I basically used this service almost twice and the third time was for assembling furniture , and honestly I gotta say this , they are really so friendly , and professional , you will notice this once you use them right from the reservation point and then of course I did realize they are extremely efficient , the mover Dara knows well how to handle bulky items , and even for assembling furniture that zI kept ordering in the past few days , he is really so good at what he does , he does not need even a manual or a guide on how to assemble , this is something that did grab my attention and he does things inna timely manner . You will just love it !!

Omg!!! These guys are life savers. Moving is sooo hectic and we were just ripped off a day before by some craigslist company which we will never use again. This team is FAST, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT to say the least and we would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to get a move done at a very affordable price too. The worst moving experience ever! Was told all furniture would be wrapped with blankets and shrink wrap,but when the movers came they had one blanket and they ran out of shrink wrap in half an hour. What should’ve only taken five hours to move, it took over 12 hours because they came equipped with one hand truck. They left half of my stuff at my old resident and my bed in the middle of the lobby and refused to move the rest of my stuff. Multiple damages to multiple pieces of furniture including dirty mattress, scratches all over my dining room table, big gouges on my coffee table, bent hinges on my wardrobe doors so they did not close anymore, and I could go on and on. At the end of my moving experience the movers demanded cash and would not leave until I gave them cash. No receipt! Don’t hire them! Beware! These movers seemed like they were hired just for the day. These are photos of just a few of the damaged items. After my post the company contacted me to offer me $25 to remove my review. Be aware that they go by many different company names when you find them on marketplace or Craigslist etc.

Contacted Wise Moving to assist with transporting tiles from two suppliers to a new construction home. I received a text from Sara within minutes of contacting the company; shortly after we discussed details via phone. Sara was advised of the ask, provided transport locations and told that this is a new construction home and the movers will need to bring the tiles in to the home. She was made aware of the site and there is one set of stairs,...Was told not a problem and to contact her if there were any concerns when movers are there. She was to send two movers to pickup/transport/ and unload in to the home. Long story short, the job was contracted out to another company called Stay Classy moving. Movers picked up tiles from first location, did not pick up the tiles from the second location. Driver said he would go pick up the others and bring them on the next delivery. Driver was not told about unloading the tiles in to the home, they were not made aware of the stairs and to top it off...one mover arrived with a friend who was in town visiting. After several back and forth messages with Sara and lengthy not pleasing conversations with the movers, the tile were finally started to be unloaded. One mover started on 24*48 tiles, 2 in a box...the mover complained how heavy they were over and over...After watching for sometime, and paying by the hour - I observed that only one mover could assist....his "second mover(friend) had a bad back...so I started to assist with the unload. The tiles were not heavy, I unloaded the whole truck with him. Perhaps if they sent two movers, it would have been easier for them. I spoke with Wise Moving throughout this, she guaranteed everything would be ok and there was a misunderstanding. After the unload was complete, Sara asked I pay the mover in full and they will bring the other items. I paid the movers in full, no negotiation...even though the rate was for two movers and they sent one. She assured me that the issue would be resolved. I had called the mover and Wise Moving the following day, Wise moving said contact the mover...as one can guess, no follow up from Wise Moving, or Stay Classy Moving. Initial engagement was great, not sure why it was contracted out...from there it was all down hill - stars go down to 1, had to bring in another company - paid again for another company to delivery the second load of tiles....as week later, nothing from Wise Moving or Stay Classy Moving. Hope it didn't go this way and my experience was good as others, would avoid in the future. Side note: Several broken 24x48 tiles as we open boxes...

The owner was very nice and did a quick run-over of what to was to be done and how at my place before they started. The 2 movers were friendly and professional. They were careful and quick with our move, not damaging anything. Everything was done correctly. The price was VERY reasonable and I am very impressed. I will be using them again in the future ????.
