Paid 20$ to take a trip around the museum with a supposed cheesemaker who was obviously reciting a text and couldn't answer any questions about cheeses because he didn't have any knowledge outside of his text. Made about 100g of tasteless "cheddar" that was more akin to cheap bocconcini and turned into a watery paste within two days, then browsed the cramped gift shop that had plenty of sodas, but no blueberry cheese, which is kind of what you'd expect from a cheese shop in Saguenay Lac St-Jean.

It's a bit expensive for a 1 hour visit. I recommend to wait until the children are a little older because during the visit there are long explanations. My son loved the tasting on site!
