She was always pleasant, knowledgeable and provided so much useful info that truly made a daunting live load so seemless. Major complements to the BEST moving staff: Robin E.G. Ken Bibek They lovingly and patiently handled, wrapped and loaded 30-40 pieces of very expensive furniture and even helped me attached labels! ALL 4 of this team were TRUE PROFESSIONALS. GREAT moving company! I moved from Brooklyn to NJ and the movers were really friendly and knew what they were doing. They worked fast and the whole thing was done in just a few hours. I didn't know the tolls would be $30 each way and I was freaking out that it costed so much. When I was paying on the phone the woman who worked at Q's was very nice and gave me a discount since I didn't know the expense was so large. I recommend these people for your next move! I'll be using them next time. :)

Best moving experience by far!!! Juan and his guys could not have done a better job. They were on time, friendly, and most importantly- careful with our stuff! Not a single scratch on anything. From start to finish everything was a breeze! They read the labels on our boxes and everything was put in its designated room and were very kind about moving things around when I was being indecisive. I didn't have to lift a finger. I also have dogs and one of the first things they did was introduce themselves to my pups so they wouldn't be as stressed about strangers. *Bonus* they wore protective gear the entire time!

So my rating is as authentic as it comes. I had 2 closings in one day. Move out of my house before the first closing at 1p and then move into new house after second closing that was at 3:30p. The morning of they came late due to morning traffic and the 9am start had me so nervous for my 3 bedroom house being loaded before the closing. Fortunately I had Albert, Anthony, Andrew, Ray, Wallace and Hector which I’ll say has to be the Dream team of movers. As they showed up each introduced themselves and got to it. Fast, efficient, cautious, and concern was all they sent my way. Had everything loaded and on the move an hour ahead of the closing Wow! Then off to the new home. Due to closing discrepancies and the god awful weather I didn’t get to the new home till 6:30p. Like I said, The Dream Team of movers got work as I arrived with the keys. They were out and had there trucks on the road by 8:30p. 2 hours!!!!! And in that time they placed all boxes in there appropriate location, furniture put together, and put it in the decided spots! I was beyond impressed at what this crew did and I guess you can say it’s no surprise had you spoken to the owner John Q prior to the move. I was told countless times not to worry and that he understands how I felt. Now normally I would say that he was just talking the talk, but with the crew and service he sent me they all certainly walked the walk! And there pricing blew away all the the other places I had quoted so it was the perfect way to make this experience it’s best. I am telling anyone if they read this far into my review this is the moment you stop reading and contact Q’s and I can promise you won’t be disappointed. Can’t stress enough

I know my words will not do justice, but I have to express my gratitude. I called Q's with a one day advance notice for a move. One of the last steps in our long journey of moving. The lady who answered was very kind, professional and accommodating. The crew showed up on time and at my storage unit ready for the day ahead. I was introduced to Alberto, Andrew, Hector, and T. Woods. They were full of energy and ready to work. They explained everything to me and began loading the truck. A few hours into our day, we had a problem. Alberto brought to my attention that all of my belongings were covered in mold from the unit. They felt so bad and were so empathetic. When I tell you that these guys went above and beyond for me, I am not exaggerating. Alberto spoke to the guy at Public Storage, they drove back to my house, back to storage, and back to my house again trying to figure out the best way to handle this huge situation. On the verge of me loosing my s$&t, they did everything they could to help me, calm me down, and make a plan. The loaded and unloaded the truck. The moved some stuff into my home while examining every item and leaving the molded items outside. They helped me call a dumpster and even helped dispose of some of my stuff. They had the safety of me and my family- even my dog at heart. It was a stressful day to say the least, but without them, I wouldn't have got anything done. I am so grateful for them and strongly encourage anyone and everyone to use them for their next move. They are my angels.

Easiest move we've ever had to make! The owner, Tony, was pleasant, informative and very nice on the phone. He doesn't even take payment until the job is done! That's a quality company with high regard for one's integrity! On the day of the move, he kept in touch with us and updated us on the time the 2 movers would arrive. Andrew & Steve, the movers, were 2 of the nicest guys around...very efficient, knew exactly how to pack a moving truck, and were very careful with all of our belongings. They really went the extra mile and were just as pleasant as Tony! Honestly, we'll never use another moving company...we're Q's all the way!!!

They packed, organized and loaded a wide assortment of household items in NJ and transported everything to a storage facility in CT. Terrence’s of organizing my 10X15 & 10X 10 storage units was a work of art, he skillfully put 10lbs of stuff in 5lbs pound spaces. I would recommend Q’s services to friends and use again.

Very rude and unprofessional movers. They dented my wall during the wall and did not apologize in person Not only are they rude, they are reckless with moving. When I point out the dented wall, one guy started yelling at me saying I was condescending. He stopped unpacking to argue. At the end, they decided to sit in the car to smoking for 10 minutes while the timer went on to bill me for the moving time. They did not remove the trash and billed me for things in addition to tape which they had not mentioned at the beginning of the move. This is clearly not a professional mover company. So many things went wrong. Save yourself the trouble and find another moving company.

