Friendly faces all around. Facilities are old, some tools/equipment are broken/inoperable but most still work. The floor in the plasmacar area was veryyy dirty. We were the first batch in the morning so they can't blame that on the shoes of the guests. My son had so much fun in the ball and tube area. It was an ok experience, but we don't have any reason to come back.

Only putting 2 stars because this place is nice for kids, they'll have fun, but it's not a museum at all and there is nothing for parents. It's really lacking infrastructure to make this a nice place where families would go and enjoy a nice outing. Also, it's way too expensive for what it is.

First off: not a museum, but an activity place for young kids with different themed areas. It was well setup and not too crowded on the cold winter Saturday that we visited. Great fun for the kids. Could use more seating for adults near the play areas. I understand they are a business and are there to make money, but don't understand the logic behind charging parents an entry fee. There is nothing for parents to do aside from watching their kids. 2 parents and 1 child cost us $36; which is probably the one reason that would stop us from visiting more often.

Excellent place to bring my child. There are different kind of activities for children to play as adults as police officers, construntion, karaoke, farmers, etc. My child had a lot of fun shopping groceries. Obviously didn't want to leave. The price looks reasonable to me.

From the exterior, it does not seems too inviting. Plain, industrial building. However, once inside, the friendly staff are all smiles and ready and waiting to invite you in. My kid loves this place and often asks to visit. The only reason I have it a 4 star rating is the pricing. Of course you have to pay to get in, but 10$ for each parent? I find that a high price to pay considering you have to accompany your paying child anyways.

Very nice place. We stayed there all day long with my 2 years old. They can milk a cow, pretend to be a cashier, police officer, fireman, mounting a horse, fish, meteorologist, explore a cave... Don't be fooled by the name, it is not a museum. It is pretty much the opposite: kids are running up and down (There are 2 levels), screaming, laughing and they can literally touch everything :) They don't sell food inside but they have picnic tables so don't hesitate to bring your own food

My daughter is 3 1/2 and she really enjoyed this place ! It was very educational she wanted to play the role’s as a police man, Fisher man etc... the owner came up to us and asked us if we were enjoying the place it was very professional. Yes it was 30$ for my daughter and I but it was something different to experience and I didn’t have to chase my kid around and go down slides & worry about her being injured, I would recommend this spot for ages 1 1/2 - 7 ! Also there was always the worker at the cashier present if you had any question etc...

When you load so much you can buy cleaning products and doggies for the poor veterinary practice ... That's it, it's not a place we'll come back to or recommend. Je comprends le concept de jouer avec les enfants mais quand tout a au moins 20 ans, que les salles et divers objets sont crasseux, que le niveau sonore est similaire à celui d’une piste de décollage d’un aéroport et le manque d’information flagrant, ce n’est qu’une aire de jeux fermée et (très) mal entretenue pour un prix exorbitant ($60 pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Quand on charge autant on peut acheter des produits de nettoyage et des toutous pour le pauvre cabinet de vétérinaire... Voilà, ce n’est pas une place où nous reviendrons ou recommanderons.

I didn’t like it that much . The equipment is old and has nothing to go with places like Kidzania. The price is not adequate for this place , there is really nothing special to do . A lot of stuff didn’t work or was broken . Vet clinic is so sad ... super old stuffed toy and nothing more for kids to play . Needs major improvements and renewal of the equipment. Absolutely no any animation... just boring . Not impressed. My company is not a competitor of your place at any point , we do Birthday animations and bouncy house rental and we are located on south shore . I went to your place with my kids for “journée pédagogique “ and i didn’t find it interesting. So there is no strategy behind , i simply compare it to other similar places in the world, maybe you should learn from it .

My kids had fun, and there weren't a lot of other kids. If you're expecting a children's museum like in Boston or Indianapolis, you'll be shocked (it's what we were "used to"). It has a very Quebecois charm, especially the fact that you have to pay cash (no credit cards). The theatrical performances were something I didn't expect and that my kids loved. The bathrooms were clean and the staff helpful and friendly. There is no elevator to the second floor (not great for strollers).

