Very intuitive and interesting museum depicting many of Canada's greatest historical battles and the role of the Canadian Forces throughout the decades of war and peace. The place looks like a medieval castle and has that Victorian-era structure just like most of the buildings of the surrounding area. Parking is scarce but it is close to the Sherbrooke metro station. If you ever get a chance to visit the Fusiliers du Mont-Royal Museum and you need to use the bathrooms, just know that I have cleaned them spotless countless times... Notice the flooring, that was cleaned with my own PT clothes. There is almost 0% danger on weekends because of constant fire-pickets. I FRICKEN LOVE BMQ!

It was supposed to be open. It wasn't. Dec 27. No sign outside, no warning on various phone-auto answer messages, nothing on the website. But stated hours on Google map said it was open. Military imprecision.

Excellent visit! Much more than we had expected. The entrance can be hard to find, but if you go the door labeled recruit and ring the bell, they will let you in. We got a guided tour from there.
