Moved from Abbotsford to surrey. Movers were nothing but amazing. We were really impressed. We moved from a third floor apartment with no elevator to a house. They were able to move our belongings with the time frame given even with the rush hour traffic. Very professional and we appreciated their hard work with the stairs. Definitely worth every penny!

I had a strange and stressful experience with this company. (I have a detailed email chain to prove all this.) They walked through my 3-bedroom townhouse and then gave me a written quote of $2300 to move to Kamloops. Seemed like a great deal, the cheapest of 3 quotes I got. Problem is, they kept trying to raise the price after they'd already contracted in writing! They wanted me to cover their supposedly unexpected cost of renting an extra truck because their trucks were double-booked, or something. I shifted my move date to accommodate their supposed scheduling mix-up, but then, one week before the new move date, they again told me the price would go up by $300-$400 due to the "heat". With no alternative, I agreed to $2600, but then they bizarrely told me that no company could do the move for $2600 - the same price they had just demanded from me and that I had agreed to! At this point I couldn't trust my furniture to these guys. They wanted half the money after loading up, and half on delivery. What if they raised the price again after they drove off with my stuff? I decided it was too risky to deal with them. I had to rent a U-Haul on short notice and impose on friends at the last minute, which was a nightmare. The weirdest part is that the guy from Right Move refused to admit they were at fault for what appeared to be a blatant bait and switch tactic. (Quote lower than the competition to get the business, then raise the price at the last minute when you have no alternative.) I sure hope they don't treat anybody else like this. Moving is stressful; you pay the movers to reduce some of that. If they instead add to your stress, well, that's a nightmare.

By far the best company we ever used . Guys did awesome Job , showed up on time . They worked over 8 hours to move a 4 bedroom house which ended up being 2 loads and worked non stop without taking any extra breaks . Final bill did not go over what I had expected and was told as there rates were much more reasonable. Will recommend to family and friends. ????????
