell off of the bridge, I don't know how far it goes down, but make sure you don't fall off of the bridge. It was a scary place but fun at the same time. It is worth it to go.
Enjoyed laughing at my girlfriend screaming. Thanks for a good time. Definitely recommend this place for anyone that loves haunted houses.
Friends thought it was extremely scary, but it was not for me. I also expected it to last longer than it did, but the flash-bangs were quite exciting, to say the least.
Scaery experience for those who does not like dark????fun!!!
Not a rating based on the attraction itself but of my experience, I didn't even go in. We are from out of town and had dinner reservations at a certain time to be after this attraction. Even before purchasing tickets we asked how long the wait time is, to which we were answered 30 mins so we went ahead and purchased tickets. Over an hour later we made it just over halfway down the line. I went to see the employee who served us and explained our situation. He then tried to defend his statement saying he cannot control how fast people go through the attraction, I fully agree to that. However his 30 mins approximate would have turned into easily an hour and a half. Obviously he should acknowledge that his estimate was not at all acurate and accept responsibility. I asked for a refund to which he says they do not do. He then offered me a card to come back again at no charge. We live far away and don't forsee traveling to this area again. He told me that people keep the cards and even come back 20 years later. I was not satisfied with this answer and asked to speak with a manager. He told me they do not have any managers on shift. Perhaps a manager will see this review and provide their contact information to rectify this with a refund.
Never been to a haunted house quite like this one. A lot of good scares and new things around every corner. They do a great job! #wesurvived
Most of it is wandering around in the dark, but for a haunted house that specializes in walking around in the dark, it was pretty good. If youre scared of the dark, this one's for you. Otherwise....the one live actor had a pretty decent growl. Not for your avid haunted house goer.
Great job for getting me scared. Very unforgettable experience and definitely one of the best haunted houses I’ve been to lol
I went with my friends and had a great experience. I would definitely go again when I visit Niagara next time
It was the best haunted house I’ve been in it is worth the $15
Very nice. Mucho scary. Got an awsome picture from it too
An enjoyable experience with good scares that aren’t the standard cheesy monster nonsense. The almost complete darkness creates an already uninviting environment. If you’ve been within the last 4 years, don’t go again you’ll remember enough for it to not be scary
Awesome attraction to "test your courage". Best done with a partner or a small group. I won't say any spoiler but consider it as a sensory overload.
Heard about this place through word of mouth and it was the first haunted house I've ever been to. The mother daughter pair in front of us practically begged my friend and I to all go in together, and they chickened out within 30 seconds of going in. This haunted house is all about the psychological thrill, the feeling of knowing and anticipating something scary to happen, but still having to follow the red dot in pitch black and continue onwards. A lot of the scares were completely unexpected. I definitely would have chickened out if I was alone, and the entire time I was just begging for it to be over. Definitely worth a visit if you are into thrills and horror films.
The experience was worth the money. I went in there few months ago with my buddies from Newfoundland, we had a great time, will definitely visit again. I don't know why some people are complaining that its too expensive, I mean fear factory set-up is more than satisfactory from a price point of view and service was fine with me. The overall experience was well worth my money, no complains at all.
Great place! The lineup was ridiculous. Had to wait about 2 hours. Try to get there as early as possible or go during the day to avoid a lineup
Nice place, never thought it will be this much fun, must go in group, of you can’t complete the walk they will give you another free ticket to the next try... unfortunately I completed, must visit.
Had a scary and fun adventure in that Haunted house. Almost chickened out like 140 thousand people have, but did NOT! I would definitely recommend it to the brave ones out there, BUT not if you're claustrophobic.
Reviews seem to be all over the place, but largely based on personal preference. Like others, my girlfriend would have enjoyed more visual scares, but don't kid yourself, this thing is dark and terrifying the whole way through!
This is by far the scariest haunted house/scare house I've ever been. The whole house was pitch black and the tiny red dots that you have to follow just never ends. Won't do it again but would recommend to all my friends and family.
Not that scary, but fun. Get tickets online and save a lot of money. Something fun to do, better than most of so called "scary houses" up here.
Not worth your money if you're going with a reasonable sized group. There were four of us (aged 22, 17, 10, and 7) and only the 7 year-old one was a bit scared. Everything is automated and there are no jump scares. Most of the time we just spent time feeling our whereabouts in the dark (at least put up a jump scare if it's going to be pitch dark). On the plus side, there is a ball pool area for the kids after the haunted house section.
Loved it! Was a lot of fun!
This was a fun experience! Lots of spooky areas inside but the crew working did an amazing job at keeping our group happy! I was hysterical the entire time.
Went through as a group of three, paid $16 per person to what? Walk around in a dark hallway with one sudden loud noise at the very end? If you're lucky, maybe you'll get hit with an air cannon. I've had scarier experiences on public transport.
As haunted house enthusiasts, my husband and I were excited about going to check out this attraction. However, we were sadly disappointed at this haunted house that is falsely advertised at the longest running and scariest haunted house in North America. It had very few props and we only a couple characters working in it. Essentially, you are walking in pitch black halls while following red lights. The most exciting part for me was when I got shocked by a live wire that I had touched while guiding myself by running my hand along the wall. It was a big waste of time (though it only lasted about 7 minutes) and money.
Went here with 3 adults and 1 child, 2 Adults chickened out 5 minutes in, it wasn't me though!! Fun experience, definitely recommend this over any haunted house in Niagara Falls for the best scare. Will definitely go again with a tougher crowd. Decent prices and worth the cost.
OMG ! The best one there. Had me scared , but had a blast ! I recommend going there for sure. Just don't take your children if they are scared of the dark or anything scary.
Great place to take a date and make it through together. Always a good scare I can see they changed things a little since the last time I was here.
Not scary what so ever really dissappinted
Totally do it. Without giving anything away it is dark, funny, scary. May be a little overwhelming for young kids. You can get put at any time by shouting "Nightmares" and apparently they rescue you. They will keep you moving or a voice will warn you to "move it" They sell photos at the end- we bought them all.
Over hyped. They boast about being "the scariest haunted house in Ontario" but only have one actor. You're basically just following red lights in the dark. The only time lights came on is when they attempt to hit you with a fake taxi to snap a picture of you. Also, there are parts where they try to smother you with inflatable walls and a tunnel that you have to crawl through. So avoid if you're injured or have a disability.
Took my son's and they screamed a lot! Lol It's a one and done type of experience, but they enjoyed it and had a good time. $7 for a magnet was a little outrageous and it basically looked like a business card for the place.
I got the chance to take my son inside and it was the best attraction we experienced that day!! We loved our day at Clifton Hill and can't wait to come back next summer and view more attractions! Thank you very much for this memory!
Wasn't that scary.. the biggest part was trying to see where to go since it was pitch black trying to follow the little red lights. It was cool though my kids were scared. Had fun laughing at them.
A Fun Activity We came here on a Friday night and the wait was really short to get in. The ticket prices were a little steep but it's understandable considering all the attractions in the area. Once you get in you won't be able to see anything and it's quite fun being disoriented. Don't wear any fancy clothes here! You might have to crawl on the floor at some point... :)
It's a really good place if you take it as fun. Try to go there not more than in a group of 2 at a time or else you will ruin your experience.
It was just okay not super scary just really dark . You follow the red lights and just walk slowly in the dark. We have been to better ones that are more interactive and have lots more horror things to see. The best one we have ever been to is Six Pines in Manitoba it has so many scary scenes to see and so many more interactions ... and tons of scary clowns which are my favorite. You need to add scary clowns and way more interactions.
Very good Hunted House.
Really loved it! I came out active
Even if the line looks short, it’s an extremely long wait. They let groups go through one at a time, so if a group is walking slow through it, you could be waiting ten minutes just for each group to get in. In my opinion, not worth the wait. Just jump scares. Loud noises and flashing lights.
Visited with the wife spend 45 min in the cold to get in there, they did say it's not as scary as before because obviously covid. Won't do it again though.
THE BESTTTT SCARE place. The most unique and terrifying experience. It is. A. Must.
Very entertaining place. Wasn’t very scary though but the screams of the other group enhances the experience. The photos at the end are hilarious. The store is situated a bit off the prime location, have to turn right past Clifton Hill. Recommend to all tourists to visit once at the Falls, a twist to your excursion
Very scary, had a great time, only made it through the first door ????
If you enjoyed scary stuff, this is the place for you
Great family experience, fun with friendly service. Definitely the spookier house in Niagara
Thats really cool inside and my girlfriend is scared by the machine. Actually, it is truly dark in here that I was wondering if I have come to the DC universe. This place is worth trying with your partner...
