Nice. Surprisingly scrowded. But great for a bike ride.
Our preferred spot for nature walks, goose spotting, scavenger hunting, park playing, just a great spot to spend the day enjoying the outdoors without having to pay to do so.
We had great fun sledging! The skate + sledge hire is very reasonable and the cafe is cheap! Beautiful memories made!
Love this place. It's not too crowded and not too empty either. It's clean and you can often see the wildlife manifest itself.
Great fun tobogganing. Nice safe place. Friendly staff.
A great place to bring the whole family. The kids playground is great. You can spot wild deer in the nice forest trails. Also love the built in workout stations/pull up bars for an outdoor workout while the gyms are closed...go get some soft serve too while your at it. Enjoy, God bless! John 3:16.
Wonderful park! Wildlife everywhere (Birds, deer, squirrels, groundhogs). No dogs allowed in this park. Great trails! Lovely place to spend the day and have picnic!
Nice park but no dogs accepted
Great park to enjoy a sunny day.. lots of duck, bird, squirrel and deer. Separate Biking trails and ample of benches.
Any park that does not allow dogs to be walked on leash cannot be rated higher than one in my opinion. While this may very well be a nice park we weren't able to properly visit it due to all the No Dogs signs. The No Dog policy is NOT listed on the website. We drove about 35 minutes each way to visit this park, a total waste of time and gas!
Excellent park, clean, everything you need for a quality time, walking, biking, playgrounds and more
Watch out for the moskitos if you venture out in the forest trails. Otherwise a beautiful park!
I visited this park in Longueuil for a photo shoot for a Liberal Party of Canada's candidate in the October 2019 federal elections. Obviously child friendly with many playground installations. Lots of free public parking. Clean and well maintained. Great location off Roland-Therrien Blvd.
Worth the drive from Laval. Very clean, spacious, ducks and geese. Free wifi and clean bathrooms.
A very pleasant place. Sometimes a bit "crowded" in the week ends but still very nice. A lot of different pathways to follow.
Great place, there was a ski initiation and the kids loved it !
This park is beautiful. The air is pure and fresh. It is a wonderful place for outdoor activities.
Beautiful parc, good place for sport, spend time with kids, enjoy the nature.
such a big parc! mang many manys trails to run, walk, snow shoe lots of wild life to observe as well considering that we are close to the city the trails are all well maintained and well indicated at the parc there is also a very pretty monument- great for those instagram posts ;)
Very cool Parc place to walk and chill. I go there all the time to bike its pretty huge place so anyone wants to have some calms relax time this is the place to go.
Nice place I love taking pictures there
Nice well maintained place, especially for children. A vast variety of activities for all ages and capabilities.
I love this place and I saw a deer family !!!
Nice area for walking and enjoying summer days. Free parking, playground, 4 or 5 walking trails.
What an amazing place for walks, running. So beautiful even in winter and they have activities for kids too.
Most beautiful public park of the south-shore!!! So big and nice to take a long stroll or having a picnic. Great!!!!
Great park to walk around in, snowshoe or cross country ski at in the winter. Spot one of the dozens of semi-wild deer who live here year round
Very nice park where you can easily spend a whole day watching animals and playing outside.
Loved this park! Charming and peaceful. Excellent for walks in the afternoon. Plus you will get to see beautiful deers and birds. Highly recommended for picnics, exercising or relaxing.
Just devastating that the deer population will be KILLED any day now, and at great taxpayer expense, even though solutions have been found to let the deer live out their lives there, and at NO expense to the taxpayer! Shame on Longueuil's mayor, Catherine Fournier for being so heartless.
So much green space. It is like being in a SEPAQ national park. Well not exactly, but close enough, at this distance from the city.
Great place to bring the kids. Also, Good option to do the ski du found as well.
This park is full of serenity and beautiful nature, but wear off if mosquitos like you lol. I love going here and taking pictures of all the wild life!!
Big with lots to do for kids and active adults. Has an outdoor workout circuit and lots of trails and paths for biking or walking or running. The usual kids play areas are nice and big. Sledding in the winter on the hill.
