The move started off well until they got comfortable and started going through our things to pack and asking if they could have some of the things and if we were taking them. They ended up eating our food and stealing jewelry out of a room that NOTHING was supposed to be touched or packed. I called the company afterwards and they just said to make a police report and that they could do nothing about it...we had days before our flight out. They’re an untrustworthy company and if you have them packing up your things; watch them like a hawk.

This company deserves zero stars. The same crew delivered and ‘unpacked’ our UB and HHG two days apart. The UB was first, and the crew was fine, despite their BS story of saying they weren’t allowed to unpack anything, just bring it into one room then leave. It wasn’t much, so no big deal. Two days later they came back with our HHG, exact same crew, and were horrible! They didn’t bring their own food or water and expected us to provide for them. I no longer do that because it’s gone to waste the last 3 PCS’s and it’s not required. One crew member spoke English but the head one didn’t...yet he was doing paperwork and calling out wrong numbers. This crew stole food from our kitchen, complained constantly about having to work, told me they didn’t have tools to reassemble furniture when 10 minutes earlier they told my husband they couldn’t reassemble anything because of liability issues. When tools magically appeared after a call to TMO, they turned very nasty towards me. The lead guy constantly bullied the others and tried doing the same with my husband. In spite of having signs posted in 2 languages and directional arrows for placement of things, they still put boxes on the main floor living room instead of upstairs or in the basement where they were told. Around 1700, even more whining happened and only 2 pieces of furniture had been assembled, out of 4 items....our bed. The futon and sofa table in the basement were still in pieces as two guys were on another smoke break, the English speaker was having a temper tantrum about working past 5 (they arrived around 11), and the lead was pestering me to sign all the paperwork while my husband was in the basement assembling furniture. We found out later after they left that some items unpacked were now missing, in addition to them taking our dinner. This explains why they were in such a hurry to leave. Living off base means military families get stuck with the crews who can’t pass criminal background checks to get on base...so companies such as this send the thieves they hire to our homes. In 23 years of service, this has been the absolute worst crew by far. Do NOT use this company.

Friends of ours who PCS-ed from Germany to Korea had many boxes of valuable items missing in HHG, including Army coins earned from years of service and family photos, suspected to be stolen. American military families who live off base don't have the protection of on base security which requires screening for access, and this company seems to take great advantage of it.

I had to move all of my belongings in Wroclaw, Poland from one apartment into storage for approximately 6 months. They did pack everything with perfect care, stored it safely and transported the goods back to the new apartment. Everything was perfectly smooth, and I would 100% recommend. Communication is great with these people.

My move out of Germany was hands down the worst I've ever experienced. They packed their own trash and excess packing materials and shipped them with my household goods at the government's expense. Not one of my boxes were labelled correctly. Most of my goods were not marked with the required inventory tags. More than half of my household goods, while inventoried during pack up, were not listed on the documents received by the delivering company. Absolutely nothing about this move was correct. Avoid at all costs.

I had read the reviews after we were notified that Gosselin would be delivering our HHG and was less than thrilled with some of the issues mentioned. However, we experienced great communication from Denise prior to our moving day. Ali and his team of movers were professional, efficient and friendly. Hard working team and overall we were very pleased with everything.

So many broken and stolen items after this company packed our home goods in Ramstein, Germany to be shipped back to the states. Their lead packer was great, but the guys below him proved to be untrustworthy. They need to screen their workers better before allow them to work with military families.

Terrible company to work with, I can't believe the military is still using them. Continued to ask me if they could take some of my things, ended up stealing two of my most expensive watches. They act like they are friends but they split up throughout your house and start going through all your stuff that was already packed up. Terrible company

Absolutely terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. They are not willing to work with customers on their issues if it is past 24 hours, regardless of holidays and weekends. Caused severe damage to my house and they are refusing to assist. Overall horrible experience, i wish there was an option for 0 stars.

