I had this oversized credenza that needed to be moved upstairs. It’s an older home with a 90 degree turn which is difficult but this piece of furniture was large and very heavy making the move even harder. After one moving company was unable to get it upstairs I called Ancient to the rescue. The guys got it upstairs with zero damage. It was amazing. Would totally recommend them for your moving needs.

Tarun and his team were simply excellent! I’m sure like many people I was a little nervous when we booked, especially after seeing the CBC Marketplace episode of what some movers do to gouge their customers. Adding the fact we were moving from the Toronto area to Windsor made the anxiety even worse. But don’t fret, believe the reviews you’re reading about them. Leno and Jill (if I remember his name correctly) were professional, extremely efficient and completed the entire move in approximately 3.5 hours. While the move was in progress, Tarun called and asked if everything was going ok which was very professional and courteous of him. **UNPROFESSIONAL **We contacted them via Facebook to move take apart and assemble a pool table. We had purchased a used table and I advised them that I don't know anything about this table.They asked for pictures prior to the move and on providing them they still seemed confused about what kind of pool table which made me hesitant to go forward with them. I did anyway. On the day of the move they did not show up at the arranged time 6pm, they wanted it moved up to 1pm. They come from Windsor and double up on loads and will not allow you to cancel the move. When they came they did not have any container/bag to store the nuts and bolts. They did not tell me that there was missing any pieces. After they left we found a few pieces that were missing screws. They wore their shoes all over the house and do not use shoe covers. I would not hire them again. They are rude and unprofessional ! In response to your reply : 1. I have your reply to my Facebook message saying you would beat any price. I had a quote of $350 which you did not beat !! 2. You call yourself Adam Smith and you are South Asian !!!

Moving a large family from the city to the county can be a very stressful situation... my wife and I did not want the headache of moving and rathered focus on our children during th move. A quick Google search resulted Ancient Movers at #1 with 4.9 out of 5 ???? stars on Google. We read a few reviews and decide to call. Within 2 hours Tarun (owner) was at my house giving a personal qoute. Reasonably priced... we decided to us their service.. and we made the right choice. On moving daycare, Tarun and his hardworking crew started bright an early and made the entire move stress-free. Very polite and fast! My move was quite difficult and as issues arised, the guys were very fast at problem solving and making everything happen. They we extremely careful and brought everything needed to protect all of our belongs. Thank you Tarun and ancient movers!!

These guys are very awesome. They gave me the lowest quote compared to the other companies to move from Waterloo to Windsor. When I cancelled, they worked with me to set up another appointment. Because they were to arrive my place in Waterloo a little later (they came from Windsor same day), he promised they will be three loaders/unloaders to speed things up. It was quick, seamless, courteous, and very satisfactory service from beginning to finish. Absolutely nothing was broken or missing. I highly recommend Ancient/Elite Movers.

Do no hire Windsor Movers, Ancient Movers, Elite Movers, Visor Guy Movers Etc of Windsor. All the same shady people operating under multiple fake business names. (A group of indian scammers operating using fake caucasian names and profiles aswell as new business names as soon as they start receiving bad reviews) These businesses aren't registered whatsoever and aren't insured. They break your items. Charge you extra at the time of unloading and are very arrogant. If you look, all these businesses have the same address on either Langlois or McKay Ave, both of these are run down student housing houses not businesses.Ask your movers for proof of a business license! Don't get screwed like we did.

TERRIBLE service. Called to negotiate a price to move a piano that my daughter purchased into our home. We already had someone offering to move the piano for $350. Ancient Movers said they would do it for $325, so naturally we went with their cheaper offer. All the information regarding the piano (the type, how many flights of stairs there were, any pictures needed) was given. The woman from whom we bought the piano wanted to know about the people who were coming to her home, so respectfully my daughter told her the name of the company and what they were charging, in case she needed their service. First off, they were late picking up the piano. Second, once they arrived at the place where the piano was, they messaged my daughter saying that it was heavier than they anticipated and that they would have to charge more money... this was a bit sketchy. The move was fine, no problems. Three days later, they texted my daughter, harassing her for giving out information regarding how much they were charging. Telling her what she can and can not do and saying what she did was shameful. DO NOT HIRE THEM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I managed to pack everything up pretty well. Also, my inventory I did over the phone with a sales manager, I wanna say Mike, and our inventory was almost exact to the inventory the movers did. I was pretty happy about that because you hear horror stories of being charged extra at the end of a move. So shout out to you for getting my inventory so accurate and taking the time not to rush me! Pricing was reasonable and affordable for me, so I booked. The movers on arrival and delivery were all professional and very nice. They made everything as easy as possible for me, which I very much appreciate!! Overall, great relocation experience with Them would recommend to friends or family.

