An unbelievably unprofessionally run company. My company booked these movers for a 3pm pickup. Within about 10 minutes, we called and changed this to a 2pm pick up. We confirmed this over the phone, through text and through email (I still have the texts and the emails). A couple days before the scheduled move, we recieved a confirmation call which the discussed pickup time was confirmed. Fast forward to moving day, the movers were nowhere to be found and all of the numbers we had been given to call were going straight to voicemail. We finally got through to Marc (the person in charge of booking) after an hour and 15 minutes who swiftly cursed me out over the phone when I complained about lateness of the movers. In the end, we go our things moved (close to two hours late) but I do not recommend anyone use this company. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Very friendly, fast and professional. Took our short notice same day call to move a piano. Only reason Im not giving a 5-Star is because they were 4 hours later than they said they'd be, but hey, it was a same day request. Will definitely call them again if I never need help moving.

was impressed with the service from the crew at White Rock Moving. The staff were efficient, careful and friendly during the move. They were equally accommodating and helpful when I needed some items from storage. The pricing was transparent and fair. I highly recommend their service.

Hired them for a move to White Rock from Burnaby end of August 2019. The truck arrived with some Chinese characters on it (doubt it said white rock moving). No big deal I thought, just a truck. After chatting with the driver it was clear this wasn't white rock moving but another company who I suppose was subbed to white rock moving. Hourly rate I was quoted was not what i was charged. One of the crew was pretty good but the other mostly stood around and waited for direction from the other. Called the original fellow I spoke with at the advertised number. Never picked up or returned my call. 2 stars because my stuff got moved 95% intact. I'll call that a win. Wouldn't recommend.

Movers arrived over an hour late and multiple attempts to call went straight to voicemail. When the movers finally showed up, it turns out they are not even from White Rock Moving. The movers said they weren't told about the move until the morning of (even though I booked a week in advance). I would not recommend giving these guys your business.

Waste of time. Totally unreliable company. Had them booked for a removal but they did not show up and didn't answer the phone, let my family down when it mattered most. The odds on them actually showing are 50/50 is that the service you want? Don't waste your time.

Hired this company to support local businesses. The owner went on vacation and had his assistant do our move. The assistant hired two random people who were not movers. They were both yelling and swearing at each other (also were not wearing masks), ended up ruining our railing, putting holes and dents in the walls, dropped my moms antique dresser mirror on the concrete outside. We asked them to be careful with the furniture and they then swore at us and left mid move... our family ended up having to move the rest of our furniture. I got a hold of the owner who then said we asked the movers to leave and did not believe us.......... and I asked them to cover the cost to repair the railing, he then ignored my texts and calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unreliable and unprofessional.

I reached out to White Rock Moving to arrange a move for my elderly mother from her home to an independent living home. Their response was professional, timely, and very cooperative as we changed the date a few times! On moving day the team was on time and took extreme care with everything. They were respectful and treated my mother well. I highly recommend White Rock Moving and would use them again anytime! Thank you so much for your excellent service..
