Where can I start? From start to finish Visor Guys made sure everything was taken care of. From the time they showed up, till the very end. They paid attention to detail. They wrapped all my furniture and fragile belongings to avoid damage, and made sure that everything was moved in a timely manner. I’ve dealt with many moving companies, they don’t take the same precautions as Visor Guys. These guys truly care about their customers and about their quality of service. Thank you very much

They were literally the best moving experience ever. They showed up right on time with 8 guys (I have a lot of stuff) trucks, trailer, moving blankets and wrap and got to work right away. It was incredible how fast and professional they were. I never worried about my walls being dented or things getting broken because everything was handled with care and/or wrapped with moving blankets. I liked the way they checked in and made sure I was happy the whole time. They took everything apart and put it all back together on the other side. It was the most painless moving experience of my life and not only that, but their quote was better than the other moving companies I sought out! I cannot recommend these guys enough.

First initial contact was quick, to the point and exactly what I hoped for. However after we hung up, I did as I was requested and sent my personal information (email, locations of pick ups, ect) and didn’t hear back for about a day so. I sent another text, to request the confirmation they received the first msg and got a response that I’d receive an email with the details outlined for the next weekend move on the Tuesday before. Tuesday came and left with receiving nothing. So, by Thursday morning I sent another msg asking what the plan was to be since I didn’t get the email yet, and again, no response until Friday morning. I got a call after I sent another msg stating I would be renting a truck and doing it myself if I don’t hear back within a couple of hours, I picked up (because it was right after I sent the msg so phone was in my hand still) and they hung up… so I took that as my answer and I booked a truck for the next morning. I get a msg a little after 3pm Friday to set up the plans… the move was supposed to happen at 9-9:30am the next morning, at that point I had zero trust they would even show up. So my SO and I (I’m 32 weeks pregnant also) moved ourselves, so yeah not the move I was expecting to have. Very disappointing..

Although the key was obtained at the end of the business day and the weather created a couple of challenges they were on time and done by early evening. They accommodated all of our requests.