A one trick pony with flash bangs and slight caressing of real life actors . Delivers on the element of surprise and a fun experience.
Quick entry. It was pretty startling due to the loud noises and jump scares. It's pitch black btw so you can't see where you're going, and they have red lights. Safe to say we didn't chicken out
Went there with my mom a while back, Place is friggen terrifying, I love it! 10/10 Would go back again, But not till my heart repairs lol
Not scary at all, it was too dark to see anything.
I found it to be ok. Not super scary. My girlfriend and mom were scared and loved it but not for me. Fun time, not expensive either. One of the better activities on downtown Niagara. If given the choice between this and the upside down house which is across the street, do this ten times out of ten.
No thing scary at all, not worth the money, yet it was good comedy experience I laughed alot.
Not.worth the long wait, not too scarry just pitch black. If you have claustrophobia, it's not good for you. Overall not to bad
Not bad and does give you a scare in some places. Everything in the dark which works with a bit of sensory deprivation to assist in the fear aspect
I survived to write this as advertised it stated some people chickened out. I'm silly and laugh at everything so in the words of Bone Crusher "I ain't never scared." Lol it was fun a maze as you used your hands because it was dark. I enjoyed it overall my favorite part was when we were vacuumed into a plastic surrounding.
I was stolen in this place! What they offer as a show is so bad, but so bad, that I'm wonder how is possible, that they scam the people in this way...PLEASE MAKE YOU A FAVOR! Don't waste your money and precious time, assisting to this kind of garbage spectacle! ????????????????????????????????????????????
Lots of fun! Worth 15 bucks anytime, do it alone for the full experience.
Great experience. Well put together. Worth the rate. If it's quiet in the lobby while you wait for your turn to experience the attraction you can sometimes hear the reactions of the previous group, which can be highly entertaining. I would not recommend high heels. Take a friend or 5 with you. The photos after the show are good for a laugh as well.
I went through this by myself (my ex gf chickened out in the first 10 seconds). The only time that I got somewhat paranoid was the vacuum balloon part, where it closes up all around you so you can't move. Everything is pitch black, so you must make use of your hands. The walls are your friends. People will touch you. If you reach the end, you actually feel accomplished that you did something that most can't do, let alone on your own. I've told everyone about this, of how it's a good way to conquer your fears of the dark.
Very disappointing. Not scary at all. Would never recommend.
For horror fans like us it wasn't as scary as they had advertised it to be. It still has some good jump scares. Would recommend it only to those who are not a horror fan and want some scary fun.
My mom, me and my 2 friends went into the fear factory yesterday and I have to say it is the best haunted house I've ever been too. The scares are amazing. It's so scary we almost quit. I highly recommend it and you even get a hilarious picture of you being scared in there.
If you've been to Wonderland's fear fest...it's nothing like that! I typically enjoy horror but I was so scared I only made it through the door and had to call nightmares. The person who was there touched my hair and my leg and once he/she knew my name they were taunting me. So we ran out and got the ticket that says you can come back another time. So we went back the next day during the day time and it was still scary but I wasn't terrified like the night before and we got through the whole thing. We were sweating buckets but it was still fun
This is hands down the best haunted house in Niagara! My friend told me beforehand that it's not just things jumping out at you and he was absolutely right. They scare you in novel ways and even though it was only 3 minutes it felt like an eternity, I was ready to get out 1 minute into it. Great job and the girl at the front was very friendly. Will visit again with more victims ahaha
Been here a few times, but I love watching them scare the *lights* out of everybody. You guys do well here.
Just visited and had a GREAT time! Through years of horror movie marathons, I've been training for this my whole life lol Decently lengthy maze with some good scares. It's all good cheesy fun but what got me is that you can really tell these guys love their work. They put on a great atmosphere and threw in a few laughs with us. Definitely recommend!
When here is a child, decided to try it as an adult as a remember to being a good haunted house. Waited for almost an hour and was not impressed. The lineup in the front is deceiving as there's another line once you get to the top and pay. Wasn't as scary as they say it is.
The place is great, the darkness plays tricks on you and make your imagination take over. I would recommend it, you would be scared but come out laughing because it is that enjoyable
Absolutely terrifying , chickened out in 20 seconds , wasn't my cup of tea
Loved it! Good time . Good scares .
Great experience, but small trip, horror level- 7/10. Like the store. Friendly staff. Good for larger group of people.
Great haunted house for kids the ambiance was great. Would be better with real people in it
Not impressed with the new things. They got rid of a lot of shop things I use to buy. Would not recommend it.
Awesome fun. Not for the feint hearted. Worth going to. Best haunted house ive been too. Plus i made it to the end woo hoo. Others didnt.
Decent place to checkout with your friends. It's better to go here in groups.
Lots of scarey fun - we didn't chicken out - Rick Trus review
Best haunted house everrrrrrr.
One of the scariest tours I've done in awhile. A cool feature is the scared photo of you at the end.
Horrible. I was followed by the same person who kept touching me and even pulled me backwards at one point. I filed a complaint and received no response back. They physically assault you instead of scaring you, waste of money and time.
I can see people being scared if they don't like loud noises. However, getting strobed by a few lights and hit with air I don't really find that frightening. I did enjoy trying to find my way around in the dark with the small red lights though.
We had a great time here at Nightmares Fear Factory, the staff was very nice, when we first arrived we saw a group go in ahead of us and withing a few seconds we could hear them screaming, I knew this was the right choice. We took the fam in and they were so scared, my son who is usually pretty good at these even wanted to quit. But I was able to reassure him it was going to be ok to go in. Even at one point I found myself holding 3 hands, 2 of them were my sons hands and I'm still unsure who's 3rd hand I was holding lol. I wish I could go deeper I to the details, but do not want to give everything away. It truly was a great experience and one we will all remember. If you are looking for a time to remember, this is the place.
Staff were amazing. Actors were scary. Had a good time!!!
Fantastic, got us a few times and being home haunters we're tough to scare. ????
I thoroughly enjoy scary stuff and this definitely had it moments. There were a few surprises that I wasn't expecting at all, but don't worry, no spoilers here. If you're in for a good scare this just may be the place for you, however, I do not think it's so scary that it's worthy of running out on. Doesn't change my 5 star opinion though.
We went to all the haunted houses in the tourist area of Niagara Falls, and this one is by far the best. It is interactive, not just walking though dark hallways with scary mannequins. We're enthusiasts of all things spooky, and this was one of the best haunted houses we've been to. I agree with the other reviews that the staff is a little aloof, but that didn't detract from the experience. Great fun!
Not at all scary. It was like walking in dark without anything scary at all. So disappointed. I was expecting so much more but it was a disappointment.
I had a lot of fun. I loved having the option of chickening out, even though I thankfully didn't need it. My favourite part was definitely the claustrophobia part (trying to avoid spoiling it, sorry if I did). Many of the scares were really clever and the staff was pretty friendly.
Best fright show on Clifton Hill hands down, been there more than a dozen times over 20+ years and still never disappoints.
My first experience was amazing! I’ve been more than three times and I still enjoy i, but I do wish they did some additions to it for repeat clients and to keep it interesting. They could do so much more by only little improvements here and there. Also I think the price is too high for what you get, but definitely good for anyone who hasn’t experienced it yet.
Actually a pretty fun and entertaining experience. Very unexpected scares and stays away from cliches.
One of the best if not the best haunted houses in Niagara Falls
If you enjoy being scared, like truly scared then this is the haunted house for you.
The place is good bt it's not worth the money ... not scary as expected it to be
I went last night with 2 of my friends and I was so scared! I couldn’t even keep my eyes open because I didn’t want to see what was going on lol. Super fun with a group of friends on a Friday night!
Awesome experience, look at her ???? She enjoyed a lot .. hahaha
Not very scary except for the part where you are encased in a rubber mat (not good for people with claustrophobia). I have bad knees and had some trouble with the area where you have to crawl. It was fun but I would not do it again unless it was part of a pass. I don't think it was worth the money. Sorry.
It was fun and different from what other similar places do to scare you. Some of the moments were really scary and the sound effects reinforced the horror to it.
Love love love this place! Went with my boyfriend and we both had a really fun time!
2 hr q for 10 min of darkness and confusion,
Amazing.. fun.. crazy. Loved it. Loved the fact it was dark and mysterious. But u were not alone...lol
It was OK. Not really scary but good for a laugh. Don't go if you are claustrophobic.
