I accidentally bought tickets for the wrong venue. I realized my error as soon as the tickets were sent to me and contacted beyond van gogh hamilton to ask for help correcting my mistake. They did not care. they told me tickets are non refundable, which I understand, but I made a mistake. I would've thought a reputable company would be understanding especially as I notified them immediately and the tickets were for 1 month from the date of purchase. I have young kids and have had to sacrifice a lot of myself through the covid pandemic and this was the first thing in a long time I decided to do for me. Now I am unable to attend as I cannot get to Hamilton and even if I could my experience would be ruined by this horrible experience with the venue.

It was very well done, with a smooth combination of music, lights, art (photos) and information about Van Gogh. The main attraction was the +30 minute show in the large room, with really cool transitions of his works. One small negative for me is that the music got very loud at times - if you have sensitive hearing, bring some ear plugs. Lastly, enjoyed some nice drinks at the exit - great staff running the counter!

Absolutely loved this event. Small groups were allowed in every 15 minutes. Everyone was well spaced. We took an hour to to slowly go through and at the end of the tour you were not rushed out but could stand and take it all in as long as you wanted. The music that went with it was also good. I highly recommend this.
