It's a great adventure with birds! Talking parrots, colourful species, amazing environment! Wearing the mask all the time is a bit tough because of the humidity and the temperature. Totally worth it!

Me and my Husband had an AMAZING time! Good 40-50 minute walk-through. WARNING : Quite a bit of stairs!!! - Lots of birds, bats, snakes, turtles! - Beautiful scenery and breathtaking photos! Had an AMAZING time, definitely recommend!!!

Nicely presented. Worth every penny at the current prices. First place where the COVID imapct was minimal to nothing i.e everything is open. Do not miss the Lorikeet hand holding at the end. Expect to spend about 1.5 to 2 hours here (when done peacefully, with kids. Great collection of birds. Was missing the eagles and owls though.

Way better than expected. Quite enjoyed it. The little museum thing at the start with the voiceover makes you think you've just been ripped off by a tourist trap but the aviary portion is actually great. Would definitely recommend. Don't forget to mention your CAA membership to save about $10 on 2 tickets.

You can go through the space in about an hour. There is a great variety of birds as well as some turtles and lizards. There are certain time slots where you can touch birds and ha e your picture taken which you can view and purchase in the gift shop. Great visit, don't forget to check Groupon for tickets.

Bigger and better than we expected! We went on a rainy wednesday morning and had the place to ourselves. The birds were beautiful, the staff was friendly and the whole place was clean. Also very close to the falls and accessible.

If you want to see something different in Niagara, go to this place. Lots of birds, a few small animals and insects. There is also bird feeding, where you get a chance to feed some Lorikeet on your arm. A good experience for both parents and kids. The entrance is around $14. Parking is $3/hour.

A good spot to spend an hour or so. The birds are all pretty friendly and the main aviary is enormous and well taken care of. Parking on site is inexpensive.

Wonderful experience at the Bird Kingdom... species I'd never seen before and the opportunity to feed lorikeets! Amazing. Kids enjoyed it and so did we?

BIRDS. Pro. Birds. Kids had a fun time. You can get close up to the birds. Well layed out. You can even feed them at a certain part of the walk. That was cool. Cons. Not a large variety of birds. Hot, humid. Everything in Niagara costs a fortune. It's a staple place to visit every time we go up. Worth it if you like birds.

It's about $80 for a family of four to visit and it takes around an hour to walk through the whole place. The gift shop isn't too pricey as the Bird Kingdom doesn't charge tourist taxes like the rest of Clifton Hill does. They also do not require proof of a covid vaccine to enter. Kids will love the lorikeet feeding. The whole place is ideal for taking aesthetic photos with exotic birds (apart from the nocturnal room). We have been twice and adore it there.

What a great experience. Our kids just loved it. Lots of different birds to see, kids even got to feed some. We will be back.

Cassandra Meca

While it was enjoyable seeing various birds, I feel like I expected more than what I got out of the experience. I just didn’t feel like the birds were very happy. The staff wasn’t super friendly, and the gift shop lacked originality. Still a fun experience but not the best place ever.

Absolutely loved the experience here. If you're visiting the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, a visit to the bird Kingdom is a must! The lorikeet landing was by far the most exhilarating and awesome experience I've had with birds. Feeding them and them freely climbing and chirping in your ear is just something else that must be experienced. It's scary and a bit intimidating at first but you get comfortable real fast and then you're in love. Other birds were awesome as well as they're freely flying around. The further you go into the kingdom, the better it gets. Highly recommend!

A must visit place when in Niagara! I've been to Niagara falls quite a few times since the last 2 decades but this was my first visit to the bird kingdom. Lots of exotic species of birds are kept in this aviary. As you go up in the building, you visit through a museum and other historical scripts. Then onto smaller birds and eventually the big bird cage where you get to walk down a path with birds all around you. Captive animals usually seem depressed, however, in this exhibit it seems significantly better.

I really had low expectations about bird kingdom but it was great! My tween and teen kids loved it too! So many different birds to see. You can even feed some birds. Defn a must do if you love birds!

It's a very good museum. Although it's not very big, it feels good. There are many kinds of animals I see, not limited to birds. It's very suitable for taking children to experience it.