Been going here for years as a family tradition when visiting Niagara, and like the place but hadn't changed in years and need new ideas. Lots of walking through the dark is not worth the money. The surprise photo shoot is definitely a bonus
My boyfriend used me as a human shield hahahaha, yup this one is good!
Worst piece of garbage.. 23$ for two adults to not be entertained for 4 minutes. BOOOOOO
This was so awesome to go through. Definitely felt quite scared going through! A must do!
Single star. Just because way of talking with the visitors. Employees don’t know how to speak with others. Otherwise, experience was good.
Cashier made sure to let us know it was the scariest house in town. Well, it was, but that was an incredibly low bar to meet, as the other 3 were downright terrible. There's next to zero theming inside. The entire experience can be summed up as "walk in the dark towards the red lights simulator". There's an occasional loud noise or flash of light. Sometimes you'll be locked in a room with no way out for a minute. Nothing in here could be considered scary, just startling. In addition 90% of our time at this attraction was waiting in line. Save your money (goes for every house in the Clifton Hill area), cross the border and go to Frightworld or House of Horrors/Haunted Catacombs (if it's the fall season) instead if you're looking for a real haunt.
Waiting in line is scary enough! Lots of bumps, screams and spook filled moments in this haunted house. They play off many types of fears and likely yours will be covered. Go and you will have your adrenaline pumping!
The experience was great! Lasted for about 15-20 min. The props were well timed and executed. Scared the life out of us! Long wait times as you approach 8pm, but worth the experience.
Was not scary at all. Not having people jumping out at you makes it super lame.
Must visit, unless you have heart conditions. A very creepy walk that will leave you breathless at the end with a sore throat from screaming.
Fun attraction! It's great that we got these types of haunted houses around here.
One of the lamest haunted houses I have ever been in. For $14/person it's not worth it. Take your money to the go-kart speedway or the arcade. They could at least have hired one actor to scare people. It would be much more climatic that way. The experience is only about 5 minutes long. Not recommended for adults unless you don't mind the bill. For kids they might find it fun
Hell of a ride! A must see attraction but go a a group it is even better!
I actually got scared, usually never really am at any haunted house I've been to
It was fun! I went with a group of friends (7 in total) and I can totally recommend it. It is worth the $$ for what you experience. Not at all as the "haunted houses" you find in the main Avenue. This one is actually kinda scary!
the haunted house wasn't one of my favorite attractions on clifton hill. The music was cool, Even though the only song that plays is the halloween theme. The outside decorations were interesting, such as the monster in a shaking box, and the animated skeletons. This attraction had no live actors just props and animatronics, and while they were slightly interesting, they were more loud than scary. This is a good place to bring kids 8-10 years old, because they probably won't get scared. But if you want to be horrified, go to screamers or nightmares. i give this attraction a 6/10 for intersing props, decorations and music, but lack of scare and annoying loud noises.
Went with my family on the most difficult mode as an early teen. It was actually a bit frightening and I had a rush of adrenaline. I guess the scariest park is the absolute darkness and the arising confusion of where to go. Either way, of all attractions on the block - this one is closer than many others to stirring some emotions out of you.
Not worth it specifically in covid!
Meh. I’ve found trips to the basement without turning on the lights to be scarier. That’s pretty much the same concept, just stick you in the dark and have a few jumps.
Ummmm I don't get scared easily. I dont even jump during scary movies. However this place....oh yeah the biggest and baddest of men would succumb to the scariness of this place. I would put money on that!!!
Ten dollars to walk around in the dark and hear noises and things move around you... was not scared
Surprisingly good. So well done and not your traditional scary stuff.
Awesome attraction in Niagara Falls! Went here to seek some thrills and scares! Definitely got my moneys worth as I was number 159211 to chicken out.. Had to back out at the "Claustrophobic" part, as convincing my mind to move my legs wasn't happening. Will definitely be back to conquer this, but awesome time nonetheless.
This was a good haunted house and I would recommend going just to say you have been there but don't chicken out
Went tonight, was fun took off a star because the dude working at the front when we exited didn't acknowledge us when we talked to him & kinda seemed like a jerk. Other than that was lots of fun!
A little expensive for what you get, but the wife enjoyed it. If you've never tried something like a haunted house, then I guess it might be fun to try out.
Yep. They got us! We had a blast at nightmares. Highly recommend it!
This is by far the best haunted house I have been too. Half way through I got startled many times
So much fun! Best entertainment in Niagara Falls. I love it!
A waste total money and time. It doesn't take alot for me to get scared , but this was just way to dark and poorly designed.
I did 7 hours to visit this place and i'm happy to did it. There is a place where I was anguished, so it's a reallt great thing, it's not happen often.
Pretty cool I scream the entire time lol
It was very funny! ♥????????????
Not sure why so many people chicken out? It was fun and scary. Just tell yourself you PAID for the scare. You are NOT going to get hurt!
It is scary but not as hell. If you chicken out you can come back whenever you are ready to go back until the end! Really love it
This was by far one of the scariest haunted house we've been to!!! You should definitely go!
not scary. maybe for regular folk, example chickens, scaredy cats, big babies, momma's boys but for me ..not so much
Awesome, in every way! If you genuinely want any to get scared out of your mind try this place. The attention to detail in the closed in spaces, darkness, creepy tingles on the back of your spine all contribute to one of the best haunted house experiences I have ever had. Note this is not for little kids like the silly ones at the county fair, this is real heart pounding fear that they create.
It's not as scary as they make it out to be but well worth it.
Very scary but fun! Have been back multiple times and it never gets old!
One of the scariest places I have been to. I loved it!
Waited approximately 25 minutes for the "scare", not another customer or visitor in site - unsure why they required so much time to prepare. Venue/experience consists of blackout rooms/halls and impatient staff yelling at you to follow some red light or to stay with your group. Staff are genuinely uninterested and unengaged. Quite disappointing for Clifton Hill - especially in Stage 2 Ontario, when businesses are dying for customers. Venue itself may be decent, depending on the staff at the time. I'll probably give it another go to see if they can actually deliver a decent experience. But there are FAR better haunted houses on Clifton Hill - ones that have well-designed displays and scenes, great design and a fun/frightening time. As opposed to Nightmares which seemed to be staffed by uninterested teenagers who were more interested in ushering us out than delivering any type of scary experience.
Much different than Before Covid but still ok.
My wife loves this stuff...glad to see Niagra is what it has always been...good business
Do not listen to anyone who says two stars today. He's a grump. The Ebenezer Scrooge of haunted houses. The group was too big? He couldn't see? YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO SEE GUY!! It's dark by design! Well done Nightmares team. A hoot was had by all - highly recommend. Far and away the best Spooktacular experience just off of Clifton Hill.
Not very scary for me but sure did scare the poop out of my niece and nephew.
Me and four friends stumbled upon Nightmare fear factory as we were taking a casual stroll through Niagara Falls last weekend. The fearless daredevils that me and my friends are, we decided to check it out. According to the lady at the front she explained that this is by far the most scariest haunted house in Niagara Falls and some ridiculous number of people chicken out. The chickens that me and my friends are not, we decided to go for it. Trust me the lady was not kidding! It scared the s*** out of me and my friends, to the point where we had to grab each other by the waist and hold on for dear life. Up until we reached the exit door did we finally breath a sigh of relief. I warn you, this is a very scary haunted house and not meant for those weak at the stomach!
Perhaps I'm jaded but I felt it was very over rated.
After 1 hour debate if we should go in or not, we finally took the courage to do it, this the most fun we had at Niagara. Looking at the pictures we bought we still laugh every time at our scared faces
Depending on the time of the day the wait can be a bit long, so I suggest going close to midnight. Other than that, the best haunted house in the Falls.
Scariest place in Niagara.
A truly terrifying experience. You do get touched a lot by the actors though, so if that bothers you... Felt like a million bucks when I walked out, I survived!! and now hold my survivor card proudly.
Amazing place!! Very scary specially if you are only 1 or 2 people. I was expecting to wait in the lines to enter for a long time since that's what I heard but when I got there, there was no line. If you want to get scared, this is the place for you .
So much fun. If you've never gone here when you visit the falls you definetly should!
A local recommended us check out this nightmare haunted house. They said it was the only one out of the three or five in the area worth paying for. We have a lot of fun and they did not charge an unreasonable amount for pictures at the end. I highly recommend
I guess the time has come to write my review. My boyfriend took me to Niagara Falls for my 30th birthday, and I left this place feeling like a 2 year old that just saw a clown for the first time. I thought I made it out alive but bailed RIGHT AT THE FINISH LINE. I cried for a whole hour after- BUT the picture we got is one of my favorites. Last weekend we went into a high-tech escape room- the lights went out (this one is actually for kids)- I screamed and had a full panic attack. 5 months later and I'm still feeling the effects of this place- I'll never be the same. 5 stars for doing what you've set out to do.