Beautiful park, for winter and summer activities
Lovely atmosphere. You can see deers there
A very nice park, full of life even in the winter. The locals are always out strolling and everyone is friendly, occasionally saying, "hi". We got to see deer off one of the trails, and the birds will land on your hand if you bring them bird seed! Very fun for the whole family.
Great park!
Really nice quiet Park in Longueuil. Very accessible. Lots of Canada Geese and birds!
Fun place for some cross country skiing and not far from Montreal
Very pretty park. It is good for strolling, biking, exercising in groups, and jogging during summer. You can also ski on the slope during Winter. There are security signs in the deeper trails in case of emergency. Occasionally you can catch a glimpse of beautiful deers in the forest.
Great park.... lots of space... and wild life all around... deer all over... ducks and geese too. Mini skii hill for youth or beginners. Free parking and worth the trip to the south shore.
Beautiful place
Quiet and beautifull park but wear some kind of bug repellent product because you will get eaten alive!
It’s one of my favorite parcs loved it so much
Lovely park with enough space and amenities to have a nice picnic.
Nice park to spend time in family !
The snow slide is great here. They got snow maker so even bad weather condition they have enough snow. Good for the kids.
I had a really great time with my family skying there.
Plenty of wild life and nice view. This park has become one of my favorite spots after discovering it.
I walk here every week. Love this place. There's trails going deep in every direction of the city.
Nice place for weekend
Great park. Nice experience with kids. Playground, lakes, animals and bathroom.
Great park, lots of animals, good place to take a nice walk
A very lovely place. If lucky, can see deer on the road.
Super cute park. If you are lucky, you can see deers and other animals.
The parking situation needs to be fixed at this park. This place is an accident waiting to happen.
Lovely place to spend time with family. Much fun for adults amd children.
Love this park.Tranquil paths, wild life, bird watching, deer, small manmade ponds, small recreational area to buy food and drinks, booknook, can rent winter equipment too!(crosscountry skies, skates, tobogans, rackets.
Nice an d quite, a lot of trees, good for cycling or running.
This is a great place to enjoy nature without going too far out of your way. There's usually deer wandering around, ducks in the ponds, and also geese that may or may not mock-attack you to assert their territory.
Amazing place for kids and parents to have fun. You can skate on the snow and the children can roll on specific hills designed for rolling
A park that offers a little of everything you could want in a park: play equipment, ponds, paths, hills, trees, small bistro with ice cream and food, and a ski/sled hill.
Lovely park, it deserves more than 5 stars!
Clean, huge, parking is great! Always a treat to hang out here with family or friends! Will be back!
Great park with several activities in summer and winter time... The lack of parking spaces is the only concern.
Wonderful park, very well maintained. Lots of trails and picnic areas. You can also feed the birds and watch the wildlife. Big like!????????????
Big park, perfect for a run, hike or just to relax. During the summer there's always an activity: Zumba, Marathon etc.
Quite a huge park that kept a lot of it's natural appearance. Trails for on-road as well as off-road hiking. Nice place for relaxing and keeping in touch with nature without being too far from the city.
Beautiful park! Lots of walking trails for a few kilometres. The small lakes are a great and clean spot to stop and enjoy lunch. Few restrooms.
Really cool park in the middle of Longueuil great place to reconnect with nature of you can't get out of the big smoke. We saw deers squirrels woodpeckers... Lovely place
Gorgeous park with great wildlife considering it's in a city.
nice place for cycling and picnic
A very nice park, with a big parking lot, a lots of animals that u can see, in the winter there is a skate ice place and a small hill to go with the sledge or ski for beginers or childrens.
In winter time it's a bautiful park for a walk, to do some winter sports ????????⛸️ love it..
Nice place but it was impossible to seat on the grass and have a picnic because of the amount of dog poo everywhere (...)
This is a great place to enjoy nature without going too far out of your way. There's usually deer wandering around, ducks in the ponds, and also geese that may or may not mock-attack you to assert their territory. Good place to relax as long as you respect the critters.
