Ordered a piece of furniture from Walmart on Dec 27th, with an expected delivery date of Jan 14th. The order processed on Jan 6th and made it to the Woodstock warehouse by Jan 11th. I thought all was looking good for it to be delivered on time, but was obviously mistaken. It's now the 18th and my package has been sitting in the warehouse for a week now with no updated ETA for delivery. Walmart can't help because it's in the hands of Day and Ross. Customer service however is very nice and helpful. They emailed the warehouse to rush my shipment out as it was a week late and kept me updated.

My shipment did not arrive on the day Home Depot told me it would. So I contacted them for the waybill/tracking number. When they told me it was on delivery with Day and Ross, I cringed... So now it seems my shipment will not arrive for at least a week!!! This company has been BAD NEWS since I worked in the industry in the 1990's - some things just never change. I couldn't get a straight answer from D&R why my 2skd, 1500lb shipment would go from Ancaster, to Bolton, to Mississauga, now to Woodstock for processing, before it can be delivered to me in Haldimand/Norfolk???? Buyer Beware! Check who your carrier will be before you ship.

You have one job and you are terrible at it. Ordered from Home Depot. They delivered it to an address across town. Called to ask them what happened and they responded "we delivered the item [to the wrong address] it's not our problem anymore."

I do not recommend this company to anyone they are nothing but liers I'm expecting a delivery supposed to be delivered on Friday nothing showed they called me saying my delivery will be sent on Saturday still same thing nothing has showed up and frustrating part is I took a day off of work because they insured me I will receive my order on Saturday they have made me lose a day of work and money especially with what's going on around the world every dollar counts shame on Day & Ross

Unfortunately my experience has been awful with this company. I really hope that Costco reconsiders using another company for their deliveries. I placed an order on Costco.ca. Costco prepared my order and shipped it right away! I received my tracking number and order was suppose to be received within a few days. I tracked my package and it showed out for delivery. Then when no package was recieved so I looked back online and it showed that the package was back at the location scan in Woodstock. I called the customer service number for Day & Ross and though they were pleasant on the phone, NO one was able to give me any answers. I was told that their truck broke down and now they're looking for my package. I was suppose to receive a callback from 3 different agents and no one has called me back. I have to keep calling and I keep getting the same answer, which is no answer. No one knows! I'm beyond frustrated with this experience. It seems like once the truck broke down, the packages on the truck were just left there instead of being put back on another truck... Or does this company only have 1 delivery truck?

If I could give minus stars I would... This delivery company is a joke... After receiving a call and making arrangement for delivery, truck never showed up for delivery... that was two days ago... I made two phone calls and left messages but no response... Sent two e-mails and received generic response... Still waiting for delivery truck...If you're ordering and buying from Lowe's you will probably stuck with this comedy of company called Day & Ross and your delivery date will look like one night stand: "close your eyes and hope for the best"....

I am absolutely disgusted with my delivery experience. I ordered through Walmart got a phone call that my order would be received on July 28th between 9-5. I was told I would be called an hour before delivery. I did not get a call or deliver on July 28th. On July 29th I walk out my door at 7pm to put garbage out for pick up and there at the END of my driveway is my delivery. Two boxes totaling 150lbs sitting at the end of my driveway where I could not even see them from my front door. No phone call. No ringing of the door bell. Just dropped like they were 150lbs of trash!

HORRIBLE customer service with the exception of "Jessie" at the customer service line who tried to help me out. THE BAD REVIEWS are 1000% percent CORRECT. Left $1700 mattress set OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN, SIGNED FOR BY UNKNOWN NEIGHBOR!!!! Bought a $1700+ mattress and box spring set off of TSC. Waited weeks for delivery and then finally got a call to schedule an appointment for drop off. Called Monday spoke to Jesse - told her available after 2pm due to DRIVING MY SISTER TO WORK 30+ mins away for 130pm. She said no problem and put a note in Come WEDNESDAY I get a call + voicemail left from a "driver" Tony + unknown female telling me they will be there within the hour - I remind them about the note stating I will not be home. He continues to rant about how he has deliveries elsewhere and will drop it in front, or with a neighbor which i reply NO YOU CANNOT. I made other arrangements with Jessie at customer service to drop off next morning while I am home To my surprise there is the boxspring and mattress sitting up against my neigbors car, getting rained on and now stained from the dirty mattress bag that had holes in it, getting wet and dirty. Had to bring in this set with my kind neighbor. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE RUDE RUDE DELIVERY DRIVERS. AVOID AT ALL COST - TONY I HOPE THEY SEND YOU TO COME PICK THIS SET UP. :) RETURNING AND REBUYING - guess youll have to deliver it again after you pick this up.

If I could give a lower rating I would. The head office/main phone number has been somewhat helpful but the local Woodstock Depot is atrocious. Someone called more than 2 weeks ago to “book my delivery” but I missed their call by 5 minutes. I have since called back daily, leaving a message with the only contact number I have every other day and have had no response. My package has been there since April 8th. Apparently now they have lost it. But since no one from the company ever follows up with me I just sit here not knowing what’s going on.

Waited on phone for 50 min. on hold, with no response. Called next day ..waited 15 minutes again with customer support until it became obvious they do not have any customer support. Not a good way to run a business.

Horrible service my package is over a week delay I had to call them to locate it to be told it wasn't even scanned in system. Then they asked me for a description. Of my item said they would have to look for it and it will probably take another week to get it . Worse company ever

I would give them negative stars if possible! I do not know why any retailer would use this company to deliver products as they are terrible. I have had issues before with deliveries from Home Depot. But today takes the cake. They call to book today for delivery. They tell me I have to be home to sign for it. Yet they can only give me 9am to 5:00pm as a window - with nothing more specific. So I booked today off work to be home to get it. I call to get an update as I have not heard anything all day. I am told the driver attempted delivery but no one was home! What a lie!! No tire tracks out front - no one came. Not to mention I live in the country and would hear a truck driving up - I always do. Customer service tells me my package is back in Woodstock and that I will need to wait for them to call me to rebook another delivery day! And again, I will need to be home in order to receive it. Worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE if you have the choice!

Ordered some stuff from home depot that was shipped from the states using Day and Ross. It said because of the weight of the items it would be dropped curbside. The delivery guy parked on the road and used a pump cart to get my 230lb generator I ordered right up to my front door even with 3 cars in the driveway. Very happy i didn't have to bring this to my front door myself. The tracking on their website was very accurate. This was my first time dealing with this company and I am very pleased.

This warehouse apparently handles deliveries to London. They have had my package for 4 days, deleted the tracking number from their system, then rescanned it after I called multiple times to customer service. I still have not recieved a phone call or email after having my issue escalated to the "Warehouse Management Team". My delivery is now estimated 4 days later than when it first arrived in Woodstock. Customer service can only do so much. Apparently customer service can only email the warehouse, not call them. As someone else said in another review, when you order something, check who delivers.

Need fright or merchandise moved? Look elsewhere!! DO NOT utilize this carrier for any reason what so ever. Their customer service is non existent, their tracking is useless. Look elsewhere.