It was the scarest one of the other attractions but not enough. We want more
We'll be back to conquer the NHH! NHH-1 Human- 0
Been here twice on very distant occasions (at least 6 years between the two visits). First visit over 6 years ago was decent. Second visit most of the "scares" were just epileptic flashes of light combined with pitch blackness. All in all my most recent visit was quite disappointing as I paid $15 just to walk through darkness and that's about it. Nothing particular effortful in making this super spooky. The last time I at least got chased by someone with a chainsaw. Would probably not make a third visit.
Fun and scary not for the weak hearted lol
We went to Nightmares fear factory while visiting Niagara falls, Overall the maze and scare factor are good. Could have been a little more interactive rather than walking through a dark maze with the occasional scare factor, but not bad. The wait time is long only because of safety measures they don't allow more than 6 in the maze and it depends on how long they take to get through it. I would have given the experience a 4 star, however one associate seemed to be having a bad day, he was rude with a lot of attitude. So when you've had fun, and at the end you have an associate who clearly seemed like he was ready to call it a day. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Please focus on Customer service.
YES THEY DO TOUCH YOU! just ur head though like a little bit. This place was nice. It was scary and we jumped a few times. If you chicken out, you are a huge p-word. It's not THAT scary. It's more... jumpy.
Lots of fun. Must go. The best one there is
It was quite a scary haunted house
Please do not waste your money on this. Its not scary at all, maybe its good for kids. I appreciate the effort taken by the team members working there. Try to come up with something different & scary.
Not scary. I entered under the impression that Fear Factory would be really well done and terrifying, but was very disappointed. Nightmare Factory is literally just following a red light in pitch black (my boyfriend hit his head, HARD, lol), and occasionally someone would make a spooky noise. It was boring, a waste of money. If you want good haunted house, wait until October and go to Screamers in Toronto, now those are scary/creepy and will not leave a bump on your head.
I feel like it was too dark for me to enjoy any of scares, I literally couldn't see anything.i would have preferred maybe something really dim but still light enough to watch where you're going and what exactly is happening. The guys working at the front were also kinda rude. Overall pretty fun
Well, I love Haunted Houses and this place has so much potential but uses none of it. Nothing to see just all pitch black as someone runs around whispering in your ear. Only a couple special effects in the entire place. Only thing it accomplished was taking my money.... Anywho, hope you take my money and at least get some halograms....
Great haunted house that was scarier than I imagined. Its pitch black when walking through which adds to the scariness. Would def recommend.
Wasn't personally scary for me, I was laughing 99% of the time to my friends freaking out. I took point the whole way too. At one point someone drives at you with a small car and the guy actually hit me (no injury) so don't walk towards the headlights when you see them. Overall was fun
It was just dark and noisy. Not much scary
lighting and effect are quite nice for a good scare =)
Great and scary. Really cool and amazing. Definitely one of the bests.
Great experience. It's a different take on the haunted house. Well worth it.
Best haunted house in Niagara Falls. If you're trying to decide which one to do...choose this.
Cant review, probably great but pitch black. I wasn't aware of this so we were chickens. But when I say pitch black I mean you can't see your own nose it's so damn dark.
So scary!! I loved it. Not for the faint of heart.
A very fun and spooky experience. They sure know how to make your heart race.
Scary but I loved it, very nice experience and the kids loved it
Had a great time taking my daughter through here. I laughed and screamed the entire time. Great job! Would definitely recommend.
Good For Kids Who want to try A Haunted House , Frightworld is way better tho
Definitely the scariest haunted house I've been to in Niagara. Staff were great as well. Definitely worth the walk off the main strip.
I am a total halloween and horror freak, this was very impressive to me as it wasn't just creature actors, its hit on actual fears like tippy floors and small spaces.
I'm not sure what all the hype is about this place, don't get me wrong it was fun. But it was entirely in the dark, no visual just doesn't do it for me. I was told that they switch it up from time to time, so let's hope they give us something to invade our nightmares.
It’s my first time to try fear factory in Canada ,which actually was pretty good. We were waiting for entering the room, some people just decided to leave when they heard the screaming inside LOL, but staffs can’t refund. Recommended
Best haunted maze in Niagara. I don’t do the tourist stuff but I’ve coughed up the money twice for this place and had fun both times. There may or may not be people hiding in the maze with you......
Went for the first time with my boyfriend and usually I chicken out in these kinda stuff but I absolutely loved it and we both made it out haha. It was pretty scary but very thrilling. I love how unique and creative the course was and we both definitely had a blast! Definitely recommend this place for ppl looking for a good scare.
It's completely dark, pitch dark. So really, any voice, loud scream, is a jump scare. But what's the point if it's fully dark. I visited 4 haunted houses at Niagara, and I would rate it as 3rd best.
Interesting set up with a fairly creative approach to the "haunted house". However, the staff working there are pretty lazy with their approach in scaring you and rely more on the installed scares and put in minimal effort into the other scares. Still better than most other places in the area though
Infamous haunted house the goes for the eeriness of darkness and sound instead of blood and gore to scare patrons. Worth doing if you are in town, but not worth waiting hours in line. The biggest draw is that they take photos of you during your trek through the house. Check out their website and Flickr to see the fun.
Well done haunt, they definitely play on phobias which gave me a few good scares
Nightmares Fear Factory is definitely my favorite at all the ones in Niagara. Definitely try this one if you love haunted houses????
Haunted house + Fear Factor in one. Definitely the best around Clifton hill. I have a mild claustrophobia and there were times were it was nerve wracking. It was a fun experience. Plus, the photos after were hilarious.
It was fun, scary and worth the experience You are taking a 15 min walk in total darkness following these tiny red dots. some actore will scare you with noises, yelling, jump scares and slight touching. If you freak out and tell "Nightmare" they will stop the event and escort you out. Me and my wife made it out, it was fun.
Best haunted house ever!!!!! You're completely in the dark with only a red dot to lead you along your way! If you're brave enough to conquer the darkness, then DO IT!
Honestly the best haunted house I've ever been to in Canada!
Super scary, and a lot of fun with a group of people. I love going here just to get the hilarious photo!
Great time kids loved it
It was alright. The Mrs loved it and eventually got through it. SPOILER ALERT: I didn't understand the aversion of the employees in telling me if anyone would touch me...they may pat you on the back, so don't harm them please... It was really loud most of the time with objects smashing into each other or other things. If you have sensitive hearing, FYI. Also, there are flashing lights in case that's an issue for you sometimes. You'll have to follow the red lights that look like dim LEDs throughout. I won't mention anymore. Sorry to ruin the touching part.
It's fun it's all dark so u can't see
It's a great place best haunted house ever!
I'm a big whimp, so I chickened out in my first attempt before even entering the door to the scary parts. After braving up and heading back, I made it through! It was TERRIFYING (I hate darkness) but it was also super well done and fun!
Not scary at all. The only fear experienced was of tripping over something as it's really dark and can see anything in there. Although 3 stars for being different than from rest of the horror houses in the area. They have tried
A must visit attraction! Worth going more than once.
Not the scariest experience, it was alright and it was a bit pricey for what you get
Wow is this ever a scary attraction! It was so worth the wait though... They have people running around in there with night vision and they really know how to do their jobs. It took my girlfriend and I a while to get out and just when we thought we had found our way out we were back in again. If you like being scared then this place is for you. Prepare to shriek, scream and you better grab on to each other and hold on tight if you ever want to make it out.
Waste of money. Not scary. Really long lines, not worth it tickets. Just walking around in the dark hoping for something good to happen. Oh! Not to mention, there's no bathrooms! Tourist walk all this way to get to the haunted house, but too bad if you need a bathroom!
Staff was friendly and enthusiastic. The haunted house was scary and worth the time waited in line. Highly recommend! Don’t chicken out !!
Hit this place up with a group of friends. Had alot of fun it was a good time.
One of the scariest scary house I ever been too! I went back in 2016 for my 40th birthday. My fiancé and I enjoyed ourselves!
Not for the faint of heart that's for sure...
This place manages to scare us every time we go. Doesn't take much time to complete, and definitely a worthwhile haunted house. Would recommend if you're looking for fun activities in the area.
