I called in today because I needed to print off some documents from my usb. The lady who helped me was very nice and helpful, she even re sized some photos I needed printed, as they came out too big the first time. I recommend this shop, the prints came out in very high quality, and they care about customer service. Thanks for helping me get my documents printed, cheers!

The receptionist is not friendly at all. By the way, don't understand why ICS express delivered only a notice without my package. Need to pickup myself twice, the first time came to this place Monday at noon time but it closed.

This place was closed on July 2 which is a business day! when their hours of operation say they are open. There is no sign on the door saying they will be closed. Now my package won’t be delivered until Monday when I needed it today. Will not be using this place again for anything.

I dropped off a laptop to ship off overnight and I've never had prior experience in packaging up fragile goods. Rahat guided me through the process and clearly explained all the costs and fees beforehand, and she even helped me choose the right box and bubble wrapped up my laptop. Her transparency with prices helped me know exactly what I would be paying. Really great customer service and will definitely be back here again!

I was charged here $340 for a parcel that costs $207 with DHL direct shipping. I found this as soon as I walked out of the door and returned 2 minutes later. I was refused a refund (I still didn’t have a tracking number at that point) and the manager started negotiating the price with me. We agreed on $140 but slower shipping and I left. Next day I’m receiving a call that I need to come in and collect my parcel since they didn’t ship it even though courier took it the day before. I specifically asked if the manager is in the office but when I came in it turned out that he had an emergency and left just before I came. I also called DHL accounting and they said that full refund would have been provided if the label cancelled same day and created by mistake. Please avoid this place, they are asking for reviews before they do anything.

First of all: managed to get a very close parking space which is a blessing for me as I have issues with mobility. The young girl who assisted me was busy with another customer for a very minutes. She was very polite and agreeable with this person who seemed very pleased. I only waited a couple of minutes and then she helped me. Again, she was very nice and I am particularly appreciative as she shared the wifi p/w with me so I could access the internet which I had to do (my data wouldn't cooperate). She also made a point of inviting me to sit down again while she looked for the parcels. All good!

Horrible service. Avoid this place. Not professional. 1) You have my package at least 4 weeks before I am notified although I came by multiple times to pick it up I was told you weren't able to give it to me. 2) I call multiple times during business hours and no one EVER answers the phone or returns messages left. 3) Once I am notified it is ready, I go to pick it up when it is convenient for me during YOUR business hours and your door is locked with a note "away for awhile". 4) and then I get a threatening notification that if it is not picked up within 3 days you will start charging me to store it. Are you kidding me???? 1 star is too good for this place.

Ordered something using them as a drop service from Wish. They had received the packages, but had no way of releasing the packages to the customer as they were not set up yet and could not tell whose package was whose - I guess the packages are not labeled when they come in. We waited more than 4 weeks past the stated delivery date to receive the items, until they were set up. No one ever answers the phone, or returns my message when I left one and I went in there Saturday as their hours are 11am - 4pm on Saturday and there was a note on the door saying "we are gone for a while" or something like that and a phone number listed. If you have business hours, make sure that you have those hours covered. Poor, poor customer service.

Have a great experience. I had my twins passport photos taken last week, however, the ink/stamp at the back goes to the front of the photo. I went back to request for a duplicate copy and they gave copies without any additional fees. I recommend to have your passport photos taken here.

Weird experience here. I went in to pick up my parcel and the owner says if I leave a review through my phone I will get free shipping next time. So he continues to grab my phone from me, look up his business and give a review of 5 stars. Extremely odd. I never did receive free shipping. But he apparently got a 5 star review out of it... I likely won't go back.

Terrible experience. Not recommend. First of all, I was waiting for 15 minutes to pick up my pictures, but the guy was just talking on the phone. Then, when I got my pictures, I just saw that my hair is have some problems on the pictures, so I just require the basic editing. Later, the guy do some editing, but he also made of a part of my face is disappeared. I refused to got the editing ones, and kept the original pictures. More over, I need the white background pictures, but there are looks messy bluish on the pictures. They are definitely not cleared white background. That is why I said they are not a store for the person who wants to get their passport pictures. They are neither professional nor possibilities for your pictures.