Did not even know this place existed until my wife said we are going. No idea what to expect. However my kid was able to spend 3 plus hours in there with no complaints. This place really caters to kids and designed everything with that in mind. As an adult it was fun to walk around and see the exhibitions while the kids can go all in and touch and play with everything.

Bring your kids there and they won’t want to leave! We’ve had such a great time. There’s 2 floors but you get everything done in about an hour and a half. I would recommend the place for kids up to 6-7 years old. I just think it’s pricey especially if you have more than 1 kid. Other than that there’s a lot to discover there!

My toddler (less than 2) loves this place. He enjoyed a lot, because he can drive on a police car, ambulance, aeroplane. And push buttons. I see kids are happy there. Parents are having fun too. Avec deux enfants ca deviendra cher rapidement alors des forfaits familles ou forfaits deuxième enfant à moitié prix par exemple serait très apprécié pour les familles. Beau centre inspirant et le service à la clientèle est excellent. On a droit à un spectacle karaoke d’astronaute avec casque de pompier :) ... À noter: apportez votre lunch car aucune cafétéria ni resto proche. Une petite section café, jus, sandwichs et collations serait vraiment une bonne idée. Nous y retournerons certainement mais trop cher pour y aller souvent. Des coupons, forfaits ou journées spéciales enfants à 12$ ou adultes gratuits par exemple serait très intéressant pour que ca soit plus accessible aux familles aux revenus moins élevés.

Pour le même prix, on trouvait que c'était petit... jusqu'à ce qu'on découvre le 2ème étage! Plein de belles choses à explorer. Bien fait, TRÈS sécuritaire (la sécurité est vraiment bien pensée, coussins aux bonnes places, portes sécurisée, une clochette pour la porte de sortie qui permet de voir si un petit s'échappe, etc... Vraiment bien fait! (NOTE: je suis analyste en sécurité, j'ai bien tout regardé... :-) )). On peut laisser nos bagages à l'entrée ou les amener avec nous. On peut sortir diner et revenir ensuite, OU manger notre lunch sur place. très pratique. Nous sommes restés de 10h à 14h et les enfants ne voulaient pas partir. Recommandé par maman (40 ans), papa (56 ans) et les deux enfants (4ans et 2ans)! Du plaisir à tout âge!

Plenty of fun skits were presented by the staff as well (in french tho) and all the kids play together nicely ! Dont forget to pack a lunch as its pretty far and in the middle of nowhere in Laval ! If anything else, adults also pay an entrance fee so if you want to play inside with your kid you'll have to pay as well.

Overall, its a fun experience for your young kids of 3 and older. You can go with younger kids, but they might not enjoy it / comprehend whats there as much as a 3 year old. There's a bunch of little staging areas, but many of them dont have much to do, or things are very worn out. The place needs a bit of a makeover. You kid wont see that, but as a parent it shows. The place is also kind of small for the amount of kids it attracts. For example, the grocery store only has 4 carts. So put 10-15 kids in there and you get some that get disappointed. My kid loves the theatre room, but we NEVER had the opportunity to choose a song and have my kid sing, because there is always another kid that will change the song after 2 mins and another that will jump on the mic when your kid goes to put back the music they want. If your kid is hungry, make sure to bring your lunch, there's a few small tables if you are not in a group. They do have dedicated rooms for groups however. So overall, your kid will enjoy themselves, the staff is friendly, but I wish the place looked better and had options for food.

Ok so you're looking for a place that will keep your little one entertained for hours and put a smile on your face at the same time? This is it! Tons of activities and a great staff that's bilingual makes this one of the best places to bring your child for an afternoon of exploring and some parental laughs. They have a grocery store complete with functional cash register. A restaurant, school, vet clinic and all of them with fun activities for the kids to play with. The police car and ambulance are both real, decommissioned vehicles with functioning buttons and lights. There's a lot more including a concert hall with functioning mic, customizable lighting, costumes and of course the kids can select from a wide variety of music from some of their favourite Disney movies or even some kid versions of popular pop music. Trust me folks this place is worth a visit. Oh and for those of you that are baseball fans, there is a batting cage next door. Have fun!