It was okay, but the value for the time you spend at Bird Kingdom isn’t there. The whole route takes about an hour. Maybe 1.5 if you’re going really, really slow. Parking is reasonable thankfully at $3 per hour for a max of 3 hours. Gift shop is a bit odd. I was expecting more bird and Niagara Falls related souvenirs and found stuffed animals off all types for kids, of which only 4 were birds. The aviary was the best of the three floors, but we pictured it would be bigger than it was. A lot of people were not wearing their masks at all or correctly so that took away from the experience as well since there was no staff to enforce masks. Overall a nice place but a one and done kind of thing.

My husband and I had a pleasant time, certainly. Such very interesting birds, tortoises, Iguana, etc. There was one little bird, in the 3rd floor bird sanctuary, that really favoured spending time on my husband's shoulder and pecking at his neck. (Very softly.) It sure like the taste of a little bit of saltiness off his sweat from the warmth of the day, and bird sanctuary. The bird there for a good 10 minutes! Eventually it flew away, when I'd been gone to go get some help to figure out how to safely get it off (apparently it only needs a light nudge). The bird ended being the one item that was controlling our time... otherwise the time is more freely spent in the building.

Cute birds and animals! We got to feed some birds and the parrots were very chatty. Star the parrot said hi, sang old Mcdonald and when you wish upon a star.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to visit. Our two young kids enjoyed the visit. You start off by going through a historical section explaining the history of the place as well as some of the history of Niagara Falls. Then there are a number of displays leading into some case displays of tortoises turtles and parrots. The big thing is of course the Avery on the third floor. It is a multi-story area where birds are free to fly and roam around. There is a path that leads through the Avery slowly heading downhill. The Avery is also beautifully seemed. I would gladly visit this place again.

Neat place for kids and adults. My two young boys loved it, especially feeding time. The environment is temperature controlled, so it's very warm inside. Lots of birds flying freely. Parking is a very reasonable $3 an hour. The restaurant was closed (due to COVID-19 I presume).

Good experience.. nice place to check out at Niagara Falls…. The best part was walking around the flamingos. Our son loved the bird feeding…

Wow! Really good experience ???? Loved the visit and am fascinated by the way they have been managing all the amazing birds. Would visit again soon. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Great place to visit if you are a bird lover. They used to let you hold a parrot at the pre-COVID times, hopefully it will resume in the future. We loved the feeding encounter where you can feed the birds and make really cool photos - it’s also included in your entrance ticket, so there are no extra charges. Also, there used to be annoying photographers who will later sell you the photos, but they are not there anymore. We bought tickets on groupon, since there was a good discount - but remember that you still need to pay tax at the entrance. Definitely recommend this place to visit!

We have been to Niagara Falls quite a number of times but this was our first visit to Bird Kingdom. It was fantastic! Clean and well maintained. Great and easy to follow COVID protocols. Really neat displays and areas for small and large birds. Absolutely loved it.

Bird Kingdom was an unexpected delightful experience. They have about two floors with birds and then a large open area for them to roam around. You can get excellent pictures of the birds. Definitely stop by to say her to Star she knows how to steal the show

Chris Coats

I've been here twice and it was amazing both times. I'd recommend going right at 9, as it's less busy. With COVID going on that's a plus. It's not air conditioned since it's a tropical creature exhibit so keep that in mind if you're planning to go mid summer.

Deepthi Kara

Variety of birds you get to see. Kids will enjoy this. Small birds aviary is good for toddlers. Overall a good place to spend up to 2/3 hours of a weekend. Very nicely maintained. Staff are friendly.

my boyfriend and i had a great time here! a bird landed on our shoulders and stayed with us while we walked around the aviary for at least 30 minutes. it was a really cool place with a ton of different species. i liked that the food given to the animals was fresh veggies & looked like they had a lot of enrichment. i’m always critical of places like this being an animal lover, but the animals seemed genuinely happy and had a lot of space to roam. my only comment would be on the tarantula enclosures. i would’ve liked to see more substrate for digging. as a tarantula owner it’s important for them to have that aspect of their enclosures and i felt that there wasn’t a lot of digging opportunity. the two tarantulas that they had are terrestrial species and there was more arboreal space than depth. i assume this is done so people can see the tarantulas but usually these little guys spend most of their time in burrows. i hope that they do end up giving the tarantulas an enclosure upgrade with more depth in the substrate!
