You will be able to see the feddbacks of real people like you who consume the products and services of Banff Jasper Collection by Pursuit (Museum) near Banff (Canada).
At present the business has a score of 3.8 stars out of 5 and that score has been calculated on 75 reviews.
As you can read, the average score it has is good, and it's based on a large number of reviews, so we can conclude that the score is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to rate when they've done well, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to write reviews when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Museum belongs to the category of Corporate office.
The Colombia icefield tour reservation was disorganized. Otherwise was a good experience. Banff gondola was very good.
Brewster Inc. have the best guided tours around the National Park. Drivers are friendly, transport machines are new and well equipped. You can choose between Bus, Monster Truck , Gondola, Canoe and Boat. Superb and I love it.
Overpriced - bought the package with the "cruise" , gondola and ice fields walk. Gondola was amazing, breath taking view. The cruise was basically just a ride in a boat with nothing spectacular to watch. And then the ice fields walk which is very misleading on the website. You basically stop at a centre and they drive you up the highway for a viewpoint which you can see from the road anyway. Wouldnt recommend either
Great coach and transportation services. Pricing is affordable
Staff was friendly especial to inexperienced Travelers
They have the best driver/tour guide in the Banff-Jasper area.
I just received someone else's tickets via email. This company does not have procedures in place to ensure your privacy, and ignore best practices that would be easy to implement and protect their customers. When I requested that they stop sending me emails with other people's information, the operator ignored my request and replied with a snarky, 'Thanks so much, bye.' Not only was this rude and dismissive, but I am legally allowed to have that request honored.
*BUS LEFT WITHOUT ME* Showed up at 2 on the DOT (Pick up Time) for my bus ride as I was running behind due to a back injury slowing me down in which I was making my way to Banff for a VERY important mandatory follow up appointment, after 15-20 minutes had someone call only to be told the only option was a refund meaning I am now missing my appointment. The money back saved a star. Multiple experiences of poor bus driver/front office etiquette on numerous times as I am a consistent customer and enjoy my rides in the rockies nothing has pushed a compliant until now.
Im not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I've done Brewster tours, their busses to ski destinations, and airport express. They are all very punctual and have never had an unknowledgable guide. It is expensive, but for what you get its worth it.
Great service! No complaints.
After having a few issues with our bookings and customer service, I was put into contact with Heather and she was amazing! She was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. She gave us superior customer service! Without her I don't think we would have had the same experience visiting Banff. Thank you Heather!!
Rather than renting a car we used Brewster transportation to and from the airport to Banff. Very efficient and fast. Buses are clean annd well kept. Our drivers name was Donny and he was extremely helpful and super friendly. We loved his personality and sense of humour.

(Translated) I did business with them to book many of the activities we did during our stay: Banff gondola, open top touring, Columbia icefield skywalk and maligne lake cruise. However, I had taken the time to buy the tickets well in advance and therefore cheaper than if bought at the box office as I understood it. Very high flexibility, meaning that we were able to move ahead or postpone planned activities with the company by a few hours. I recommend!

Dont let your staff wear your PURSUIT brand outside of the work area.We are parked outside of starbucks canmore waiting for my wife. Beside us was a blue subaru with 2 occupants inside ,man in the passenger side opens the door and hit our car ,went inside starbucks like nothing happened. We waited for them to get back and told them he could atleast say sorry ,replies back by saying He dont know what im saying and 'So What are You Going to do about it' .Clearly was not an ambassador of your company. This guy was wearing your brand 'Blue Jacket'Pursuit
Christina and Priscillia were very helpful! Very professional and guided me through a variety of options when trying to decide on dates for our stay. Very knowledgeable about Banff/ Jasper and were very efficient when answering my questions. Happy to have called in , as it resulted in a booking!
Horrible service..bought tickets for Banff gondola and couldnt make it on time as our baby got sick in the morning and the departure was delayed. We called 6 hours ahead to cancel, but the agents did nothing to help. I understand that the amount is non refundable, but I requested to change it to another attraction or hotel stays, but no o e was willing to help. All they did was say NO, NO and NO. Atleast if you say it politely, it would be nicer. Definitely can do better.
It was a great experience. I even got free water from Victoria glaciers
Terrible customer service with Tatum They are scammers and would strongly not recommend.
Just hated !!!! Brewster are so greedy when come to money,,there service suck,do not go there you will regret big time
Worst car service ever. Use the Banff Airporter.