Nice park
Nice Parc, quite and beautiful place.. you can go with family and friends.. there is an ice-cream and coffee shop also! Parking is free
Very nice parc for riding bicycle, walking through the forest.
Very nice park! Beautiful area around lakes. Deers are really cute!
Excellent park. I really enjoyed a nice walk around the park surrounded by deers, birds ans squirrel.
Great open park that's also perfect for cross country skiing in the winter!
One of the best parks near Montreal. Beautiful landscapes and nice wood trails.
Beautiful park for walking and running. Variety of trails to choose from . Expect to see deer , marmots, and birds galore.
Beautiful park, the trails were well maintained and the dears are so beautiful and unafraid.
Very clean. I love it
A uniquely serene and beautiful green space. A haven from the hurly-burly of suburban life, where deer and the fauna congregate.
Very big park with nature... Deers, Snails, Birds Ducks, Water fountain, Pond
Great park. It's immense and a good way to retreat with the city. It's also a good place to play Pokémon GO.
Large park, well kept, plenty of trails to walk or bike, be on the lookout for deer, geese etc... good place to unwind !!!
An amazing park
Wet be careful if u walk at this time of the year
Great place for a nice walk.
Beautiful park. The view of the mini lakes is particularly breathtaking. There is a nice play area for children as well as a nice hill for winter tobogganing/tubing.
beautiful for a walk or even a bike ride. amazing in the fall and spring season. Definitely worth checking out on a nice Sunday afternoon.
Beautiful park. Great family friendly trail
nice place to hiking and spending the day.. but i don't know the situation during winter
Great place to hike, bike and learn how to take photos. The parc is clean and have a lot of facilities, easy to access. The parking is free. One of the many wonderful park in Quebec.
It was a nice walking experience but bring mud, snow or rain boots as it's very muddy. Social distancing isn't exactly respected so if you're careful, bring a mask. There are currently a whole bunch female deer there to observe. The park forbids feeding them but people were feeding them peanuts directly... that's how tame they are. Birds will equally eat out of your hands if you a) decide not to follow park rules and b) bring seeds.
Really nice place to take a walk. Nature at it's best. The birds will eat out of your hands.
Beautiful park with a big variety of activities. Even outdoor gym areas all year long and sledding in the winter
Beautiful park with many trails and the added bonus is that there are deer and birds all around you which are not shy so they do come close up
Great park with lots of nature value for birders, photographers and families. Ponds and a marsh are home to a variety of wildlife. A big downside is the speed at which bikers travel through the park without announcing themselves. There are several festivities throughout the year with planned family activities.
I love this place! Deers everywhere... long walks! Even better in winter!
Wonderful place to visit with activities all around
Awesome parc.So big. A lot of space and parking. Also, nice walking trails
very nice park in the middle of the city. well maintained all year round. its a good place to go for a walk or do bicycle and relax
Very big park close to Montreal. You can walk, and enjoy friendly deers coming close to you. Also other small animals such raccoon, ducks. Bring birds food also, birds will come to your hand to feed. Very nice place for family and small children.
Big. Place for walking.
Great park but the cost of parking is extortion and it always smells like weed cause people are inconsiderate ????
Nice to take a walk without driving for hours
Beautiful park with a very nice conservation area. Come here to see many species of birds, turtles, frogs, deer, squirrels etc... there is a man made water feature, where you can find geese, a marsh and many paths that are well marked and easy to use that run around that area. There is also a welcome Pavillion with bathrooms, a café and ice cream shop and a kids play area with lots of structures where you enter. Bike, walk or scooter. Parking lot is large and free. However dogs are not permitted.
Nice park with lots of trails to visit. Crowded, but I guess everybody needs to get out in this covid19 era. And it was spring !
A very nice and secure place for kids to slide
Wide spaces and healty vegetation
Nice park to go sliding, indoor tables to eat your lunch. Free ski lessons for kids 5 to 8 yrs old during the weekend. Lots to do! Only downside is that the parking lot is always packed.
