Limited displays.

Not sure if the inside access was always restricted or because of "the covids", but we were disappointed to not be able to go inside. However, video tour and the information outside is pretty good but itself.

Joel Cuthbert

Covid has this place on a bit of a low key, not really the full in-depth dig I had hoped for, but alas. More of a nice picnic spot with some neat historical insight available.

Laurie Rodgers

A cool spot to see some mining history. Lots to see here. There's also video tour info a certain parts of this site. Great spot for teaching and learning.

Laura Smit

Great little stop along Highway 66 in Kirkland Lake. We learned a lot and the self guided tour, including QR codes for a YouTube video tour is perfect in a COVID world.

Real mine. Great descriptions.

Just good for some foto ops. If you are passing by in the day time. Well kept free entry. But dont go there looking for any gold. Its a deserted mine. With a self guided tour. U can take some pictures and stop by. No people atleast when i visited and no washrooms so not ur ideal highway stop. But cute nevertheless.

Gaetan Doiron

Nice self guided tour

A nice place to get a sample of different types of rock to teach children about geology. And with the self guided tour you can go at your own pace.

Shannon Hermer Millar
