It's quaint and no big box stores.

---Downtown Langley, is the "City Center" but it lacks beautification and Landscaping and tree lines especially along industrial sidewalks compare to Walnut Grove area which is Langley and pays same tax. Less vibrant and dull. major banks is not accessible. can see still a lot of homeless & junkies around the area that makes it more less attractive. The City hall is just right there and hope they're gonna do something about it.