Best ever
There are no words
Our Canadian Rockies Tour used a number of vendors for our various excurions and all exceeded our expectations with regard to quality, punctuality, and level of service. However, Brewster was exceptional in their level of customer service, Cristal in the Elk + Avenue center went WELL BEYOND "the call of duty" to assure that we were accommodated when Brewster was only responsible for a portion of our experience. At one time, she was on 2 phones to facilitate our excursion. She is a true asset to the company!!! We also were impressed with the services provided by Murray Wison and Jono.
My mom, aunt, uncle, and I went through the Canadian Rockies with Brewster Travel tours. My mom has COPD. The drivers, Andre, Tim, and Habib, were amazing with my mom. They each reserved a front seat for easy embarkment/disembarkment. At each stop they got her walker ready for her so that she would not have to worry. The gentlemen were very informative, funny, and kind. I will recommend Brewster Travel tours to everyone.
We took Brewster a number of times on our recent trip to Banff/Lake Louise. We were always late leaving every destination. On our final transfer back to the airport from Lake Louise we were just in time for our flight because we made so many stops and were late leaving every time. The driver never once spoke to the passengers to tell us where the next stop was etc. This was the only driver that did this, otherwise they were okay. When we arrived in Calgary we had to take 3 different Brewster vehicles just to get to our hotel. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone travelling. It is probably less expensive and more convenient to rent a car.
Our driver Tim was wonderful
Had an amazing gondola ride experience
BAD SERVICE!!! I just purchased a round trip bus ticket for 2 adult the other day from Banff to Calgary departing on June 06, 2017 at 8:00 am and returning on June 06, 2017 at 6:30 pm. While on our way back home, we arrive early (6:15 pm) at the pick-up location but unfortunately, around 7:00 pm we didn't see any Brewster bus to pick us up at the said location. So I just made a call to the bus company to know what's going on and she said I already missed the bus. It was scheduled 5:30 pm for last pick-up, the agent advised me to call Banff Airporter to get a ride which Is I have to pay again Great!!! So I called Banff Airporter to find out what's the earliest time for pick-up and the answer is 12 midnight. YAHOO!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!! So far so bad! the next day I went over to the Brewster Company and talk to their Supervisor. I explained the situation and show her the Invoice (ticket) as a proof that the bus supposed to pick us up at 6:30 pm. The only thing she say's to me is SORRY I Need your voucher ticket not the invoice and I can't give you a refund or a discount because, you purchased a discounted ticket. WOW AMAZING!!! I didn't even hear how sorry they are for what happened the other day. I think I just wasted half of my day for this. "How Lucky" well that's life.....This is not my fault anyway, It's the BREWSTER COMPANY ERROR
Friendly drivers!
We just took the Rocky Mountaineer Journey Into the Clouds and the only "dark clouds" we encountered was the Brewster Travel computer system. A true nightmare. After booking multiple side trips through Rocky Mountaineer we received vouchers that had to be exchanged for actual tickets from Brewster. We started doing so in Jaspar and after the two women behind the computer struggled with our order for 20 minutes, they printed out our tickets (8 times). Even with that, the correct "time stamp" didn't print, so they hand-wrote the times for our upcoming trip on the Glacier Adventure, assuring us all would work fine. We got to Glacier Adventure and they said the hand-written tickets weren't sufficient. After the two agents (again) battled with their computer for no less than 15 minutes, they printed our time stamp, which we took and got into line. When boarding time came, the worker scanned our ticket and guess what -- it didn't scan! We had to go back to the counter to the same women, who again fought with the computer as the group behind us left to get on the bus. Finally, they were able to print a ticket that actually worked. Next we went to the Brewster HQ in Banff to make a change to our Gondola ticket, which they were very nice to do, but then struggled to print out time stamp again. After explaining that "there are two systems that don't always agree," they printed our tickets. Guess what? We got to the Gondola ride and the tickets didn't work. Again, had to wait as the agent worked on the computer to print the magic version that would actually work. I don't know what to advise you to do, other than to make sure you have plenty of time set aside to have your tickets printed. Meantime, I pleaded with Brewster to fix their computer system. It was the only dark cloud on an otherwise glorious vacation.
We had a great tour with Brewsters around Banff. Our guide Lauren and driver Jim were extremely helpful , knowledgable and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our day.