The team headed by Errol also included Jose and Jose and they all took great care to wrap our furniture in blankets covered by shrink wrap to keep everything dry on a rainy day. They were nice to work with and they operated like a well oiled machine. Before they left I told them that I have another move in about a month and I'd like them to do that job too.

We moved from our five bedroom home after 23 years! I called Q’s Moving and spoke with Demetra; she told me what to expect, and that’s exactly what we got. Sean, Tony, Ben& Jose did a great job packing, caring for, moving and putting into place all of our belongings. It was a long day, moving to a neighborhood an hour and a half away (it actually took 2+!!). These fellows were professional, courteous and always cheerful and grateful!! We are so happy we went with Q’s!!! You should too!

Overall my experience with Q's was a great one. The workers were on time and did not take too many breaks. They came and did what they were supposed to do from start to finish. They ALL took their time wrapping everything and ensuring it would not be damaged. The foreman helped keep everyone on track as to make it as stress free for us as possible. I shopped around with other moving companies but found their estimates to be too low and likely to get slammed for a higher cost once the move was over. Q gave me a not to exceed rate of 25% above the estimate....which we hit. They came two days early to wrap the furniture in preparation for the move but that was at an additional cost which helped me hit that cap. The only issue was that the crew foreman hit me up at the kitchen table for more money then i originally tipped. I literally had to go upstairs and dig for money to give him as he sat there counting the tip. Anyone I've ever asked said a tip to a mover is 30-50 a guy. I provided a tip of 10% of the final bill which was 15% of the originally quoted price. He proceeded to explain to me that I give 20% at a restaurant why wouldn't I give that to him. And I replied that he wasn't making $3/hr and was being paid a wage that a tip was an added bonus. All in all I would recommend Q! Update - I would like to add that the owner John is a stand up guy. He reached out to me and rectified the issues I had. That alone speaks volume to the kind of business this is as the owner takes absolute pride in his company from start to finish. You may find cheaper companies out there but the reviews speak for themselves. I don't think it would be worth saving a few hundred dollars to use someone else....or end up with a huge difference in the price when it's too late.

Alberto, Andrew, Hector, and EG helped us finish boxing up all our stuff, because we were very unprepared. Right from the start in speaking with Demetra, the entire process was fluid. Her price quote was accurate. The movers, Andrew, Ray and Basil, arrived on time. The job required relocating some pieces of furniture within the house. However there was one piece ( see photos) that was big and bulky and caused my family concern. The movers wrapped the unit and with expertise were able to move it from the first floor to the second without difficulty. I strongly recommend that you contact this company.

Moving company review - I am WAY overdue to do this review. And honestly shame on me. Because had I had a bad experience I'm pretty sure you'd all have heard about it already. But I promised this guys I'd do it, so here I am, 4 months late to it, but at it! Q's Moving Corp came referred by a friend and after several facetime interviews (COVID) with different companies, and after speaking with Tom from Q's, we chose to go with them. I moved before and all my experiences - and my friends - have always been terrible. Between broken items, to forgotten ones, to late crews, to you know... you name it. Q's is a family owned company. I personally spoke with the owner and daughter, so I believed when they said that they cared about my experience. Our move was based on a life game of jenga where we had to sell to buy and as any transaction involving 3 different parties would be complex, we were now talking about 3 different families with children. We had to change our move date a solid 5-6 times all within the last 2 weeks prior to moving out/in. We went from moving out and storing for a week, to moving out one day and in a few days late, to moving in the next day, to actually doing it ALL in one day. Tom was such a calm during the storm to deal with, always reassuring me that they were here for us and that this things just happen. "Don't apologize". MOVE DAY!!! Crew showed up on time. Helped pack so much stuff - I was sure I had packed it all - was polite, kind to me, to my apartment, to my new home, to my dog, worked HARD - they left my house after 11 PM!-, cleaned up after themselves, took furniture carefully apart, put all furnitures back up together, correctly and without damaging it ( honestly they put my son's bunkbed together better then Pottery Barn did from day one. All squeaks stopped after the move). On top of it all, I have not yet found a crack, a broken glass, a damaged piece of furniture. Believe it or not. Feel free to use them or not. Ask for Tom if you do. And feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. I believe we found our forever home, so I'm not giving this review for a future discount! lol And I hope I can do better at praising people cause the Lord knows I'm GREAT at complaining.... They moved extremely slow and took 8 hours to move us from a 1 bedroom apartment. We did not even take all the furniture with us, we left nehind the dresser and the dinning buffet. Would not recommend their services to anyone. Stay away! Look for another company, this one is going to rip you off.

