I moved from Surrey to Vancouver downtown to my new apartment and they helped me move. I think the price was fair and think it was 3- 4 hours of work and was around 500$ and even the driver helped so that we can finish everything in the space of 3-4 hours. I found them pretty professional. I had to emphasize the mask wearing couple of times inside the apartment but I do understand they has to take it off to breathe sometime as it’s manual labour work and have to catch some breath sometime. I found them hardworking, professional and gave me good value. I would use again their service as they are good people and hard working guys

BEWARE THE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FAKE !!! If you look at the profiles of the people who have rated this company they have only one review... owner clearly make them. This company damaged nearly all of our large furniture including my grandmothers antique table and they did tons of damage to the home it is disgusting. The manager didn't want to make things right, tried to convince me my own husband was a liar and her workers had our van of belongings jeapordized after they did the damage they screamed at my husband to pay them or else they would drive off with our goods and throw them into a ditch. I had better care from a group of high schoolers that helped me move as part of a fundraiser. 99% of what Quick and Easy boasts about is fake.... please go with someone from better business bureau - someone who will take care of you even if the worst happens during your move. These guys are not quick and easy they are slow nightmares!!!

A couple months ago, my girlfriend and I had to move out from my basement suite to another place and I was actually struggling to find a quicker way to get my stuff moved because that was my last day at the basement suite. So, the first responsers that I found were those guys who came to my place even though I called them at the last minute. The owner and his amazing team worked gently and their job was great. They were punctual, hard workers, organized, and super careful with my stuff. I really like their work and I surely encourage everyone to call them for his move.

Recently we shifted from Surrey to Kamloops with Quick and Easy movers. Faya-Manager, she was patient and replied promptly for all the queries and guided well. Thank you Faya for the same day delivery. Ahmed and Ali were extremely nice, professional, punctual and really quick & active. They took extra care when lifting things and were very gentle in handling boxes. Loading and unloading both went smooth and our family is very much satisfied and thankful for bringing all the things safer including the oil bottles as it is. As the name says they are "quick and easy" with moving. Sure will recommend them????

What an amazing experience!! To begin with, both trucks showed up a few minutes early to survey the work ahead. The job: move across town from Surrey to Abby. All crew members were very polite, professional young men. They worked quickly, efficiently and took extreme care in handling all items and making sure there was no damage to walls. The entire crew was hard at work and I saw lots of communication between all members to work in an organized manner. Terrible! Nothing quick or easy about this company. They added charges for stairs and furniture set-up after the fact, those charges were not quoted or discussed in the original booking. Did not ask if I wanted furniture set-up, the fellow built my bed upstairs without even asking me or advising me of the charge. Yelled at the building caretaker in the lobby because they could not have exclusive use of the elevator. Also dropped several boxes that were stacked too high on the dolly resulting in several broken dishes. Refused to compensate me for either damages or undisclosed charges. Do not use this company, they will rip you off!!

Movers showed up on time and ready to work right away. Movers were very polite and respectful. They listened to everything I told them and we're very careful with every box and piece of furniture. They packed the truck very well and placed every piece of furniture exactly where we requested it to be. They disassembled and reassembled everything in a timely manner. They asked if they could do a couple 5 min breaks and I provided them with a Subway lunch while working very hard. Booking them was easy and even done so on short notice! They damaged one of two furniture items that I told them were the only two, very expensive items, to be treated with extreme care. They wrapped the sideboard in plastic, but no fabric cushion & the immaculate top surface was gouged. The two heavy-lifting workers were excellent, very hard working. They were not in charge of the wrapping and loading. The truck was also too small (for our move plus a separate related move). Both families had to leave items behind and arrange for personal loads later. It was a significant inconvenience to both moving families. The price was fair, but the furniture damage should not have happened.

After reading all the positive reviews online, I decided to go with this company. Well I will never call this company ever again. I was given the wrong price, which meant that the crew couldn't work as long. The 3 guys were 30 min late. Then they told me the price so I was only able to use them for 3 hours... They moved 2 items in a 30 min span, then decided to take a 15 min break that I was paying for. They damaged the floor and then got into an argument with the step-daughter when she tried to talk to them about the damage they did the the floor.. The crew were not professional at all. I feel that I got totally scammed. I am almost 60 years of age and almost had a stroke when I saw what they had done to my floors and stairs. Because of their lack of professionalism, I will not receive my damage deposit back from the landlord. Did they give me a discount. Yes, they took $50.00 off the total. What a joke... After a little bit of time, I would just like to let you know that I am still very disappointed with the way I was treated. I am now being sued by my old Landlord for the damage that was done to the floors due to the lack of professionalism of your movers. The scratches that they did where deep and long at the top of the stairs because they did not use a furniture dolly to move the large items. Yes it was a very hard place to move things around, however we were able to move it in without scratching the floor. Did you take a bit of money off, yes. However $50.00 off the price is not what I would call a discount. Considering the movers did not want to speak to dispatch when I called about the scratches in the first place. I think if the step daughter had not came over to see if she could help. I would have been totally taken advantage of. I went with you guys because of all the good reviews that you have gotten on line.. But i will not make that mistake again... So as it stands my review stays the same and so does my opinion of the movers. I am not blaming anyone in the office as they were not there, I was.. It is not the way I would have handled it... just saying.

From Faya, who confirmed my move in an extremely timely fashion and was very responsive to all my inquiries, to the exceptional movers, Ahmad and Ayham. Very professional and would recommend this company to anyone. The office lady is very accommodating to requests. I had to change my move schedule last minute, but they were very accommodating. Moving guys arrived on time and were very careful with my furniture. They are on a higher side in terms of costs, but I would say the extra cost is worth it considering the hassles involved with moving.

These guys came on time and filled a 20 foot truck box twice in a day. Very friendly group of guys that take great pride in their work. The way they handled my furniture with care was exceptional. Everything was wrapped and arranged in the truck perfectly. They even took my very heavy gym cable machine in one piece. Would recommend this company to anybody doing a move!

They came on short notice. All 3 of them were kind and courteous. They really took go care of my things, loading their truck and unloading. Nothing got broken or damaged. They did it in a timely manner. I has several back fractures on They saw I was in pain and took my chair out of the truck and had me sit in it. They went above and beyond. I will use them any time I need to move or if friends need to move. I won't hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. Really it was a great move . They did everything.
