The food here is delicious!! The atmosphere is great as well and the employees are always very kind. It's a little more on the expansive side but its worth it! You definitely won't feel you wasted money here.

Lovely staff. Friendly. Polite. Cleaned promptly and thoroughly. Had to wait a couple of minutes for my breakfast, but it was hot and brought to my table. Nice new location with a retro diner feel.

Consistent good food but keep an eye on the person at cash. On a 2 meals for the price of 1, the cashier will still charge for the second meal. She will try to tell you it's taxes. Of course it is. That is why it's 2 for the price of 1.

The restaurant overall is pretty good, nice beyond meat burgers with great taste and not too much char, sweet potato fries and my favorite side but not much variety for sides. The speed of service is pretty slow but I don’t mind waiting for the food. Overall the food and service is good!

Worst a And w on the planet. Rooter is always flat and lacks flavor. Send it back she glares you in the eyes and takes it from the same drink machine. A and w root beer is suppose to be frothy and fresh. These people treat customers like dogs. Take the money without providing good product and then slam the window. You are not indestructible

Meal was cold and Purchased a small gravy and it was only half full. Messaged them to tell them what happened and they made me feel like I was looking for something for free which I was not. Just letting them know that they should pay more attention to what they were passing out in the drive thru. I go to this location once a week and I will take my business to another fast food business from now on. Great owners, poor staff. Hope it will change but won't be going back to find out.

Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. Staff and restaurant is terrific! MUSIC is loud and annoying. Part of A&W's appeal is its connections to great Old rock music. Clientele throughout the day is mostly a generation that would appreciate that, and also a mix of music of various generations. FOOD is better than ever. Only exception is the Root Beer Float.