I moved from Long Island to Virginia on May 10th, 2020. Tom and Jeremy came and loaded the truck the day before. They were both very professional and courteous during the move, GREAT GUYS ! The following day they drove down for the move in and were punctual and provided excellent service. The manager Andrew was excellent and professional during the process, really nice guy. My family has used Q Moving several times and thats why I chose them, they are honest, upfront and no hidden charges. Doing business straight forward and trust is rare these days. OMG Q's moving is the absolute best. Had 4 guys come and load up a shipping container for me this morning. Mind you it had no ramp or ladder. Those guys had my furniture and boxes wrapped up and loaded in less than 2 hours. Plus the moved some furniture I was disposing of to the dumpster for me. Most people hate moving but I actually don't mind it because of Q's Moving Corp. The company was prompt in explaining the different rates to me and helping me find the best option. They followed up with me and set expectations. The crew was very efficient and wrapped all of my material really well. They moved around very fast and were so personable. While exiting my home I had 3 people ask me for their contact info. Once we arrived to my new apartment everything was unloaded and set up as fast as it was taken away. I love my new home and couldn't have made the transition as seamless without the help of this company! I would recommend it to anyone!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MOVING COMPANY! Every single item they transported (only 12 blocks by the way!!) is scratched, chipped, dented, or broken. Every single drawer in my bed and dressers are broken from them yanking them out and then shoving them back incorrectly on the tracks. My child’s crib was put back together incorrectly leaving a huge hole on one side. There are paint scuffs and dents on my tv unit and dressers because they didn’t wrap them correctly. They scuffed my newly painted walls. They took 4 breaks and took 7 hours to complete a job that should have taken 3 hours. Like i said we literally moved 12 blocks away but could not move our large furniture on our own. When i called to leave a complaint i got no answer. this was the beginning of January 2022.

Since they did such a great job with everything being packed and moved with no breakage or damaged, I decided to use them again for my Florida move. We had a great experience with Q's Moving. Errol showed up with his team on schedule and was ready to help pack our two 16' PODS. He was professional and courteous, extremely hard working and obviously had years of experience in packing and loading a container. Errol scoped out the project quickly, came up with his game plan and asked me if there were any other items he had missed. The entire team was neat and clean, respectful of not damaging anything and fun to have working on our move. There was virtually no down time except for a brief 20 minute lunch break which was well deserved. Communication was easy and uncomplicated with Qmoving company. On the day of the move the crew worked fast and efficiently, while also being careful not to damage our items. I can speak first hand that this is an honest company!!! On the day of the move I took out money from the bank and the teller gave me an extra $1000 dollars than what I had requested and kept it in an envelope. In the rush and hecticness of the day I never even looked at the bank receipt. After the moving crew was done I paid the crew with tip with the cash that was in the envelope. About an hour later I got a call from one of the employees asking me how much I was tipping the crew. After looking on my phone and seeing how much I actually withdrew I realized I had mistakingly given them an extra $1000 more than I intended. They said no worries and they even came to my house to give me the cash. They saved me from a lot of headache and of course the money that some other companies would have just kept for themselves.

I am amending this review now that the containers have been delivered and unpacked I realized that when the told me that nothimg would shift and the way that they used rope to secure items were not enough. I found boxes had shifted and fallen and spilled on the floor. One small table was not supported correctly and a piece of wood split off and the top came off. This piece was my Grandmother's and very old. I had told them I had ratchet straps and I didn't realize that they didnt use them to hold items. Items and boxes had shifted in the back(door) quarter of each pod. Some items were put on top loosely and again I was told that they would stay - my concern that I voiced to the crew was the pods were going from NY to FL and I was assured by the crew that it would all ne fine. This is the first long distance move I have ever made and first time of using a moving company so I guess I was too trusting. I used Q's moving to fill the containers from 1-800-PackRat and I couldn't be more pleased. They arrived on time and worked as a team so seamlessly it was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about them. The three (four on one day) gentlemen were pleasant, professional and respectful of my belongings and answered all my questions and made me laugh. They are extremely trustworthy. From the office I worked with Demetra who answered all my questions including when I called from a store as to what kind of rope I should buy. They all made the whole three days less stressful(I had to have each container delivered on a different day). I highly recommend this moving company whether you are using them for moving or for loading containers like I did(the containers are being stored). You will be completely satisfied.

Thank you to Q’s Moving for making an impossible move possible. Not only were they professional but also courteous. A great team led by Tom and his crew Ozzy, Jermaine and Basil, they were able to get all of the heavy and bulky furniture out of my second floor apartment. For the furniture they were unable to get down the stairs, they used a lift and two ladders to scale the side of my house (like Spider-Man) to remove it out of the 2nd floor balcony that also had a canopy. You can't imagine how difficult this was but they did it seamlessly, without breaking anything. Everything was delivered to my new house and put together as if it were never taken apart. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of moving. I highly recommend them.