Really great experience for my 2.5 year-old. He enjoyed the hands-on activities and the live pirate show as well as a face painting. It was not packed considering that we went on a cold and rainy Sunday morning. Keep in mind that there is no restaurant or cafeteria, so bring your own lunch. Seating is limited with only 3 picnick tables. Also, there is no elevator to access the second floor, so this could pose an issue for some.

I was very surprised to find that far from a kids fun museum (like the one in Mexico City or Boston), no comparison as this is it is just a two floor gloomy dingy warehouse type of building, not too clean and somewhat boring even for kids. They real life ambulance and officer car are a plus for boys but they are dirty and old. The veterinarian game is full of old plush stuffed animals that are not even inviting to grab. I took my family visiting from the US and they couldn’t pay by credit card; my nephew has asperger syndrome and it is hard to entertain him sometimes, so thank goodness for the ambulance else we would’ve have to stretch the time because there’s not much ado for the entrance fee! Bring your kids there and they won’t want to leave! We’ve had such a great time. There’s 2 floors but you get everything done in about an hour and a half. Went with a daycamp group of approximately thirty 5-6 years old and it was fantastic. Not only is incredibly safe (the doors in the fake kitchen don't close all the way so kids don't get locked in; the corners of the chalk holder on the chalk board were sanded so a kid didn't poke their eye out; etc.) but it's the perfect place for kids to go and explore their creativity. It is rare to find a place with so many activities and unique interactive stations to choose from that both encourages a child's creativity while remaining very safe. I highly recommend it for any class field trip

Very friendly staff, i thought the cost was a bit steep at first, but my kids (3.5&1.5) were busy for almost 5 hours straight! Its also nice to support a local business and encourage family friendly places to go. I’ve been to bigger better children’s museums but i realized in a childs eyes, its all the same. Huge variation of exhibits; i love that the entrance locks safely, giving me peace of mind to let my older child explore at his pace. I went on a non-busy weekday, i can imagine if it was more crowded it would be overwhelming for the littler kids.

The parents were underwhelmed at the setup inside. Price of admission was 40 bucks for two parents, one three year old and a three month old baby. For the parents, it's be a three star place. But my three year old spent 25 mins fishing using magnetic poles and another 25 mins pretending to check out good at the supermarket room so... He would rate it a 5 if he could. All in all, seems to be fun for young kids and that's it. Being your own food and drink as nothing's on sale.

We went there during a weekday and the place was crowded. The place is nice but doesnt follow covid regulations (Older kids werent wearing there masks). Kids are everywhere touching everything ( theres no limited amount of kids per area) , theres no temperature control when you enter , nothing gets disinfectant after a kids use. We were there for about three hours and nothing was disnfected. There is only one big bottle of disnfectant for one big area. There could be so many kids in one small area with lots of adults. I wouldnt go back and wouldnt recommend it

Went there in the long weekend with another family. Not sure if it is because of the vaccine passport, it wasn’t too crowded and we didn’t have to wait in line for tickets. Our kids had a great time there. I didn’t see any staff to clean the equipments though, no kids were wearing masks.

a great museum- kids loved it. unfortunately the staff was super unhelpful. we were visiting from the states and when we wanted to pay they didn't accept anything other then debit or cash. not one credit card was accepted. at this point, my kids were starting to melt down so we tried to settle this as easily as possible. we offered to pay US cash and they said ok- but would not honour the exchange rate. so our bill was $68- canadian and they charged us $68 US, which was about $85 Canadian- was not very happy about it. They need to figure out a more up to date way of paying.

Brought my soon to be 3 year old and had a blast! Couldn't believe how genuinely happy the staff were. There were people working everywhere and they were all so nice, all smiles and very happy to be there. The place was extremely clean and has washrooms on both floors which was super convenient. I thought it would be boring after 30 minutes but we stayed for 2.5 hrs and had to drag the kids out of there. Definitely recommend a visit