Day out in Banff on Monday 5th September 2016. Rick our driver of bus 232 ably assisted by Danni gave us an excellent guided tour of the area and kept us on schedule. Faultless customer service and outstanding value for money. All Brewster staff proved friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
The tour prices are amazing and the activities/tours are really great! However, directions to the locations were very unclear. If you type Banff lake cruise in google, it will direct you to the brewster office in banff downtown. This may make you miss your cruise schedule because the office is a good 15 mins away from the actual cruise location. The directions/actual address should be placed on the ticket so people would know what to do. The brewster website does not have the directions either. It was so frustrating! Plus, the directions to Lake Minewanka are so unclear. No mention that it's the same as the Banff lake Cruise. We almost missed our cruise appointment because of all of this. Also, the scanning of barcodes on the tickets were so inconsistent. Some customer service reps scan the barcodes individually which is great. But some scan the barcodes as one so when our other companions scan theirs, it rejects theirs already. Consistency would be greatly appreciated. There's a reason why the barcodes are unique per ticket.
Beautiful...loved the visit..would come again!
This company is not reasonable nor customer friendly. I had scheduled a trip to go to Banff for the day and the night before the trip the weather conditions turned perilous. The company refused to refund my money or offer a credit. I would discourage anyone from using this company for any future trips.
Horrible company, you pay top dollar for a multi day tour post a cruise ship and you lug your own bags around (from hotels, cruise ships, etc) and they heard you like cattle. The company was late picking our group up and was run by amateurs. Completely disorganized. Would not suggest using them AT ALL.
Wow the views at the top of Sulphur mountain are gorgeous, well with the 8min gondola trip up, we didn't want to hike because the weather can change very quickly. It was sunny then raining all of a sudden. Saw people hiking down in the rain...doesn't look fun. Shoutout to Ana Garcia and Anameeta (not sure of the spelling) for helping us out. Great customer service and added that extra flare to our experience! Thank you!! :)
Had a fantastic day at Spirit Island. Our crew, Stephanie and Arielle were very knowledgeable and described our surroundings very well and explained in detail the history of the island. We had the premium trip which gave us half an hour on the island, plenty of time for photos. Thoroughly recommend this trip.
Very nice place for families to go
While planning our trip before we left, I discovered Brewster Sightseeing online. It was a pleasure to note that they were offering tours to the very things that were on our Bucket List and that I could book tickets and prepay for these excursions in advance, guaranteeing space for us. We used their services for the Glacier Adventure Tour and rode the Terra Truck up onto the ice of Athabasca Glacier. The guide was very friendly and informative and clearly loved his job, driving that huge ice explorer vehicle. The experience on the glacier was marvelous. We also took in the Glacier Skywalk. They provided transportation to and from this glass platform over the Sunwapta Valley. Both of these filled one day. There is no need to have fear of heights there. They also provided the Maligne Lake Cruise out to Spirit Island. This took 90-minutes and was the next day. It was delightful and Spirit Island is breath-taking. Another friendly informative guide/boat captain. We were very pleased with Brewster's Services and I would recommend them to anyone. I would also suggest booking in advance as these tours are quite popular. Dress warmly as it can get quite windy in all three places.
Excellent trip and stuff I think they improved.

If there is an option of 0 star, I would go with that. Terrible service and rude to the customers.
I am currently on the Columbia Glacier Adventure. I can’t help but be distracted due to the attitudes I got from the two different women I talked to this morning in the Centre. Sure, the Icefields are insanely beautiful and the landscape is breathtaking. But, very disappointed in the condescending attitudes of the employees in the visitor Centre. first of all, when you pay for a tour that is educational and new, BY NATURE, people are going to ask questions!!! There is limited signage telling people where to check in for individual tickets (I prebooked). So, I entered the "tour group" check in room and asked them where I should go and they answered with a question, not an answer. She replies with an annoyed tone, asking "are you part of a group tour?" I said “no, I’m by myself and on the ice explorer tour. but I didn’t see any signs, and “tour group” could be referring to the group as a whole going up to the glacier”. She didn't even answer my question, just sat there, so I left the room, then went up to the next random woman who appeared to be taking tickets and asked her the same question. She also answered like I was a complete idiot and annoyed that I was asking. Do you not want people to ask innocent questions? This is a paid tour that I was a part of...it wasn't like I was asking a forest ranger these questions. I was asking the company providing the tour. If you don’t like answering questions, work in a different industry! Or get better signs!!! I’m sick of this park’s rude employees who act like they are too bothered to be interrupted . I am actually writing this from the bus as it’s leaving from the Centre now. Not looking forward to returning. The Centre itself is a nice facility. The driver Bruce was great.