It was Amazing! The ending was the scariest with an inflating wall trying to suffocate you I couldn't help crying and laughing at the same time and they got pictures of us with the hilarious expressions ever , I swear they always make me laugh
The scares here are more jump-type of scares than psychological. There were a few times they got me. Overall, an interesting experience. Apparently, a lot of people have chickened out.
I went years ago now but I still can't wait to go back! It's pitch black. So much so that you cannot see your hand in front of your face! Line up the lights and try not to pee yourself. Absolutely the best haunted anything I've ever been to!
We loved this haunted house. One of the scariest haunted houses that I have tried. I really like the fact that they only allow you to go with your party as it increases the fear factor. I would definitely return when we visit Niagara again.
really scary! its not a visual haunted house at all, its completely in the dark. you get a little dizzy not being able to see where you are or where the walls are but it adds to the experience.
Absolutely worth the nice walk down Victoria Ave! An awesome time in the haunted house and then with awesome stuff! Great start too! The staff was awesome!! Highly recommend.
If you like to walk in pitch black. This is for you. I paid $16 a person to walk through pitch black with some noises here and there. Definitely not worth it, definitely DO NOT recommend this. I LOVE haunted houses and i should of known because its a tourist attraction. I can walk through a 5 story haunted for as much as they charged and actually get scared.
Had to wait 1.5hrs to enter - pretty expected for a Saturday in Niagara these days. But the haunted house itself was great! The walk-through is a good amount of time, compared to ones that go by really quick. It was actually scary which is important of course! Would definitely recommend but ideally when the wait isn't so long.
It was awesome! I went with four other people which made it alot easier to not chicken out. Be aware that they do touch you (not alot and pretty much only your feet) and there are a few points that involve cramped spaces. It was a load of fun and very well done. If you are heading to niagra, this is a must-do. You wont regret it...much ;)
Never been so scared ???? omg what a experience .. amazing
Did not enjoy.. *Mind you - my friends didn't stick together so I don't believe we had the full experience* BUT I've been to one other haunted house - for roughly the same price, and there were themed rooms and costumes and actors and it was more than a 30 minutes adventure. In comparison, this was a dark hallway with a few jump scares for 10 minutes. Would not return. I appreciate that it was there and gave us something to do..
Not scary at all. Waste of money.. If you still want to go, buy your tickets online and save some. We were 10 and They didn't even explain that there is an offer for group buy. Money making place.. Not hoenst staff.
So freaky and well worth it, even if you end up chickening out like my spouse and I did. Definitely one of the scariest attractions we've been to!
Don't understand how it got such high reviews. you walk through a dark tunnel following a red light a few things make noises, a couple people in masks poked there heads out and that's it.
Super awesome! I wouldn't recommend this for the faint of heart. It was a great time and my daughter bailed out it was that scAry
This place is so much fun! They have a perfect balance between fun and scary. I would recommend this place to all my thrill seeking friends out there!
As a lot of people already wrote, it is dark yes. But in the darkness you're vulnerable and it makes it even scarier. We had some good screams and also some giggles. So me and my girlfriend did enjoy it. Keep it up
Service was bad. The front desk was mean. The place is not scary at all. Going to those other stores by Clifton are even better.
Really nice haunted house! Better one out of others in the area.
This haunted house relies too much on audio jumpscares. I was expecting more visual jumpscares, but there are barely any. Also, the staff could be a little more hyped up and not so glum.
Best haunted attraction in town, hands down.
So my friend and I will try again tomorrow... Lol we did not make it past the first turn lol
I found the experience to be fun however at least a member of my family actually pi$$ed herself from jump scare during the experience. Regardless of that the overall feeling was I loved it and would do it again on a different day...with a diaper..jk..but really scary nonetheless worth it!!!!
Very entertainingly spooky. I went with my brothers and while we were waiting, a teenager came out of the entry door crying, that got us very nervous. We were very nervous at the start but we started enjoying it as it progressed. I was surprised to know that the actors inside actually physically touch. Nothing aggressive, just light touching.
Have seen better. I guess it depends on what you think is scary. Lots of walking in the dark. Not much to look at. Some parts better than others.
This was great and reasonably priced too. It was very scary!
Just a dark maze in which you follow red dots throughout. Only 5 or 6 "scares" by an actual person. Usually just a bang, or growl. I tried 4 haunts while visiting and they are all this same way.
I went in as a group of 4 and we all survived. It was all a great experience apart from the claustrophobic part where two giant air bags fill up either side of you. We had not read any tips on what to do beforehand, so we're all frantically trying to move towards a red light at the back of the tiny space but then realised the door had closed. It was HARD TO BREATHE. We were about to shout nightmares due to the actual danger we felt we were genuinly in until finally they air bags shrunk and we walked onwards catching our breathe. I would recommend you INSTANTLY DROP TO YOUR HANDS AND KNEES AND CRAWL OUT THROUGH A "PUSHABLE MATRESS."
Amazing haunted house. Will make most people jump and put ya's on edge. Great souvenirs to at amazing prices.
I cannot go into these places because I have epilepsy, but I am giving this five stars. The reason is because the staff is so friendly. I am not able to do a lot of things such as amusement parks or haunted house attractions because I have to keep my stuff under control. I saw Nightmare Fear Factory on CTV before Halloween. I also saw it on a Netflix documentary about scariest haunted houses. My family took a trip to Toronto so I could see it. I wanted to see how it was about the flashing lights because some may not be as bad. The one worker told me it was bad and would not recommend it. She knew I was upset. She was so nice. She let me take pictures inside the entrance and told me I could take as many pictures as I wanted around the building. I snapped a lot. I got some great ones. I know it sounded geeky, and nerdy, but I lived it up that day. I couldn’t go in but I saw it. I could hear people laugh when they got out. I have seen pictures online and some people said it was very scary. I think the people who work there and the owner should be very proud at how they treat people with minor disabilities. I hold them in highest esteem, and I hope that it is as truly scary as people say it is .
Had not been here since I was 5. It was scary (not as bad as when I was 5) reasonably priced. About 13 dollars a person. Walking distance from the falls! If you are going to one this one is fun
This was a really disappointing stop. We had a group of six, and the staff told us to go through as a single group. That meant that the people at the back saw literally nothing. It was just a walk through a dark room hearing some faint noises somewhere ahead of us. We came in at a slow time, so I think the staff was just too lazy to do it as 2 groups like they obviously should have.
We had a great time, our group of hockey mom's celebrated a 40th birthday.
It didn’t live up to the hype for me. It was more just dark than anything. Overall, fair price and good.
Had a great time! Actor(s) were amazing! Definitely will go again! Highly recommend going!
This place had the best spooks out of all the haunted houses in Niagara. If you like spooky time, go to this one!!
Had a great time getting scared and startled her! Def more of a startling experience rather than scary but still balanced! Highly recommend.
Me and my friends decided to go to this haunted house because we kept hearing about how it's the "scariest haunted house in Canada". So yeah we decided to take a look. First things first there weren't a lot of people but the line was still took a bit. They only let about 1 group at a time go so I could only imagine the wait time if there was an even longer line. Second, it is scary don't get me wrong but it is literally pitch black so ANYTHING scares you LOL. Most of the jump scares were just loud noises and things popping out. I have been to a few haunted houses before where they have actors running around, but it wasn't the case with this. It is "scary" but if you have been to other haunted houses it does rank a bit low.
I dont go to a lot of haunted houses mind you, but this sh** scary. I cant lie if the person i was with wasnt screaming at the top of their lungs for the whole duration of the attraction i might have left the place with an unfulfilled expenditure and an emptier soul than my tourist trapped pockets.
This is honestly terrifying. I left my poor fiancee to finish it because I was so terrified ????but he had a great time. #chickenedout
I went with 38 high school students and they loved it! They were very scared and have the pics to prove it! And that's impressive if you can scare teenagers...5 chickens in the group.
Would really recommend. If you want to be scared or feel the fear this is the place for you. But once you do it once you can't do it again. It's definitely different and would recommend.
While I cannot speak of the nightmare experience itself, I will say that the customer service we recieved after reaching out to the establishment was excellent.
5 stars because they definitely lived up to the scariest haunted house . I walked in the door and walked right back out because just entering was scary enough for me! As soon as you walk in it goes from dark to pitch black and there's scary people wearing Scary costumes like Jason hiding behind the entry curtain . They don't even wait for you to take 5 steps before scaring you lol . I chickened out but got a free try again card that doesn't expire . I will get over my fear and try this again once I'm mentally prepared
Scary , great for kids and easy walk through ! My boyfriend was screaming at everything that popped out at him ! Hilarious !!!!
