Outstanding location to learn about the history of Airdrie and Area. I had the wonderful opportunity to spend time with some staff members, while researching locations to search for landmarks. This was a great benefit to my project and a delightful encounter.

Since moving to airdrie I've seen an exceptional. Community I live very close to museum and the Remembrance day display is worth a stop by to pay your respects for our freedoms.

Nobody at the front, no direction on where to go. Two rooms were open, both with people having meetings. Both groups looked at me like I was crazy when I peeked in. Stood there like a moron for a couple minutes in the front entrance and then left.

I love Airdrie, this museum is one the few old buildings still around since I arrived here 19 year ago. We celebrate a lot of events here and the price reasonable. Friendly staff.

Very surprised to see how many exhibits this little museum has on display. We were there for Remembrance Day. They had an outdoor memorial site for people to honour the brave Canadians who sacrificed themselves for peace and freedom. There was also a Remembrance Day special exhibition. We enjoyed a walk in history, seeing old washing machines, old shops, old computer equipment, along with many other things. A good place for families to have a great history lesson.

I love this place. There's so much history that Airdrie residents aren't aware of and the museum strives to avail us of such knowledge. Some great sections for students to learn from and for adults to appreciate. They also have meeting rooms for rent.

On line it said that it was open and every time we go it locked up. I have been promising my kids for weeks now to go and the place is always locked up inside. Very disappointed.
