Neat place, all kinds of different tourist items to buy here, not the easiest for navigation, and fairly far out of the way. It also has an arcade to make my inner child jealous!

I regretfully visited when the store was closed and wished they had a separate store from the studio. I would have given five stars had I had the experience first hand. Considering it was Christmas Eve, it was expected to be closed. But seeing his art through the windows left half of my heart there. Forse la prossima volta...Buon Natale!

I booked an appointment with Angelo to create a bear with my late spouse's ashes. It is a priceless piece of art and will cherish the experience forever.

Very very rude management. With little to no respect for anyone but themselves. I’ve heard negative things about them in the store, and now I’ve seen them online being very rude to other business owners who do similar things. I wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone, as their is much friendlier and much nicer people in this business.

Was supposed to be open at 11 AM and I showed up at 11:30 and no one was there. I waited for half an hour and still no one showed up. When I asked around other vendors said that they open whenever they feel like it. Is that anyway to run a business? used to love this place when it was down by the river with easy access. Now it's at the bottom of the skyline tower and very hard to get to you by car. I was very frustrated after walking for 30 minutes to find it closed. I will go elsewhere for my glass purchases from now on. So disappointed

Mr. Rossi helped us choose the perfect piece for our son and granddaughter in 2019. It hangs in a place of honor, catching the light beautifully. It is enjoyed every day. We plan to do this for any future grandchildren.

Lady working there was EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful & racist. Snapped & yelled at my family (including young children) for nothing. She was being incredibly aggressive, and her behaviour changed abrubtly once we mentioned the camera was out. Told us to "go back to our own country" aswell. We are all incredibly disappointed with this quality of service. We spoke to the general manager of Skylon Tower & he said this was not the first time she has acted like this & he would definitely do something about it this time. 10/10 would not return. Extremely disappointed.

We were in Niagara Falls for the long weekend and had the opportunity to watch Angelo Rossi in action! We talked to him and were impressed by his craftsmanship and his passion. The guy knows what he is doing! He came from a family of glass makers in Italy and learned from the best. We ended up buying a pair of glass swans with 22k gold design. He signed his name under our swans! :) :) :) Pricey but worth it for what we took home with us :)

I just left Angelo Rossi's gallery (at the skyline tower); it was one of the best things I have ever experienced! I loved his authenticity and integrity, he is just a wonderful man. We got to watch him make a couple of swans and my favorite, an elephant, amazing and breathtaking!!

Together with Angelo, we made a glass elephant that I got to keep and he let me make a flower all by myself at the end. It was an amazing experience

I bought a small vase 15 years ago when they were in their old location. Beautiful little vase that we as newlyweds purchased. However, the case cracked one day (Not dropped it just held flowers and water). Now in 2018 we took our kids to Niagara Falls so I decided to visit the glass place (since then they moved from the original location). I went to look around maybe for another piece when I heard the owner’s wife (Diane) talk about how their glass in lifetime. So, I explain to her what happened and she immediately starts giving me excuses and a attitude. First, she told me that I bought a Chinese knockoff, which I gladly told her unless you were selling knockoffs in your store then it not a knock off. Then she changes her excuse and said that Angelo's "partners" must have made the vase and they weren't of the same quality. Still I mention that as a consumer I still purchased the vase in your store you should stand up for any work that was completed there. Diane then asked that we email pictures so that they can verify the vase. It's been over a month and no response back. It's not even about the cost at this point (I think we paid 40-60 at the time) it's about their false claim that they stand by their work. So, if you decide to purchase something more expensive please be aware how you'll be treated should the glass not hold up.

ARTIST WORKSHOP... Wow, breathtaking works of art. I talked with Angelo about him and the history of his art work. He spent time with me and my family showing us around. He is a very nice person and amazing glass blower. He did a demonstration for me and my family and we bought a very nice peice. People who left those silly 1 star comments need to understand this is a guy has been blowing glass for the last 60+ years. Please dont think of this as a retail store. This is an artist shop, who does demonstrations for the public and sells his art work for anyone who has a love and appreciation for noncommercial peices.