An excellent and accessible place on the south shore to spend time outdoors in a wooded area. There's a excellent playground. The walking paths are excellent. Though they become extremely muddy in the fall and spring. It's nice to cycle (though you can only ride in part of it) and it's a great resource in the winter when you want to xc ski for free on a very well maintained tracks. There is also equipment rental in the winter (skis and possibly snow shoes). The Longueuil city website has info on track conditions.
An area of 1,850,000 square meters, Parc Michel-Chartrand is recognized as a regional park. Open 365 days a year, this privileged site includes a conservation area and offers the possibility of practicing many outdoor activities. A fascinating flora and fauna can be discovered in peace and at your own pace. Nearly 20 kilometers of cycle paths, hiking trails, cross-country skiing and an ecological trail crisscross this urban forest
Fun and beautiful place, not so welcoming for runners during winter because of the cross country skiing.
Pretty good park for family gatherings, biking, running and even sledging during winter
Beautiful place ! I recommend for having a good time with your family and friends and lover!
A magic animal kingdom where we can practice our favorite sport into NATURE
Beautiful park!
Nice clean park in the city. Good flat trails to go running.
This park is extremely fun, but at night, there are barely any lights in the paths.
More laid back compare to nearby parks. I wish to go back with my bike to explore more. Made short video in youtube video clips taken during our visit ytc- Mrs Orr
Amazing park, not too big but not too small, usually isn’t too busy and there are many places where kids can play. There is a hill for kids to play in winter and 3 small lakes. A great environment and a good place to take a walk. There is also a community garden on the other side of the park.
Clean. perfect to relax, go read, do a picnic or exercise
Best place for a family visit. You van see the deers inside the trail.
In the winter they make a toboggon hill to slide down. It's great.
I love this park
Wonderful, family-oriented, well-maintained, LARGE park! Snack-bar on the premises - several small lakes, lots of geese & ducks... and deer, deeper in the wooded areas. Lots of benches, picnic tables and toilet facilities! As city-parks go - this one stands out!
Nice and beautiful place.
Beautiful park, not far from Montreal. Enjoyed my day with cute birds and deers running around. It was also easy to find parking.
Free Ski courses for the kids. A great park not far and we cool activities summer and winter.
Not much to see in early spring. Maybe early in the morning the birds and littler animals could be seen.
Awsome place, beautiful landscape and appropriate for any taste, just be careful af mosquitos????
Very nice trails, CLEAN and well maintained, hidden gem not far from Montreal.
Wonderful park to walk, run or cycle or just spot animals. For literally anybody of any age. Plenty of trails to get losr in but never be far from anything. We see geese, ducks and deer regularly. Foxes and raccoons are present but more shy or perhaps plotting shenanigans in a burrow somewhere. Bring seeds and hold them up in your palm along the path and tiny finches will flutter sow from above to feed from your fingers. A magical place right in the city but feels like you are far away. Bathrooms, snack bar, free WiFi, toilets and parking.
Great place for walking and family activities
Very nice place free parking some wild life to see nice place for family barbeque bicycling etc
Nice place for a jogging, meeting a deer family randomly
Love this place it's a similar version of Central Park NYC, nature at its best in the middle of Longueuil,( Longueuil Central Park) the lungs of the city, great to enjoy nature only minutes drive from the metro.
Great for long walks, very quiet and tons of animals
This is a winter wonderland. The paths and sledding hills are so well groomed. Outdoor, publicly accessible fun at its best.
Our first time there. Absolutely beautiful!
Beautiful park with lot of path to walk or cycling. Keep your eyes open you maybe see deers.
The best park for all ages. Kids play ground, ponds with ducks , and also there is a family of Deers that you can catch a glimpse of you are lucky.
This is an amazing place to get out of the city without going far. And it's free! Enjoy!
Nice park for chilling while watching the kids have fun. Has a lot for kids to let loose their energy. I actually had a nap under a tree and forgot to take pictures lol ????
Great place to teach kids about nature With deer and birds and flowers to come it's great
A very nice park to spend time with family
Nice park for families! Indoor cafeteria, bathroom and tables. You can bring your own food.
