A great place to take a break when you're driving down the Gaspésie coast-line on a family roadtrip. They offer guided visits of the lighthouse for a small fee, and the top of the lighthouse offers great views of the surrounding wind turbines. There's also a municipal park right behind the main building with lots of freely-available toys where the kids can play.

(Translated) Hello, I was very happy to visit this lighthouse as we could go inside and climb up to the top which is rather rare these days. The only disappointment was the receptionist who was not very professional. First when checking out she told me that my cc was declined, which worried me a little bit about whether I was a victim of fraud but it wasn't. I think she must have chosen debit over credit. Also after visiting the lighthouse we headed to the museum we were at the entrance when the lady arrived to cavalierly advise us that we cannot visit the museum because we had only paid for the lighthouse visit. She had never told us about it from the start, otherwise it would have been a pleasure for us to pay the costs for both activities. We had seen enough so we left. Marc disappointed visitor. (Original) Bonjour, J’étais très content de visiter ce phare car nous pouvions aller à l’intérieur et monter jusqu’en haut ce qui est plutôt rare de ce temps. Seule déception est la préposée à la réception qui n’était pas très professionnelle. Premièrement lors du paiement elle m’a dit que ma cc était déclinée, ce qui m’a inquiété un peu me demandant si je n’étais victime de fraude mais il n’en était rien. Je pense qu’elle a dû choisir débit au lieu de crédit. De plus après avoir visité le phare nous nous sommes dirigés vers le musée nous étions à l’entrée lorsque la dame est arrivée pour nous avisé de façon cavalière que nous ne pouvons visiter le musée car nous avions payé que pour la visite du phare. Elle nous en avait jamais parlé depuis le début sinon cela nous aurait fait plaisir de défrayer les coûts pour les deux activités. Nous en avions assez vu donc nous sommes partis.
