If I could give zero stars, I would. All we needed was for them to pick up a damaged vanity we had purchased. To start, we were going out of town so I called ahead of time and left an alternate number to call between those dates if the pickup would be while we were gone. They ignored this and just called the original number on file, giving a 10 minute warning on a Tuesday that they would be there. A little unfair since most people would be at work anyways. Then when we got back I heard my missed messages and called to reschedule and was told my pickup would be the following Monday and they would call Friday with the specific time. After not getting a call, I called them again first thing Monday morning to find out that they actually weren't coming and they couldn't fit it on the truck. I was told they might be able to do Tuesday, which didn't work for us. I called a few friends and found something that could be at our house Tuesday for the pickup, and called back to let them know. I dealt with Ryan in the warehouse and I found him to be extremely rude and degrading. He was talking down to me the entire time and was not making any effort to schedule a new appointment. Trust me when I say to avoid this company. I never give Google reviews because I've worked in the service industry and I know people can be terrible, but I can't let this service go. They need to really work on their customer service, and perhaps consider a personel change (at least for who deals with the public, because that is who is the face of the company). I'll update if our vanity ever gets picked up.