OMG love IT!!!! Go Go Go you will Love this!!! Follow the red lights and good luck :-)
Terrible Cuatomer Service. Won't let you in if you are injured even if it's not a big deal. Don't have people skills at all. Don't come here it's not scary or worth your money
Me and my friends waited i. Line for about an hour on a saturday, to be expected. The wait was worth it. Going in was about 23$ a person and it was so much fun. The atmosphere was definitely fun, and some of the ways they scared us was super creative. A super fun experience to do with friends.
We were such chickens! Lmao next time kids ! Bahhaha
It was definitely scary, if you like this kinda thing your heart will be racing. Check it out.
Nothing scary about it...just waste of money..ticket price should be less than $10
I was terrified, but only because it's pitch black and you don't know where you're going, aside from a small red light. The wait times kill--we were there for more than 30 minutes in the "official line", nevermind waiting outside--especially for such a short activity, but I do appreciate the fact that you go through only with your own group and aren't rushed through the attraction by the people behind you. They need to work on wait time activities, perhaps a smaller scary section to entertain people while they wait for the real deal. It was cool to experience once, but I probably wouldn't go back again.
So damn scary! Felt like I almost had a heart attack my husband who claims he isn't scared of anything was also screaming. Definitely going again!
Awesome experience!!! as scary as they say at the door. Would definitely go again
one of the scariest parts was the girl at the front desks customer service skills... Probably best to go in a small group to get the best experience. some of the parts of the maze were pretty innovative.
Not recommended at all.. i mistakenly hit (not hard at all) a person inside as a reflex.. for which i apologies right away.. but that person to satisfy his ego he punched me on back of my neck when i was about to leave exit door.. for which the front desk gave excuse that its part of scaring ppl. (Seriously by punching on your neck). No apologies at all.
Very unsatisfied! That is really a fraud! No enjoyment, entertainment neither cheap
Imagine a pitch dark hallway where you have to follow red glowing dots while there are people are trying to scare you with flashes of light and screams. At one point a fake car will jump out at you and a picture of you will be taken which can be later on be purchased. Didn't really enjoy it, mostly just jump scares. Also tickets were a bit expensive (15$ each) for just a 10 minute walk.
My ten year old with her older cousins , aunt and uncles all had a blast here. They were scared silly and have great pix to show for it.
It was pretty scary. Scares were effective and well spaced.
Ok so I went in knowing some of the information I read in the reviews and Thor website it was stated on their website that the adventure lasts 15 minutes,I walked extremely slow and it only lasted like 5 or 6 minutes for a price of $13 ,the experience itself was fun for the most part but I would say it's dangerous because you just follow the red light to lead you and it's pitch black in the room and you don't go just forward instead you take too many turns and due to the dark you are most likely to hit the wall an maybe get hurt as well as the little bridge part I almouset fell down and who knows what was under that.Oh and it's called the scariest haunted house but tbh it wasent scary ,this place is meant to save adults but I don't think anyone over the age of 10 would get scared in there ,I do not believe that 130k people couldn't finish that maze ,I think they just made up that number. Also at some points it will be harder to breathe due to the scaring affects so don't go in if pregnant or have lung\heart problems.Staff there have no spooky spirit they talk to you in a bored tone like they don't care at all about your experience.I have a lot more to say but if u want go experience it for yourself but make sure to have fun and use the free coupons if have any ????
I don't get scared from scary things often but this was really cool and fun, had a friend chicken out
Usually these haunted houses r just for fun but this place legitimately gets ur blood flowing, good stuff.
Not as scary as it claims to be. A trip in a complete darkness fumbling around finding your way with some jump scare noises.
Good experience. It was scary, but could be an overall better experience. It was mostly pitch black. Important to note, there is an area where you have to crawl for 1 meter or so
WEAK! I felt like I got rodded without a gun. Prices are too expensive just to walk into a dark room just to follow red lights.
So awesome!!! Really great set up. So much fun!
Was there last wenesday, guy at the counter was totally unprofessional. He had a bad attitude toward customers look down at us if we were some lower class people... Got my change thrown at me wasnt really nice. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
Definitely so much more potential and has been an attraction that I wanted to experience claiming to be the scariest haunted house with the hype of advertisement . A walk in the dark expecting something would happen that didn't . I feel it is not worth the ticket price charged and have been through much more scary haunted places. On a positive note I understand this is a family attraction and would be more scary for an 8 year old. We all have different levels of fear but it didn't do it for me.
Not a bad haunted house, it can definitely be q little dreamy at times but worth while. The build up is far worse then the maze itself. I dont think it's as scary as you think it is.
Not scary at all. It was just walking in a dark room with some random noises. No ghost, monster. It is dark most of the time so you don't see anything. I am quite disappointed, was expecting a lot more based on the reviews I've read and the advertisements
Nightmares Fear Factory? More like the 5 Minute Startle Factory! We were startled about 28 times. A few times I felt a little anxious waiting for someone in a mask or costume to scare me, but none came. It's basically walking around in a dark room following red lights, then loud bangs create startled screams. Within 3 minutes it was over, then we walked down a staircase and proceeded to getting startled again for an additional 2 minutes. Ripley's museum was way better. The pictures were neat.
This place is definitely scary must go once.
It is very very dark.. you can tell its not up to date but good experience
When we got there, we we're 2nd couple in line so we got in right away with no waiting. Its completely dark inside so you can't really see where you going other than following tiny red light. Ground was pretty un-even in some spots, to the point where i almost twisted my ankle. We had to walk out because my fiance has medical condition-she can't crawl on her knees or bend much and there is a spot where you have to bend pretty low or crawl on your knees. We we're not informed of that when we first got there. Manager was very nice and refunded our money.
Amazing!! Not for the weak hearted... Really it's a test of will.
Is it the Covid version that makes this so bad? Went on a rainy Friday night. 0 scares aside from reactive jumping at 2 points In the walk through. Loud noises and air guns that will damage your hearing before a legit scare. Way too expensive for the 5-10 mins it lasts. So dark all you do is follow red dots. Props were minimal. Maybe 2 live actors.
Last time I went there was like 2005 I was 6 years old with my adoptive father. I just wanted to see how scary it was and as soon as I got in it I wanted to go back and YES I cried And now many years later I’m 21yrs old and STILL SCARRED for life Also the lady who worked there asked if I was scared (WELL DUH I was 6) NEVER AGAIN going into a haunted house EVER Thank you very much.
Not nearly as scary as the hype. My 14 years old son and I made it through easily. There's 1 part, if you are clostrophobic you will have an issue.
This is the best experience ever! I have never been scared like I was in there.
Worst haunted house I’ve been too! I paid $16 to walk around in pitch black and hear noises. When my boyfriend and i were inside the haunted house something grabbed my legs and i screamed and told him, my boyfriend yelled don’t touch her and the guys working in there stopped doing their job to ask what we would do if they touched us again...super unprofessional! Never coming back here and wpuld never recommend such a terrible place to anyone!
Very basic for the price. Haunt Manor seems to be way more fun.
Don’t know how to speak with the visitors extremely rude
Wow. If you want to be frightened, repeatedly, go here. Incredible. Highly recommended!
People work there needs attitude fix. let me tell you if you don't like your job then just quit.place it self is worth experiencing but Staff make it horrible place. Specially the lady who works right beside the entrance of scary room. Fix your attitude or find new job.
Awesome haunted attraction! Was not expecting it to be that good!
Great fun to be had here we loved it ! The scares were many not ur average horror house very good and yes we survived but just when we thought it was over omg..... It starts again don't miss it for sure if u like scares
Really fun and scary!!! Loved it and loved seeing the photos of us afterwards
Scary and worth the money! However do not go if you're claustrophobic
Once you've done a haunted house they're pretty much all the same, it's ok, they have people working in there scaring you which is cool, not too impressed the "sacrers" can touch you as I've heard from a few people, women in particular have been touched in places they shouldn't be, I understand it's dark and hard to see but they shouldn't be permitted to physically touch you, just a warning if you do decide to go there. Cheers.
Live!, Love this place. Came here years ago with friends and was scared my wits out of. They did it again.!
It was the most exhilirating totally radical experience we ever had you should definitely visit when you're in the area.
My girlfriend absolutely wanted to go there during our trip to Niagara Falls since she really like this. I never tried a haunted house before. We could hear the actor moving around and we could tell when he would growl or touch us. We were both really disappointed by the experience.
