Definitely worth a visit if you are in town - it's amazing to consider that this prison was in regular use until 1986. The guides are very knowledgeable and illustrate the history with vivid stories.

It seems to me that the intimate diaries of the detainees, or of the official items which would have belonged to the inmates and convicts would have been more "alive" to discover. The infirmary definitely lacks material and the canteen too. On the other hand, the visit to the dungeon at the bottom is really worth the visit. We can take pictures but not the right to film. I recommend the visit! (Original) En somme, j'ai bien apprécié l'expérience et le tour guidé qui raconte l'histoire, toutefois ça manque de chair à l'os, c'est à dire qu'il n'y a pas suffisamment de matières officielles à voir( sauf les cellules et le cachot) . Il me semble que le journal intime des détenus, ou des items officiels qui auraient appartenus aux incarcérés et aux condamnés aurait été plus " vivant " à découvrir. L'infirmerie manque définitivement de matière et la cantine aussi. Par contre la visite dans le cachot du find fond vaut vraiment la visite. On peut prendre des photos mais pas le droit de filmer . Je recommande la visite!