They wrapped the pieces that could be damaged and got the job done. They took apart the pool table and put it back together and leveled it. Tarum and his team were exceptional. Arrived on time. They cared for our furniture well by covering it and/or encasing in plastic wrap. Put items exactly where we requested and reassembled. They were very professional and responsive to our requests for placing furniture items. They moved large items such as our pool table,piano, and grandfather clock with great care. Good quality with exceptional service. Thank you guys!! Made our move a whole lot easier and worry free.

We had a difficult move which required heavy Stickley oak furniture—a double book case, entertainment unit, 12 drawer dresser, and bed—to be moved out of the house via the second floor and over the garage roof. Several companies said that they were not interested or that the job might be dangerous. I considered Ancient Movers based upon the recommendation on ThreeBestRated.ca and website comments. I contacted Ancient Movers and the owner, Tarundeep Manchanda, came to the house to assess the job. He was confident that his team could successfully complete the move despite the challenges. He supplied a professional invoice detailing the work, the materials, and the insurance. The cost was fair and competitive. We hired Ancient Movers and set a moving date. On the day prior to the move, Tarundeep confirmed the time of his arrival. On the day of the move, he texted to let us know that he was on his way. He arrived with a team of four men who professionally and respectfully wrapped the furniture, carried it from the second floor, over the garage roof, unto a truck. The ease of executing this demanding move, the care, the skill, and the professionalism demonstrated by the Ancient Movers team was reassuring and stress relieving. The truck was driven expertly by Tarundeep and carefully maneuvered to a loading dock at our new residence. The Ancient Movers team complied with the building’s rules and procedures re Covid and the move. Our furniture and goods were successfully placed according to our directions. Overall, we are extremely pleased and thankful for the very positive experience of moving with Ancient Movers Ltd.

Very prompt and polite service. Had our commercial refrigerator moved within a few hours of returning my message. Also kept the unit upright, which we really appreciated. Very competitive pricing. Careful for the most part, just a slight dent to the top of the unit, which is why I deducted a star (would have only deducted half a star if that was an option). Would still definitely recommend and use them again.

Called this moving company to inquire about a quote told them that I was moving from Blenheim to London at first they offered a quote of $1,000 and then upped it to $1,200 as they thought I said I was moving from Blenheim to Windsor so once we agreed upon the $1,200 we agreed on a time to meet at the storage unit in Blenheim for 6 p.m. told them when we arrive in London as I was moving into a complex that they would have to walk a 100 meters to my door they agreed and said it was fine that they are okay with that as they wanted to help me out with my current situation I waited at the storage unit with my two children ages 1 and 4 from 6 p.m. till 9:20 p.m. when they finally showed the one guy said he would compensate me for being so late. They asked if I had any bottles of water in my vehicle to which I said no and offered if they would like anything from Tim Hortons they gave me what they wanted I went to Tim Hortons and bought them for large ice caps and a coffee for myself and a drink for my daughter who is 4 it came to $26 once we arrived in London they asked me for an extra $300 as they thought I was joking about walking the extra 100 meters to my door. I asked them about the compensation that they offered which all of this is saved via text messages to which he replied that compensate meaning of putting my furniture in place and hooking up my washer and dryer I have several Neighbors who witnessed them tossing our stuff out of the moving truck and onto a moving blanket on the ground to which they started dragging it the 100 meters rather than carrying it they broke several boxes of dishes pictures children's toys a $275 fish tank they broke a $400 Playhouse they also broke my daughters $1,500 loft bed that I just bought for her in June for her birthday while these four men we're standing in my backyard talking amongst themselves in their own language I decided to pull up a Google translating app on my phone I'm started recording them where they were talking very derogatory about me calling me a disgusting Pig saying I am a slob and talking very ill about my four-year-old daughter this is a company that I would not recommend anyone to call as they are not professional they are ignorant they are late by the time they were done I'm finally got my children to bed at 3 in the morning very horrible customer service. Not to mentioned basically harassed me to send a 200 dollar e transfer just to book the move.