It was fun , better than the others in the area. Lot of new and different things
I found this to be a very fun experience and atmosphere as an adult. My boyfriend was spooked very well so the actors did a wonderful job. We got lost in the dark and were gently aided by a very kind and in-character voice when I asked for a nudge in the right direction. I left with a photo for the memories and a lot of great laughs.
It's a decent experience. Certainly not recommended for young children as they do make a good effort to try and mess with your mind to scare you. Could have been better with some more effects. I heard there were actors there that grab your arms and legs and talk to you to make the experience scarier, but I did not notice anyone else in the maze. Would have been nice if it was longer though. for the short amount of time it took to go through it, I think $10 would have been a more appropriate fee, and not $15. I think if they had an actor sneak up behind the group's going through the maze pretending to be part of the group (it is pitch black), then all of a sudden speaking to the group in an eerie voice, that would have been awesome.
Not as scary as I expected. Was hoping for more. Nice staff. Wish I know there was more ups and downs almost got lost but staff was helpful.
We had a great experience, laughed an sceamd
Fun to try at least once. Check out all the videos online of people getting the ovaries scared outta them and then crawl back in like a crack addict. Sorry if I don't make cents...Me brain no same after this place...*shivers in me pee* It was fun though, especially when you know there are strangers following you and keeping you company. I don't feel lonely when I'm here. "Come and knock on my door...I've been waiting for you..." Also, you get a free pic on Friday the 13th if you manage to get out of the place w/out shouting Nightmares. =)
Had so much fun here! Will definitely return, worth every penny! :)
I liked it by far the scariest haunted house in Ontario
Pitch black the whole time you just follow tiny red lights which is a great part of the experience. Would go in again.
Friggen scary although my husband laughed cause he is a horror fan. I definetly was to scared to enjoy it!
They do a good job trying to scare you. It's better to go later when it isn't as late. Try to give time to the group before you so you can give the workers a chance to scare you but it's fun. Wouldn't recommend for young kids.
Didn't scare me in the slightest but was still very fun. Definitely recommend. Price could be better. I think $10 is more fair.
that was the most scariest haunted house ever
absolutely horrifying. never wanna do it again
SCARY!!! I Survived it alone, but I DON'T recommend it! Make sure you have company, that way you will enjoy the scare! ???? I regret not buying my SCARED photo.
The price was reasonable and the experience was fun, but I was a bit disappointed I thought it would be much scarier. It was more of just dark hallways and noises. Possibly the pandemic made the normal experience change a bit.
Supposed to be the scariest in Niagara. I couldn’t believe how short it was and how little effort was used to scare us. Dracula’s haunted castle is was waaaaay better.
Not what I expected. The only thing during our Canada trip I wish I had definitely skipped. Waste of money and time.
I am a haunted house fanatic! This is hands down one of the best I have ever went to!
It lets your imagination do the work by being pitch black. Not sure if its worth the money, but I only lasted 2 minutes inside. It was extremely terrifying!
If they would of had parking I would have gone... BTW the lot was empty but wanted $10 for 8hrs parking.
Best Haunted House I've been too so far.
Fun atmosphere. Definitely one of the scarier haunted houses out there. It's a little on the pricey side, as you'll be done in less than 30 mins. Worth trying if you enjoy being scared as there are plenty of solid jump scares.
NFF is really scary and super awesome!
Great experience and definitely worth the visit! You're in complete darkness following red dots with multiple staff dressed as well as great pieces to scare you out of nowhere. Definitely not for everyone, but do enjoy if you visit!
I have been here before but this place still gets me! We took our friend from out of town here and it scared the piss out of him. Always a good time.
One of the best haunted houses I've been in.
Was an awesome experience and well set up haunted house ????????
A fun scary place. Some people might even find it too scary. The best haunted house in Niagara Falls.
My two boys, ages 6 and 8, begged me to take them thru. They offer 3 degrees of "scare" and we opted for the least scary. It was a lot of fun, and my boys said afterwards that they had fun but they wouldn't do it again. I had to keep pushing them forward since they were too scared to walk on their own.
It was much better pre-COVID and hopefully it will improve over time but it's still a lot of fun. Without spoiling, this is a 10-15 minute attraction that uses darkness to prey on your own psychological fears. It's as spooky as Haunted Houses get in the Falls and is more geared toward 13+ than young kids. Best enjoyed at night time with a group of friends.
Went 1 time chicken out went 2 time it was scary but got threw the haunted house the actors were amazed ???? great job guys
Visited the Nightmares Fear Factory with some family members that were visiting from overseas...the experience was ok...I mean who wouldn't be a bit scared when you're being yelled at or barraged with random noises as you're walking down multiple dark hallways and the only thing that you have as guidance are tiny red led lights that guide you along. Like I said it was ok. What really pissed me off is that they take photos of you make your way through the dark hallways and later sell the photos for $8 plus a free digital copy. During the transaction I asked weather the digital copy is a full digital photo straight from the camera and the person assured me that it was. Upon checking the photo on my email a month later I discovered that the digital pick was very low quality (456x326 pixels) in which facial expressions, which are the main reason for he photo, are barely visible. I called the establishment to get a better quality photo but they said that digital pic was of lower quality because it was free with the purchase of the print and that a higher quality will not be given because they don't want any one to make prints from it. I am very dissatisfied with their business practices and that will be the last time myself or my family will every step foot inside it. As of Wednesday, September 2nd 2015, my concerns have been addressed by Mark, who was able to provide me with a full digital copy of the picture. I am very happy with this outcome to say the least. Mark, who I believe is the manager, was very polite and wasted no time in having my issue resolved. I would like to say that I will return to this establishment with my relatives next time we are visiting Niagara Falls. I wish Mark and his establishment much success in the future...Thank You.
Great value, decent scares. Fun attraction
Not worth your money, spend it somewhere else, 3 adults and 3 kids under 13, 67.80 US Dollars for 3 minute walk trough pitch black hallways, It's really 3 minutes, Would never go back. Cash only and you get the worst exchange rate in the world. I would give zero stars if i could.
What a spooky place. AMAZING HAUNTED HOUSE. This place blows the other nearby Haunted house away.
Super fun and scary. I loved the personal touch the way the people that worked there would respond to things we were saying. It added a new level of scary.
This was a blast! I went alone and had a wonderful time.
According to my cousins this was fun but could have been scarier... I wouldn't know as my eyes were closed and they had to drag me the entire time????
Only if you're Scared of Darkness!!! Good concept to scare the kids but not great for adults. I walked through waiting for something scary to happen and nothing. Probably I went to early in the afternoon for more actors to scare me.
Worth the wait, but my girlfriend used the safe word so im not sure how much longer there was left for us to do haha
I came here when I was twelve and received my "survival" card. I've told my kids my story more than ten times, but I guess living the story brings everything into perspective. I brought my kids (10 & 14), so they could have the same experience, however, they chickened out. My daughter (14), who is a fearless kid, cried for three solid minutes lol. Even though they couldn't make it through, they gave me the best laugh ever! Their experience will be told to all family members at the next family dinner. So much fun!
Its ok. Very outdated. One of the actors hit ny wife in the ete. Its expensive for what u get
It's actually not scary at all. Hard to navigate through the place because the red lights in the ceiling often disappear.
Good times..been there few years ago and it was better before..I think they need to step it up a bit..
Be prepared to be frightened! This is completely different. We made it through but I can see how some people would not. It is worth checking out if you are in Niagara Falls, Ontario. It is more fun with company. Very disorienting. I almost did not make it. I have not seen another place like this. I challenge you to make it through this! We received our photos and there are expressions on our faces we have not seen before! Actually very funny! Our pictures are quite clear. I am glad they took the pictures. Well worth the price! We will likely go back next time we are in NF. Cheers! Do hold hands or you might get lost! It was fun!
Was pleasantly suprised by this haunted house it wasnt cheese or silly it was a splid 20 mins of scares and spooky atmosphere I had a great time thx !!
Would not answer my fair question if there were any live actors in the exhibit.
It was terrifying and a huge blast. The wax figures looked so real. Fun for the whole family
Walk in your house with the lights off put a halloween cd .. you got it ! Very dangerous you don’t see nothing you don’t know where you walk ., it’s not scary . I was more scared to fall down and hurt myself .
Tells us after we buy our tickets that we can only have 6 people and we were 7. Won't let us refund 1 ticket
Really fun attraction at Niagara Falls! We had a great time with our group, it was a lot more enjoyable since it was just us and no strangers were allowed to go with us. This is definitely one of the better and scarier haunted houses in Niagara Falls.
snoozefest, i've been on rollercoasters that are more frightening
We thought they were exaggerating how scary this place was. We were wrong. Not for the faint of heart, but very thrilling for those who like this sort of thing!