Nice place to take a stroll in the park or picnic and get some fresh air in a peaceful environment.
Very pretty park right in the middle of a residential area. Nice easy walking trails. Looks like there are a lot of cross-country ski trails. Didn't see any deer, but did see a fox.
Nice family place, with a lot of activities for kids. I give 4 stars even if the I've rink and snow slopes weren't opened. Nice walk in the woods
Very nice place with 3 lakes, good for all ages. A lot of birds, small animals and even deers. Tasty ice cream ???? There are public restrooms and fountains with drinking water.
Great place for gatherings, family picknicks or simply feeding the birds.
Huge park. Lots to do in winter and summer. Cross country skiing, slope for sleighing, ski lessons for kids, great hiking trails, beautiful nature and wild animals.
Peaceful place to take a walk, check out nature. Different trails available for walking/ running and cycling. Large parking lot. Charging station available for EVs. Small park for children. Lake with ducks also.
The best natural and untouched park in Longueuil. It is great for walks, bicycle rides, family outings and picnics. If lucky you will see deer, small snakes, various birds and raccoons.
Great place for walks, free parking available, deers observation, bike paths, well described walk paths, artificial lakes with ducks are available, very good for family and kids, picnic area
Beautiful park to enjoy an afternoon with the family
Wonderful park with a long hike track and beautiful ponds. The local avians come by during seasons that are not winter and you get to see majestic flocks. Winter time brings other activities like slides. During summer festivals: Be careful as the parking lot fills up quick and the streets adjacent to the park do too. You may have to walk quite a bit.
Great clean park with nice people. Easy parking.
Beautiful place to see what nature gives us right in the middle of the city. Everytime we go we are sure to see animals. Turtles, ducks deers ,birds fox ,lets not forget are squirrels lol
Peaceful trails and surrounded by an abundance of wildlife.
Beautiful park, a perfect place to spend some time with your family.
Awesome walking trails. Saw many deer in the woods, turtles, ducks, & geese at the pond
Didn't have time to visit the whole park, just stayed around the playground and park areas. But seems big and a great place to let your kids loose. There was a little too much goose poop though, that made it a bit unpleasant. But that can be washed. Free parking is a great plus too!
Very good place to walk being surrounded by nature, just a little crowded
A great place to see some deer in the woods, play with the kids or walk a romantic path!
Super, excellent for walking, and winter sports.
Nicely tracked classic xc ski trails.
Nice place with easy trails and nice views.

Amazing place to walk around and people visiting this park are so nice.
One of my favourite parks in the area! Good for walking, biking, having fun with little kids and even meditating!
It's a forest with a few paths and a few ponds but nothing else of interest. The parking was good.
Really nice walking trails and lots of wildlife. Had a great evening walk.
Very nice park, a ton of animals and it is free. The longest track can take around 1h walk on and it is always clean and full of nice people.

Excellent place for walk, picnic, tracking, biking, kids playing area and lake for lovely view. Free parking and no entry ticket to parc.
Wonderful peaceful green space in Longueil, very accessible from Montreal island. Nice layout and a lot of trees. Small lakes near the chalet d'acceuil. Small food outlet there. You can even see deer!! Excellent place for long strolls and bike rides.
Excellent family park with services. Winter sledding cross country ski and walking paths. Deers can be seen as well as birds
Beautiful parc for a good walk or picnic with family
Nice place to have fun in winter
Nature with fauna in the middle of the city. The park is 1 850 000 metres squared with many trails. It is a wonderful discovery
It was nice to venture out and get fresh air. I saw chickadees, woodpeckers, squirrels, a deer, garter snakes... and of course people every now and then. Visited last Friday.
As soon as we turned in to park there was a gopher to greet us as well as two deer. Very peaceful, open space beautiful place to walk and be surrounded by nature.
A very large park! There are nice paths for walking, running, or cycling. Or venture into the woods and be on the lookout for deer! Snack vendors available, like an icecream spot that is perfect for the summer. During the winter, you can find people cross country skiing and kids sledding down a hill!
Best park in Sout Shore Montreal!
