Good experience overall, mover communicated with me the entire day regarding delays outside of their control and provided an extra mover to assist at no extra charge to apologize for the inconvenience. I had an emergency move-in for my mother to an assisted living facility, they had no problem setting up the move for the day after Christmas. Joe and his crew did a great job. I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends. The called to let me know they would be a little late, and 15 minutes before they arrived they called again. I have lots of boxes and heavy furniture, nothing was scratched or damaged. If you have ever played Tetris, you can appreciate that no wasted room was left in the truck, as they packed it back to front neatly and orderly. They brought and used plenty of moving blankets, hand truck, and professional grade saran wrap to prevent doors from swinging out and furniture from being scratched. They also spent time securing the furniture with heavy sealtbelt-strong straps to secure they inside the moving truck.