Could be better. More for younger kids. Still got me scared twice.
Awesome!! Best haunted house in Niagara Falls! Extremely dark the entire time and the people will touch your ankles and head with their fingers. All the staff was nice and didn’t have any issues. This place was awesome!
Super scary, I've been there twice and they always switch up the scares. I would be back
SCARY BUT FUN - its pitch black but you hear voices near your ears and surprised by scary things. - fun for party, bachelorette or other event. - smile for the camera when you least expect it ! (Souvenir pic) - if you are too scared you have to scream NIGHTMARE - once in a life time experience, we liked it. - it's scary, i would not suggest for little kids
Oh my god! This place is really a haunted house and i am sure that no one can destroy this ghost house
I went about 15+ yrs ago when it was at its 1st location.... was much better. This location seems like it's not aging well and some aspects are outdated. I was expecting a level up from the others on Clifton Hill but I've actually been more scared at the Dracula one. I would not return or recommend
Holy wow!
Awesome experience. Thanks to the scare staff !!!!
Was okay, went a couple days after Halloween, may try again on Halloween day in hopes they are on their game a little more
Incredibly scaryyyyy!! But so damn expensive. $15 per person but you can't go alone or you'll be scared to death so that's $30 spent just right there on being terrified in pitch black darkness for only about 10-15 minutes. Then if you wanna buy the pictures taken it's even more money.
I've been here twice. Although the staff seemed disinterested the first time and outright rude the second time, overall the scare experience was ok.
Went here a good few years ago but it was brilliant. Can't recommend enough
The scare factor is much more hyped up than it really is. It really isn't as scary as it sounds and I highly doubt it's the scariest one in the area. It's enjoyable and the value is decent. However, don't really expect to be scared by the predictable tricks and quick gimmicks.
My First haunted house experience but I went with my girlfriend. Not as scary as it's hyped up to be since its pitch black the whole time she thinks. Still able to get a few good scares though.
Waste of money.. Nothing scary unless you are a little kid. Was pitch dark couldnt even see the way to walk. Not really worth it, would recommend you skip this and use your money elsewhere.
One of the better hinted houses on Clifton hill area you defently get your money's worth
Nightmares is the best haunted house in Niagara Falls, in terms of both the live actors and the animatronics. The actors touch you in a creepy way, not in an offensive or shoving way. More than just jump scares, Nightmares provides you with several unique EXPERIENCES that you will not find in other haunted houses. Having said that, they prey upon things many people are afraid of, so I don’t think many people make it out of this haunted house. If you have a phobia, it could be a bad time for you. I recommend going when no one else is going, so you are not rushed. Even better, go by yourself. I just want to thank the people who work there, it was awesome, thank you!
I literally cried and had to request them to let me out. The scariest one among all the haunted houses at Niagra. A must go place for the ones who really wanna have a good haunted house experience.
Most definitely the best and scariest of all the haunted house experiences. Tickle your senses!!! Probably better for adults than children!
I have gone through "Nightmares" several times. My kids love it! But a more suitable name for "Nightmares" might be "Day Dreams". The 3 star review is no particular fault of "Nightmares", but i don't scare very easily....and two of my kids (boys, ages 9 and 13) didn't find it in the slightest bit scary either. My 16 year old daughter was scared, so of course your overall experience is naturally dependent on each individual. Not scary at all, but still fun, even though, like everything else in Niagara Falls it is pricey.
I'm giving this 3 stars for the scare factor only. You are in the dark the entire time, except for a part where a fake taxi drives up, giving the impression that it will hit you, then you are back in the dark having to follow a red light, that frequency disappears, leaving you wondering where you need to go. What is very disappointing is that they do not warn people of things that they should beforehand. Anyone with a disability should not go in there as there is a part where you have to climb through a small space, on your hands and knees in the dark, as well as a bridge that wobbles. There is also a part where you are shocked by the wall if you accidentally touch it. This poses a problem with anyone with neurological problems or fibromyalgia. Last but not least, if you are claustrophobic..do not go in there as inflatable walls expand, on all sides of you. My wife and I were screaming nightmares at that point and are shocked with the extent of time we were having to scream for help.
It's not as scary as you'd think, mostly dark however I liked that it had love actors, gift shop was reasonibly priced.
This place was great!! Thank you so much for the great experience. The guy working inside the haunted house did a perfect job.
Hi night Mears Is it Dark in The room
Quite good haunted house, the employees that are the scare people are very attentive and pick up on you talking and pick up names, which makes the entire experience a shade spookier, well done and well put together, much better than any other haunted house on the strip
My wife was scared but I was a little disappointed they wouldn't allow her to give me head in there!
Fully automated, took about 5 minutes to walk through on a Tuesday. Definitely a haunted house for the younger crowd. No scary music in the background and very little jump scares.
A lot of fun. Scary, unique ideas in scares, neat set up, reasonably priced. I would say 10 might be the youngest that it is appropriate for though, if the 10 year old doesn't scare super easily. There was an area that I had to crawl through, which was unexpected, but might be helpful to know for people with physical limitations. Also they offer scare photos, which are hilarious and a great souvenir for a decent price. There is a nightmares gift shop inside as well
Was more fun before pandemic. I did not like it this time around. I felt it was overpriced for what it is worth...
This experience was the high light of my trip to Niagara falls! I went to Niagara for the family day long weekend, the fear factor was my first adventure for the day which turned out to be the best. This was extremely scary but hilarious at the same time! I literally felt like I was in a horror movie, walking through the pitch black. When I finally finished and got to the front I was surprised to see there were two pics I can purchase from my experience, it was really funny because I didn't even know when they were taken. Truly worth the money. Must go to while visiting Niagara! Thanks for a good time.
Good place to go in smaller groups, like 2 to 5, as well as bigger groups. Dont think i would attempt alone!!!
This was a good scare. While walking through a few things really caught me off guard, but we didn't chicken out. If you're scared of the dark, beware.
Scary! If you think you will be ok, think again!
I've never been to a haunted house before, but I know it's mostly Halloween props, fake cobwebs, and cheesey jump-scares. Nightmares is different. 90% of it is in complete darkness with only small red lights here and there to follow through the maze. The scares are spaced out so you never know when something will happen, whether it's visual, audible, or tactile. The fear comes from the not knowing. You are alone and something WILL happen to you. I went through by myself, as my wife had done it previously 2x and refused to do it again. It was absolutely FANTASTIC!! I recommend to any one (excluding children under 12) THE BEST
TOOK MY TEENAGE SONS AND WIFE AND THEY WERE SCARED. Was so funny to see their pictures at the end. Loved it. Place was clean staff was nice definitely would recommend
It was a very great experience. The only problem was that the man who was working there was not friendly at all. But the fear factory itself is a very good experience.
What Canada lacks in military firepower, they vastly make up for in haunted houses. Worth every penny!
The staff selling tickets were rather standoffish and quick to dismiss our questions, yes I figured they get people asking the same things constantly but it still felt a bit unfair considering this was all entirely new to us. However, the walk through itself was a fantastic mix of fear and banter; had lots and lots of fun! Also felt ticket value and the price of photos afterwards were great value!
This was so damn scary, is basically walking through a dark haunted house along a specific path as things light up and startle/frighten you. What makes it so damn scary is that there are people hidden all throughout the path and they'll grab your shoulder or arm in the dark, haha! I was surprised at how scary this was!
Not to bad, would have liked more visuals rather than audio and it was just pretty much dark the whole time. Should be a disclaimer for people who are claustrophobic though.
staff was so friendly, clean place.. attraction was fun. this was great .... won't ruin it for u..... all.i can say is take ur to.e going threw.... it's screams and jumps......if ur afraid of the dark it ai t for u. don't let other reviews steer u away....it was FUN
This is the best haunted house I've ever been in. Just gotta remember to stop bringing cowards! Love this place.
Might be scary for 8 year old girls or highly claustrophobic people. You literally just walk in the dark for 10 minutes. No horror imagery. No imagery at all. Just follow the red dots. They must make money hand over fist here. No maintenance required. Just let people walk a maze in the dark and hope a carny doesn’t awkwardly grab your ankle. Go stoned or hit acid first. Or go with a group of drunk girls looking for a chance to scream at nothing
Waste of time and money. Not scary at all. You just keep walking in dark and in 5 min you are done.