Unfortunately, these experiences were catastrophic. 1) Water damage to household items from damaged truck tarpaulin. 2) Household items destroyed by improper loading and unloading. 3) Very high loss due to lost household items. The move boxes stood unsecured in the company's warehouse for several weeks. Thus freely accessible! The damage is around 4,000 euros. We do not recommend this company to anyone who values their personal belongings! (Original) Wir sind 2020 mit Gosselin aus dem Aussland nach Deutschland zurück gezogen. Leider waren diese Erfahrungen katastophal. 1) Wasserschäden am Hausrat durch beschädigte LKW Plane. 2) Hausrat zerstört durch unsachgemäße Be- und Entladung. 3) Sehr hoher Verlust durch abhandengekommenen Hausrat. Die Unzugskartons standen ungesichert für mehrere Wochen im Lager des Unternehmens. Somit frei zugänglich! Der Schaden liegt bei ca. 4.000 Euro. Wir empfehlen diese Firma niemandem der seine persönlichen Sachen wertschätzt!

I had six oil paintings in my shipment from Belgium. I specifically instructed the crew lead to pack them in boxes designed to hold pictures and to pack each separately. The jerks packed them together in with my kitchen utensils and spices. They didn’t pack the box properly or label it properly and the top was crushed. My paintings did not fare well. They also completely disassembled my furniture, packed the legs, screws and other hardware, and shelves in various boxes, unlabeled making it impossible for the moving company who delivered at this end to assemble the furniture without emptying and unpacking every one of my 250 boxes. Why this company is still being hired is beyond me. They may be cheap but you get what you pay for. If you want your items delivered safely then choose a more professional company.

They dragged some of the furniture on the concrete. Also never came back to pick up the wrapping and empty boxes, I made 3 appointments for it and they never showed.

This company packed for us in Kaiserslautern a few years back and there was no breakage on the US side so we requested them again for Ramstein and our 2nd return to the US. I would have been able to give them 5 stars if one person hadn't been absolutely careless with our things. I will say, this one packer was the only one I couldn't watch as we had a big house and I dealt with 6 packers on that day. I will add that we pre-packed most of our things in bins and tupper boxes. Several Gosselin boxes "exploded" with the contents carelessly thrown in on the US side. Again, this was only one man that worked by his grumpy self. He taped together expensive PC monitors that are now unusable with their screen sides buldged in. Boxes with precious books were not filled correctly and most of them look like trash now. I am very disappointed. They failed to take the feet off our couches and work bench so the flimsy plastic broke off. These are all things that are not replaced by the military. The rest of the crew was fantastic and hard working. As I said before, I would give them 5 stars if not for that bad apple and these other minor mishaps.

The primary household goods shipment was great and arrived fine. the unaccompanied baggage shipment was atrocious, hence the 1 star. It was a small amount of items, but the crew complained the whole time. When it was brought back to the warehouse, the company decided to open all but one box, and dumped the items into the crates without any protection. We discovered this when it arrived at our next location full of mold and bugs, and only one box in the crates. This was the most unprofessional way to handle a move from a "professional" company responsible for so many moves. While the one shipment was great, due to the complete poor decision making, I would highly recommend avoiding Gosselin at all costs.

We got a really good group of guys! They are from Latvia. They were kind and honest even down to the kids piggy banks. We had a few items I asked to be specially boxed and they made it happen. We watched them nail and crate everything. We all counted boxes together and they called the numbers out as they went on the truck. And they secured it while we watched. So far, it has been great. Kudos to our Latvian team! You guys rock!!

We just received our HHG (Germany-Colorado) and could not be happier with the outcome! Not a single thing is damaged/missing. Huge shout out to the group of Polish men who packed our belongings. They were very well organized, polite, fast and efficient at the same time! They took care of our stuff like it was their own e.g. we didn't have the original box for our TV so they made sure to pack it very securely with materials the company provided... the TV got here without a single scratch and is fully functioning! The movers in Colorado also commented that it doesn't happen very often to see crates and boxes inside secured that good! Thank you so much for making this experience stress free! We are forever grateful for the care the movers invested in our personal belongings.
